Last night I switched my wife's laptop/2nd monitor system to extended desktop so both are different.  Previously they had both showed the same thing and zoom worked fine with the camera on the external monitor selected.  Now, despite selecting the zoom camera selector on the external monitor, the video image turns off and on (mostly off), and has lines across it when on.  The camera on indicator light turns off and on too.  Anyone have this problem too and solved it?

We are starting to use DTEN units with Zoom Rooms. Question is what is the correct way of a user joining/starting a scheduled Zoom meeting on a Zoom Rooms display AND then wanting to share a powerpoint with audio/video off your laptop? I see that you'd first join the zoom meeting from the Zoom Room via the meeting ID and passcode. Then I see that you would then open zoom on your laptop, click share screen and input the meeting ID to start sharing your laptop screen. Issue is the audio. Say I start playing a video in a powerpoint im sharing from my laptop, since both mics (mic on Zoom Room unit and my laptop) and speakers (speakers on zoom room unit and laptop) are active, obviously there is huge feedback. And if you mute your laptop's mic/speakers, no playback audio from the laptop will go through the Zoom meeting then. I feel there is a correct way of doing this because people share their desktops and on occasions have audio/video to play.

Had a breach into my locked breakout room. Unknown person popped into my locked breakout room. Thoughts?

I am having the problem with the Zoom Rooms, We had been paid for the Zoom Rooms License and still didnt understand why Zoom Rooms will automatically end the meeting in 40mins, even if i had been setting the meeting for 240mins. Any one can help with my issues?? or i had been paid for the wrong licnese?? or any zoom team could help me to fix this problem?????? Note that: We are holding the Zoom Rooms with Logitech min Rally bar

We are trying to upgrade our Zoom account to a plan that will allow us to make all-day Zoom rooms or workspaces for our employees to be logged on and able to communicate with each other instantaneously. Would Zoom Enterprise be the best option for us? We were looking at the features included in that pack but aren't sure of everything it includes.

I'm using Zoom Rooms - Touchscreen Display (Win) version 5.8.3 (636) on Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub 500 (with Logitech Rally Plus and TAP), but I can't see Calendar with invitations as it shows me on Controller web version (Notification session).It just shows me a pop-up from a meeting 10 minutes earlier and if I click on it it will remain in connecting mode but to no avail.Should I also install the Zom Rooms Controller version on the ThinkSmart Hub and start the "kiosk" with this app?

Hello to all!Is there any successful experience with integrating Zoom Rooms with an external video system? I mean, use signals in Zoom from external HDMI PTZ cameras and HDMI content wire using two usb captures card Epiphan AV.io 4K. Or is it necessary to use only verified devices from this article https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201504265-Wired-HDMI-Screen-Sharing-with-a-capture-device?  

Will there be printable instructions for 5.9.0? It looks a lot different, and I like to have a printout in every Zoom Room.

Hello community,So what is the consensus regarding security and other updates on Apple based Zoom Rooms?Do you keep your Mac Minis & iPads Controller up to date? If so, plain and simple via Auto-Update or via some sort of MDM aka active management?Any special tipps and tricks regarding closing this devices down to make them a one-trick Zoom pony only?Thanks for some real world feedback.

Within the Dashboard is it possible to place a room under maintenance?Having it marked down or Red. when there is possible maintenance underway  is not very helpful to ur statisticsfor ROOM uptime

Idea: Displaying Cisco Meraki location analytics on signage displays  Not sure how this would be leveraged for all workplace environments but might be a super cool integration. To be able to walk into an environment and see a near-real-time heatmap of where everyone is on the floor on Zoom Room digital signage. Cisco has many ways of capturing this location data - Meraki Camera's + Wireless that is very accurate at this point. Who else would like to chat about the possibilities of location APIs of platforms many of us already have available to us?

We have identical rooms setup on version 5.8.3, one room allows hdmi presentation mode without starting a zoom meeting, the other room does not show that option, no activity when you plug in HDMI cable until you start a meeting. Rooms are identical in setup except room that works is using projectors the room that doesn't is using a TV. 

I bought zoom events recently, but I have no idea how to install it into zoom so I can set it up.  Can you please help?  There isn't an option to launch. I thought maybe zoom events might magically appear inside my zoom account.  I also login to the zoom events page, and there isn't an option for me to set up an event.  I live in Australia. Thanks

I do mediations by zoom.  I set up multiple breakout rooms and move parties into the proper rooms.  They start in the waiting room and then I admit them and move them.  Once they are in their respective breakout rooms, one of the options if they click on "leave" is to return to the main meeting room.  Once they do that I lose access to them and it shows them as not joined.  Then the only thing I can do is leave the breakout rooms myself, which sends me back to the main meeting room, but then I often cannot send them back to a breakout room, and sometimes I myself cannot even join the breakout rooms as well.  So, what I am wondering is whether there is a function that I can set that once I have moved all the parties into their respective breakout rooms, they do not have the ability to move back to the main meeting room.  I still need to have the ability to move them from one breakout room to another, such as when I need to have a private conversation w

Does Zoom Rooms Native Room Control support Bird Dog's NDI API commands?  I would like to create buttons that would switch the source being decoded.

I teach a sunday school class where I have a combination of live attendance and virtual zoom attendance.  It is hard for the zoom attendance members to hear the comments of the classroom.  I have a lapel mike connected by usb that I use and two Anker Ultra Clear portable conference speaker speaker phone.  The problem is that apparently Zoom only accepts two connections.  How can I connect the second bluetooth speaker phone?

I am setting up a zoom room and want to build it around my poly p009.  It says that it is Zoom Certified, but i am having a bit of trouble finding any documentation that confirms this.  Will it work?

Hello,We have a Crestron touchpanel that is unpairing from our Zoom rooms app running on a Mac Mini.Same physical network and has current updates. Not much detail yet as they say it happens randomly but often. Are there any known issues with Networks / Zoom on OSX / Crestron programming and launching the Zoom App or keeping it paired? Any suggestions on how to search this forum for answers about this would be great too.Cheers
