Hello dear, my name is Faris Saleem and I want to make a complaint. I had purchased a Zoom meeting plan which cost $159.90 which is 45,387 Pakistani rupees. And you should have taken the same amount. While a lot of money has been deducted from my account in addition to $159.90, so I request you to consider my complaint and refund me the extra charges. Thank you.

    Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that we have only charged a total of 159.90 USD for your current subscription. However, please note that since your purchase was made in USD, your bank might have charged additional fees in relation to foreign exchange rates. I therefore suggest contacting your bank for further clarification.
