We have some firmwide zoom channels that were muted by many users when they first were created, and now they are essentially unusable for firm announcements.

Is there a way to unmute a channel from the admin side for all users?

Hi @MWrh, welcome to the Zoom community! I don't believe you can unmute channels for all users. I would suggest that you create a new company-wide zoom channel or ask people to unmute the channel so that they can receive the announcements you send.
