I cannot edit the ZOOM Meeting series in these few days.  Whenever I press EDIT, the cursor kept turning around with a blank page.  Could someone fix it ASAP.  Try to contact Support but fail to reach any staff in ZOOM.  Not helpful at all.

Hello everyone! I used to use Zoom on an old Mac and therefore I was using an old version. Now that I upgraded my Mac and using the latest version of Zoom I find saving zoom chats really frustrating. I am a language teacher and I use the Zoom chat during a meeting to write new words to my students. In the previous version of Zoom every time I saved the chat to then copy it and paste it on the Google doc I have with my students was very easy as the name of the sender (me in this case) would not get into the way. But now the Zoom chat when saved displays as in picture "new saved chats" and copying the single words has just become so frustrating! Is there a fix for that or another option I could use?

Is there a way that all hosts can see presenter  view notes when on a webinar.  Of course  attendees should see full screen and presenters only

Earlier this week I did training with a client and all was good.. I was able to give her mouse control and walk her through it.. yesterday when I went to train another client this feature had disappeared! I have checked all my settings which seem to be the same... but yet it just is no longer there.. all kinds of other stuff I don' t need on the bottom menu but no remote mouse.. HELP! I really need this feature!

Whenever I create a zoom meeting it generates a set of phone numbers, all US. I am in Canada and our participants are in Canada who cannot afford long-distance calls.  Is there a way to have Canadian numbers whenever I create a zoom meeting - without me paying extra on my personal plan? 

Hi! I just want to know how to update zoom in Chromebook. The version of zoom in my Chromebook is very laggy, And it always crushes in the middle of the meeting. I have version 5.0.1. I hope this will take action Thank you!

hello zoom creators, i would say your app is fine but zoom app should include ban/unban feature, for example if i miss banning an unrelated person they will try to get in listen to what the person is listening to, if me and everyone else exit, we will leave the lecture I am talking about, if you add the ban/unban feature, it will be better, like every time I miss kick the wrong person I can unban that person so they can listen in without interrupting the presentation I'm talking about, please enable the ban/unban feature

What is the problem when cloud recording is in a state "Processing Recording..." for 20+ hours ?

I have an account with one zoom meeting and want to transfer the meeting to another person who will run and pay for it from now on. He already has an account but I want the zoom meeting id and pw to stay the same. How do I swap the meeting to them

I have spent 10 hours trying to solve my zoom ignorance and I haven't been able to figure it out. I think the issue is minor but I simply can't find the fix after 10 hours of trying. Basically, I cannot get my desktop view to stay on my screen share options page. It will show up but then goes away. The options keep changing and I can't figure out why. I would be grateful for any help.

I am associated with two accounts, one my own and another a gov account of an organization I belong to. I don’t know who my name became associated with the gov account. I am locked out of my own account and I can’t access any help from Zoom.

Hi! anyone can help me, my account has been disabled. Earlier in September, I bought this licensed account from a Facebook page that offers 3 months of subscription with 500 participants worth P1099. I bought it since the company seems legit they were very responsive at first. But just this month, when I was about to use it for a zoom meeting, that is when I realized that I could no longer access my account. I also looked for them in their Facebook page but it no longer exist. The same with the person that I chat with and bought the account with, he is no longer available in FB Messenger Chat. So it seems that I was scammed.  How do I retrieve my zoom account? Hope anyone can help me with this. Thank you.

I work for a software development company and we have the need to send program updates to clients frequently. Sometimes, these updates include executable files. If I zip up files and part of those files is an executable, the zip file transfers via the chat file transfer without any issues. If I simply try to transfer an exectuable file, it blocks it for security purposes. I have the setting turned on that allows any file type to be transferred. Does anyone have experience with sending executable files by themselves or know what I need to do to accomplish this? I blacked out the file name in the print screen for privacy purposes. 

I have 36 weekly meetings/coaching sessions and they all have a passcode required now. Can I change this? I'm working with a lot of people who will not get my message about a passcode needed by their lesson time. Why do I need a passcode if I'm the one in control of letting them in??

How come I cannot seem to get my Outlook Desktop to accept Zoom?

A little while ago my virtual background videos disappeared. I was using the zoom defaults. I have Windows 10 and have restarted the computer several times and updated zoom. Nothing works. My only options are "none", "blur" and a couple of still pictures I uploaded.
