I had scheduled a recurring meeting once a week, then cancelled it, but it's still showing up on participant's calendars, not mine so I have no control over it.  How do I get the meeting and notifications cancelled for everyone else?

When we joined Zoom, we had an initial account executive who was awesome. He was immediately accessible and handled all our requests with professionalism and enthusiasm. If there was anything he did not know, he would be very upfront with us and then redirect us to someone who could help, or he would do research on the issue and get back to us. He was such a pleasure to deal with. At a certain point we were notified that our account had grown beyond a certain threshold, such that a new account executive would be assigned to us. This new account executive has been terrible. Her initial outreach to us was to say that our licenses would be expiring (we have no licenses that are subject to expiry) and that we needed to complete an Order Form. When we directed her to the terms of our negotiated agreement, she simply insisted that a new Order Form was required. When we asked to escalate the issue, she said she would do so, but again insisted that we needed to complete a new Order Form.

Does zoom offer reduced rates for non-profit organizations?

For some reason, there isn't an "edit" option beside payment type and I am unable to update my payment info. Any solutions? Thanks!

We have a running contract with Zoom for meeting and webinar licenses. I am posting here because my ticket has not been even responded to by Zoom support which is unexpected and disappointing. As part of the package we have got 2 webinar licenses (500 users). Recently we had an urgent requirement of 1000 users licenses so we upgraded them to 1000 using our credit card. Now we want to downgrade them to the OG 500 users but I can't do it from my admin account (billing section).  It displays a message "You are not able to make this change to your account mid-contract. To contact our team, please use this form." I have filled the form but no-one has responded, I logged a case using support option but it is also open and no response. This is an urgent need as the card will be charged for 1000 users webinar on 1st June if it is not cancelled/downgraded to OG 500 users. Can someone help please?

I upgraded by account this afternoon from Basic to Pro. I've had a Pro account for some time, but had neglected to renew, so I had slipped back to Basic. Upon payment, my account was immediately upgraded which is great. I need a receipt/ invoice for the payment and didn't see any type of document I could print as a receipt. Do you know how I can get one?

I bought the Pro Account and paid it (with Apple Pay) but I used my "normal" Account and not the Apple-ID-Account (I only have one Zoom Account). Now in the Zoom Account it only shows the Baisc Account. So what can I do? I paid the Pro Version and atm can only use the basic version. Thank you very much for your help!

My wife had to have a work call in Zoom.She never uses it, but once had to use it. She got the app, she agreed to some free trial, but didnt cancel it.Next thing we know, Zoom has charged her the maximum yearly subscription of 169.99€ We see it as very, very unfair. It could be a monthly subscription and she would just cancel it and live with this error, but 169.99€ is very unfair.And you cant get in touch with anyone, but a bot, that goes on about non refundable policies.Zoom might aswell just charge 100 year subscription because she agreed to free trial.

I no longer need the service. And I did not update my credit card information. But the ZOOM still try to process the payment. I don't know how they suceed the payment. They try four times after the failed process. This is like a robbery. I then try to find the team support to ask for refund. But see similar discussion threads.  How a company process payment without the permission of the custumer? I believe a lot of people forget the date. So I strongly recommend ZOOM to cancel the policy, or give a period for refund (e.g., 7 days or 15 days)

Hi, I like to change the currency of my account to INR, I have current currency as USD which is not right. when I took the subscription that time, there was no Indian currency available, so I had to pay using USD. now Indian currency is available; I like to change that. Please note that auto payment will not happen as the transaction is USD-based. I signed up for a Zoom trial but forgot to turn off renewal. After the trial period on March 15, the system automatically renewed the annual Zoom Workplace Pro subscription through the Google Play Store, so I would like to request a refund. I canceled the subscription through Google Play and I kindly request that you consider processing the refund as an exception.I have emailed to support team as well as Submit a request but have not received a response. Where can I track my request.  Thanks 

I have signed up for annual subscription last year and used some time but forgot to cancel the renewal. I want to request the full annual refund that just got billed right now. I will be using this again when I regularly need the zoom pro. Thank you

Zoom has given great service to our company while we were customers. Now we want to cancel our subscription, they're not responding to our emails. Anyone else going through this sort of thing?

Has anyone elses auto provisioning between Entra and Zoom stopped working? When clicking on authorize on the Entra Side for provisioning, I am presented with a box to log into Zoom as admin. I do, and approve the application, but then the web pop up redirects to a https://portal.azure.com/webtoken=NUMBERSNUMBERSNUMBERS and just stays blank. Then I receive an email from Zoom that the app was authorized but still unable to Test. On the Entra Test side I receive the following error:Testing connection to Zoom You appear to have entered invalid credentials. Please confirm you are using the correct information for an administrative account. Error code: SystemForCrossDomainIdentityManagementCredentialValidationUnavailable Details: We are not able to connect to your application while attempting to validate our authorization to access your application. Since November of 2023, we have been trying to cancel our account with Zoom.  We were told we missed our deadline and had to wait until 2024.  In October of 2024, we started contacting Zoom letting them know we wanted to cancel our account and to port out our VOIP numbers.   It took 2 months of them trying to keep us on account before they sent a termination contract.   It is now May of 2025 and they still are charging us for phone service and will not assist in porting out our numbers.   I have had multiple tickets created that get no resolve.   Chat agents just end the chat.   I highly recommend anyone reading this to use ANY other service.

Hi, for the last 1 year i was using zoom paid service, i opted for monthly service for all these time. after a break when i did renewal i contacted sales person to whom i asked for the same monthly basis service. but she generated the agreement with 12 month term contract on monthly payment option, which i have signed without noticing the term contract because nothing was discussed about the conract to me by the sales associate, and as i have signed so many times before for my renewals, i though this agreement also would be same, i believed the sales person, but for her commission she cheated me and now giving very cool response, you have signed the agreement so you need to take it up, no consideration for the customers. now when i wanted to cancel the subscription, i was informed by the team they cannot cancel the subscription, i have to take up for 12 months. but i have no requirement for another 11 months, then why should i pay... everywhere they mention you can cancel the subscript

I purchased one license for Zoom One Pro, but now I can't assign the license for user account. When I assign a license to my account, it always pop-up window says "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit." Please help thank you.

I canceled the subscription through Google Play and I kindly request that you consider processing the refund as an exception. I have called to support team as well as Submit a ticket but have not received a refund and they are jumping from one agent to another saying rest assured we will resolve your issue. But at the end of day they say as you have dispute it with your bank that's why there is chargeback and refund was issued but I had provided them my credit card screenshot in which my credit card company has reposted the charge. Till now I had not received any refund. Zoom should work honestly and with ethical business practices. Therefore I request you guys to refund the money asap.
