Even though I have "Record active speaker with shared screen" enabled for this room, when I record an instant meeting, It does not record the room's cameras in the top right corner, I only get content. If there is no content, I get the camera view.

We host a non-profit speeddating event on Zoom from time to time. It works quite well, we have up to 100 participants per event. The event has several rounds, in each round we show a table where participants can look-up what breakout room they have to enter next. We experienced that the usability of entering the breakout rooms is suboptimal. The problem occurs when 100 participants try to enter 50 distinct breakout rooms at the same moment. Every time someone enters a breakout room, the name of the participant is listed below the room name. As a consequence, the list of rooms is shifted down. This mechanism makes it hard for other participants to "catch" their breakout room. Sometimes participants entered the wrong room (room list shifted when they clicked) or it took 1-2 minutes to enter the designated room. Hi Guys, So i found something that i cant seem to locate the settings for. For Example if someone sets a meeting at  10:30 am. The host decides I'm going to cancel, sends the cancelation and frees the room. When the rooms free its now 10:20 am, if i go in to set a new meeting at 10:30 am, the room doesn't repopulate the new meeting for 10:30am. Is there a setting i need to change. It be greatly appreciated if anyone had any information on this!  

Does anyone know if I can integrate any calendar services other than that of Google, Microsoft and Apple with Zoom Rooms?

When I attend reunions in live I have no problems but when I try to see recorded reunions it stops at the tenth second! Did someone have this problem?Does anyone Knowles hoy to solve it?Thank you! 

Hello, The meeting list on the Logitech Rally plus Tab is always empty but the lunch controler feature (to remote control the Tab) show the meeting list properly. Everything is working fine except the meeting list that display no meeting at all and the meeting doesn't start automaticaly. We already checked that all firmware and available updates are done. Could you please help ? 

The IP addresses listed on https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201363273-Using-the-SIP-H-323-Room-Connector and https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/202405539-H-323-SIP-Room-Connector-Dial-Strings are wrong.  Those are private IP addresses.   They should be what zoomcrc.com resolves to (162.255.36.11 or 162.255.37.11).

We have three Zoom Rooms. Our front desk person does all the scheduling because the rooms are not always used for Zoom meetings. I've created the Rooms as resources in Google Workspace and have created a calendar for each room. I have made the front desk person a manager for all three calendars and everyone in the office is able to view them. We all have business accounts on the same Zoom account.  I would like to have the Room and the staff member in charge of the meeting to be the hosts. We don't want the front desk person's account to be the host and we don't want to use scheduling privileges.  What is the easiest way for us to schedule the Rooms? Thank you!

For educators working with younger kids (grades K-5), is there a way for the teacher to be in multiple breakout rooms OR be able to hear what is going on in each breakout room? Since we are learning online and can't be physically present, I need a way to be able to hear what is being said in each breakout room. This avoids problems that may arise. 

Hi all,  I have 1 person in a team of 40, who when he shares screen to a zoom room (Macbook pro - i5) unable to share sound the room account is doing the Mic/video, he clicks 'share sound' nothing comes through to the meeting room. if he tries to turn his sound up; the microphone/speakers instantly turn on and start causing a feedback loop Anyone come across this issue before, none of the other laptops do that in our setup, and we can't figure out whats going on. 

The DTEN Go and Mate just came out and I got mine in yesterday. https://dten.com/go  It seems so far like a pretty great deal on a Zoom Rooms device.  The main unit and Go tablet together are $1299, but they do also recommend getting the dock for the tablet for an additional $100.  That's an amazing price for a Zoom Rooms appliance.  Everything you need comes with it--the camera unit has Zoom Rooms guts in it just like the Neat Bar and Poly Studio, so you just plug it into a TV and it's good to go. The things I don't like about it are that it doesn't have a speaker (unless I'm mistaken), and you need to either use a 3.5mm audio out jack in the back for an external speaker, or have a TV that supports audio over the HDMI cable to play through the TV speakers.  Also, the tablet doesn't work like most Zoom Rooms tablets.  It actually constantly mirrors what's on the TV, and it does this wirelessly.  This is kinda cool because it means the t

Hi, I want to know if it's possible to make a call center with Zoom meeting? I just saw that Zoom Phone has this feature, but is it possible to do this in Zoom meeting? This is how I would like it to work: someone connects to a "general meeting" and receives a welcome message (noboby can talk with other persons at this point). Then she is placed in a queue to finally be joined in a 1: 1 meeting with one of our specialist from our company. I hope I am in the right room for this discussion.  I am using a Dell PC and have started joining Zoom sessions. I  would like to be able to set up my Virtual Background but cannot do this.  When in a Zoom session, the ability to create a Virtual Background or Filter (off the Video icon) is disabled.  When I click on Settings (again, off the Video icon), the ability to create a Virtual Background or Filter is disabled.  Is there something that I need to do to change this. I worked with a friend who is an Zoom account admin and he set up a test session.  His wife and I joined this test session.  His wife, who had the same privileges as me, was able to create a Virtual Background.  I still cannot create a Virtual Background. I know that I must have something set wrong but cannot, for the life of me, figure out what it is or even where to start.  TIA!

Hi Folks - I have a Polycom Trio 8800 and recently provisioned the phone to be a Zoom Room controller.  I assigned the phone a Zoom Phone license and phone number as well, however whenever I try to call out by pressing the "Phone" button on the Polycom, it tells me "callout disabled please contact admin" Not sure if this is a Polycome issue or Zoom Room issue.

I am curious if Zoom Rooms has a way to be started and ready for screen sharing on a shared PC that would be logged into with random/different user accounts.  I was apple to login and activate Zoom Rooms with the activation code as a Zoom Administrator.  However, I would like for others to be able to launch Zoom Rooms when logged in with their account, without have to re-enter the activation code.  The goal is to allow various staff members login to our meeting room PC and launch Zoom Rooms to use as a method for wireless sharing content from a laptop being used in the room.

Hello,Does anybody know if there is a way/plan where I can host 2 meetings at the same time creating 2 different sessions or is it better if I get a second zoom account?Thanks

 My zoom can't change the background, when I kick in the green background, I lose my whole body, if I don't kick in, I have the blue background, it can't be replaced. Is there anything related to the zoom version that is not compatible with the device or is there a way. I don't have to zoom in, I have to change the background to synchronize with the whole class

Hello all,I would ask if is possible setup the video layout as Gallery View into the admin console so that all host will have this option already enabled when joins a meeting.Otherwise, if this option will be set via API integration.Thanks in advance. 

We currently have a Zoom Room set up for our school board meetings. We have a second location that is used for school board committee meetings. We would like to use the same Zoom Room credentials for this second location. We are using a Promethean board with a PC attached. Can someone explain how to add this second location to the Zoom Room?
