Hi,I use zoom for my office hour. Students automatically enter the waiting room and then I admit them in the order of their appearance. Now, I can see the names and how many students are in the waiting room, however the students in the waiting room don't know how many are waiting and sometimes get discouraged when it is crowded.So my question is, is there a feature which allows people in the waiting room to see each other or at least to see how many there are in the waiting room? Thank you for reading and greetings from Berlin, Dietmar

Hello, We have digital signage setup with Azulle mini PCs running Windows 10.  Just in the last 2 weeks, a few of them keep crashing.  The zoom room app itself will just quit on its own after about 5 - 10 minutes.  These have been running flawlessly for months and seems like this came out of nowhere and I can't locate a solution. I've completely uninstalled ZOOM ROOM app.  I've tried 32 and 64 bit versions.  Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm designing a portable Zoom Room design for our quarterly designers meetings.  In July I used a Neat Bar Pro and it worked very well.  The cameras was amazing but I believe I pushed the limits on the microphone when having 40 people sitting classroom style.  Being that the Neat Bar Pro doesn't support third party microphones just yet, I am looking for a solution so that if I am using an appliance or a Windows or Mac based ZR, I can add additional array microphones to pick up the back of the room.  Again, this needs to be portable and easily removed (no fixed mounting).  What ZR solution and microphone solution would you recommend? Thanks,Jason

I am an Admin on my account. I turned on "Allow participants to join before host," but it didn't work. I see the blue button. The participants still have to wait until I allow them to attend the meeting. I logged off and logged on, and it didn't help.Is there another place where I have to permit all participants to enter the meeting room without manually admitting them?

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad S340.  The integrated camera worked fine until I tried to do a virtual background with Zoom.  Now the camera only turns on an off and doesn't give a picture.  I have tried to turn on the camera from the settings and the function key, adjust the privacy mode from Lenovo Advantage, and uninstall the camera.  I end up with the same problem on of the camera turning on and off with no picture.  Any ideas about how to fix it?

Hi There,I have a multi-cam setup in my organisation where we have installed Aver CAM540 on the ceiling upside down. So the default video that the ZoomRoom app takes is also upside down. I know that on the Zoom app we have an option to manually rotate the video but I couldn't find(am not sure) the similar settings available on the zoom room app.  This is the brief about the setup we have, we have installed the ZoomRoom app on a Mac mini and we have zoom room controller app installed on an iPad. We have connected two cameras(Aver CAM540(upside down) & Lumens VC R30) to the mac mini. Please help! Thank you! 

This is so frustrating and makes me look really bad as a tutor!  I cannot see the student in the waiting room!  This is really bad for my business and has only started since I started having to PAY for Zoom!  I need to find another platform!  In the meantime, how do I get my student into Zoom??

My problem with the large monitor is that font sizes in menus are the same as on a small, standard, monitor ... to read it I need to go only 10 cm from the screen, and even then it is difficult. How can I get larger, appropriate font size on the monitor?

Hi, I wanted to know if there is a way to create random breakout rooms for half of the participants.for exp: if we have 20 participants, I want to create random rooms for selected 10 of them.if there is an app ( or game ) that helps in this case I would be soo glad to know. 🤍

Hi Team,I need some advice, we do have Zoom Room Kiosk which is used for agent calls. Once the call starts from Kiosk it auto records and the host will be the Kiosk. Currently to retrieve the recording we need to go to Kiosk user account. Is there a way we can automatically send the recording to google drive or transfer it to other accounts?

Hello, we're having a very frustrating issue with our Zoom Rooms. We have Logitech Tap VU0053's, mini PC's and either Logitech MeetUps or Logitech Rally's (MeetUp seems the worst affected) cameras. Every time a Zoom call starts, it can take up to 30 seconds for the Zoom Room (Logitech) camera to appear. You'll hear the audio, and once connected there's no delay. We've tried moving and changing practically every variable without success. I can't think what else it can be. The only things I can think of are: A couple of the Logitech Tap's have issuesA couple of the Logitech camera's have issuesThere's some bizarre inconsistent network issue Please help us out, it's been driving a team of 4 crazy for a week! Has anyone seen something similar? Thanks 

I have a user with three cameras in a boardroom in Multi-Camera mode.   Two shoot either side of the table, the third is a speaker tracker set to be the primary camera.  They want to change the layout so the far end sees left, center, right rather than center (primary) left right.  Any ideas on how to set this as a default layout?

