I would like to discuss cancelling service. Terms state that I must cancel in writing at least 30 before end of term. I am unable to get to the correct department or person to start this process. Can someone walk me through it?
I want to stop my addons blilling
Dear zoomers, please help how to stop my billing. I don’t need the whole package of services any more. thank you. olga
I would kindly ask Zoom to consider to bring back the small Webinar package. My Webinars are small, very view attendees and the packages for 100 attendees fit just fine. But with the recent change and the decision to discontinue the Webinar package with max. 100 attendees will make it difficult for me to continue with Zoom for webinars. I will have to shop around to find other solutions, because my costs would basically double US$ 40 to US$ 79. For me the increase in participants doesn't add anything. So for me I am now paying double for basically the same thing. I never even got close to the n=100 limit.
I mistakenly paid an annual license which seriously affects my budge .I only wanted a monthly license. What can I do?I work for a public school that does not give any extra money to pay zoom.
Dear zoom, I have just placed a pro order on zoom.us . I would actually like to place a monthly order, but when coming to payment part, I didn't notice zoom had chose annual for me and I was charged the whole year fee. May I ask, How can I change to monthly package and will I be refunded the annual fee? Thank you zoom team.
How to Use Topics and Tags. How to Use Topics. Topics are used within a community to help categorize posts. Topics enable you to categorize the content you write based on the content in the article. For example, in a discussion about Zoom meetings, you might apply a topic like “virtual backgrounds”. Unlike tags, topics are created by the community admins and are managed for consistency and need. Authors can choose/apply topics from a predefined list. How do I add a topic to my post? To add a topic to a new post: Begin by starting a new discussion. In the Topics field, start typing the topic or choose one from the predefined list underneath Choose a Topic. If you add multiple topics, you must separate them with commas. To subscribe to a topic: When you subscribe to a topic, you will be notified by email when a new post is assigned to that topic. From a particular post assigned to that topic, click on the topic to filter by that topic.
