Hey Zoom community, I used to be able to keep the chat window open in the background work and when someone would message it would ding, and give me a push notification. As of the last update zoom chat no longer notifies me when I get a message unless I have the application minimized. I have tried to uninstall, redownload and reinstall, I have tried zoom support (He just ended the chat with me because he couldn't figure it out). I'm missing a lot of messages because there is no sound. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Any solutions? 

Hi,I have a basic plan and I was trying to record a meeting but I couldn’t. I read about local and cloud recordings and I don’t really understand the difference. I just want to record meetings that I have and i don’t even have the recording option in my meetings.  I thought about upgrading to a pro account since it mentions recording in its features but it has only 1GB of cloud recording. I can save the recordings on my device if it’s possible but i need much more than 1GB is that possible with the pro plan? 

Hi! Unfortunately my operator forgot to trigger the recording of a meeting/live. Question: Does ZOOM store this meeting somewhere for a while? Or did I really miss all the content?

Hi , I was trying to subscribe a yearly pack . My account got debited but the subscription has not started . Not able to reach zoom billing team , they are not responding  

Hi Guys, My daughter is getting married next week and I want to host the ceremony via ZOOM. I'm comfortable with that part of the process, but does anyone know how I can just stream the ceremony and not have the participants windows show up on the screen, just the wedding from our end? Thank you, Lee

Has anyone had a problem where search results in Zoom Chat (outside meetings) don't display complete results?  A colleague and I recently did a little test where we searched for a person's name who we knew had been discussed over the last few days.  My most recent result was accurate but hers was not - a number of days ago was her first result whereas mine was yesterday.  Why does this happen?  Makes it difficult to any confidence in the search results!

Hi I can't download PWA onto my chromebook.  I get a message saying there is no eligible device for the app to install. Will I still be able to access my Zoom account and run/record meetings etc going through the zoom.us URL? Can anyone help?

I have polls that show up as "Deactivated."  Is it possible to relaunch them or do they need to be deleted and recreated?

We have some firmwide zoom channels that were muted by many users when they first were created, and now they are essentially unusable for firm announcements. Is there a way to unmute a channel from the admin side for all users? Thanks.

Тобто щоб одні учасники мали змогу голосувати, а інші - ні.Також прошу звернути увагу на проблему із результатами опитувань. У файлі звіту про опитування результати опитувань розміщено у довільному порядку. Це дуже ускладнює обробку результатів. Прошу зробити так, щоб результати було розміщено саме в тому порядку в якому були проведені опитування.  Наприклад: проводилось спочатку Опитування 1, потім Опитування 2, далі Опитування 3, а у файлі зі звітом про опитування першим розміщено результати Опитування 3, потім результати Опитування 1 і далі Опитування 2. Велике прохання до розробників відгукнутися та внести відповідні зміни у програму. Sorry, my English is not perfect....During the process for upgrading the Zoom -Tarif from Basic to Pro it is necessary to notice a certain "tax-number".(in Germany it is the so-called "USt-Nr." (similar to VAT)).I notice my right number, but always the answer is: " number not valid".(but no writing-mistake).What could be the problem?(very little company)The "chat" from Zoom was not able to help (10 trials).Have anybody an idea, where could be the key?Many thanks.Rainer

We have Zoom phone at work. I also have Zoom on my personal phone. However, I don't want all the incoming phone calls from work ringing to my personal phone. I only use Zoom on my personal phone for chat. How do I turn off the overflow calls from my work Zoom phone?

When I click on my personal space, zoom goes into non responding mode and I have to close and restart zoom.I have the latest version 5.11.3. I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. Windows is completely up to date. 

When I as the host share a document (pdf) with attendees in a meeting, if they are using an ipad the pdf doesn't show up in the chat box....nothing shows up.Is there a way to fix this?Thanks

Zoom chat allows one to format text using the "T/pencil" button.How can I configure Zoom so that my chat windows default to this mode (i.e., so that my chat sessions are normally in "format" mode)? 

Dear all, Today i got problem i can join zoom meeting via my web browser (microsoft edge) when im using it as mobile site, have anyone meet this case like me ? do we have any solution on it or not ?  Best regards, darom

zoom keeps telling me to make sure that my camera is on and connected to my computer, it is on for sure but apparently not connected, this is a new problem over the past week, I've gone into my settings and the camera is definitely on...