Hi, We have a problem with ours HDX7000 polycom system and polycom X30 in "polycom mode" using zoom H.323 slot (I have licencing).After a call, the call ended after 29 minutes and 58 seconds (0900003d/ZoomRC/5.9.8295).Every try is ending with the same behaviour even if i have enough h.323 slot on my account Any Idea ?

Howdy - we just got some Neat Bar devices to use as Zoom Rooms and they're behaving a bit odd. Neat thinks this is an issue either on the zoom end or with account setup.  Here's the order of operations:Someone creates a new meeting (on google calendar) and adds the Zoom Room resource. They attach Zoom meeting infoSomeone walks into the room and joins the meeting on the touchpad - all works wellThey open their laptop and launch the zoom app, then hit shareZoom App correctly detects that they're in a zoom room via proximity sharing, but prompts for the meeting passcode. Entering the meeting passcode allows the connection to succeed.To be clear, it doesn't ask for the sharing key - it wants the meeting passcode. In theory since our users are all logged into our Zoom domain, it shouldn't prompt for anything - sharing should "just work". That's how it's always worked for us in the past with Zoom rooms. Anyone seen this before? Ideas about what might be causing that? 

Why can't participants actively obtain moderator rights for zoom Rooms initiated meetings?

I'm trying to stream a call to a large audience and want to minimize distractions. I know I can disable everyone's videos, but is there a way to disable the participant video tiles that display in the gallery? 

Hey, I'm a technician at South Central College. We've been implementing zoom rooms in our classrooms and a couple of meeting rooms. We've been using the Elo 10" touchscreens for the classrooms, and everything has worked great. The only issue we have is whenever you try to join a zoom meeting using the Elo touch screen zoom room controller, it lets you type in the Meeting ID, but if there's a passcode, it doesn't pull up a keyboard/ keypad to type in the passcode. Wondering if the zoom community have any thoughts or input on that.

Hi Support, How do I create a hot desk using workspace reservations without any device? Users will book the hot desk via Zoom workspace portal or App. 

I'm planning to integrate USB headset with Zoom call control. Does Zoom use USB HID to handle call control (accept call, end call, mute/unmute)? If not, how can new USB headset handle call control with button?

I have setup a Neat Bar Pro and a Neat Pad. Then I moved it to another site to set it up in a conference room. The Neat Bar Pro comes up find and I can control it through the web controller only.  When I tried to enter the activation code or pairing code on the Neat Pad I get an error, "Zoom Rooms can't verify the connection. You may have used the wrong account/site to sign in. Sign out or try again.  I signed out and tried multiple times with no luck.  Is this a firewall issue?

I'm working to set up closed captioning for use in rooms, and my understanding is the only way to accomplish this is through the use of an API. Has anyone used this functionality before, and if so, have any recommendations on vendors to use for this integration? Thank you in advance for your insight!

How can I leave a Zoom Room meeting without being forced to assign a host or co-host to the meeting?

Hello!For whatever reason I am unable to pair an Android tablet as a second room controller to an existing Zoom Room.Whenever I log into  this device (with the main Zoom Admin Account) it does NOT present me with a list of Zoom Rooms but just a single room "Firstname Lastname 1" which never existed. I also dont have any option to add a pairing code or anything else.The only thing available is to TEMPORARY add the tablet as a controller but this is in the context of the logged in USER but not the room. You know, where the admin users icon is shown on the big screen as a temp. controller.SO, how do I add this tablet permanently as a second controller?Could it be, that there are some leftovers from the fact, that there was Zoom Client installed on this very device?I uninstalled it weeks ago but maybe zoom room controller still finds something...Thanks for any gudidance.HST
