Does Zoom Room Digital Signage not support a wired share? I know ZRDS supports wireless share through share key, but cannot find any documentation that specifically says it supports a wired share.  Our typical setup is magewell capture HDMI and that auto switches in zoom. using zoom rooms this works fine, but I’m not having any luck using ZRDS. anyone have luck with a wired share using ZRDS?

In a meeting, a colleague raised his hand. It was displayed that all other participants raised their hands, but the colleague in question was the only one who did not.The error was not reproducible until now.Can anyone explain how this bug occurs and how it can be prevented?

I've uploaded a picture to help, but I'm currently getting the error message "Zoom Rooms must be upgraded to join this meeting. Please contact IT for assistance." I am upgrading the other appliance, the Poly x30, but it's the Poly TC8 says my "Zoom Room" is up to date. Do I need to upgrade the OS to get the Zoom Room to upgrade?Appreciate the help in advance. Thanks!

I have a Zoom Rooms setup with a 6th Gen iPad for scheduling/running the meetings, and a Micro Dell Optiplex running Zoom Rooms on Windows 10.  The iPad is running 5.11.0. The Optiplex is trying to upgrade from 5.3.1 to 5.11.3. After choosing to upgrade it on the administration site, it will stay on 5.11.3 for maybe 24 hours or so, and then downgrades back to 5.3.1. This is an issue as Zoom will not run on this version displaying the error: "Zoom Rooms must be upgraded to join this meeting." ***UPDATE: After a little testing, I found that after upgrading, the old version is still installed along side the new version. I am not sure if that is intentional, but I am assuming this conflict may be causing the rollback. I decided to remove both versions and manually install the latest version. We'll see how that goes.

In the zoom that is for the linux operating system, there is no option to show my time in session. Does anyone know if it can be configured in another way?

When inviting anyone with a Microsoft Teams Room to our zoom call we cant see their camera feed. This has happened a few times. And no their camera is not off, the issue is isolated to anyone joining zoom from an mtr.

How I can disconnect waiting room and noise bell that notifies that someone has entered. I want to manually control it.

Hi! I'm trying to setup a hybrid learning environment for my teachers where we want dual screens in a small room: one at the front, one att the back of the room. Two cameras ar used: the main camera (X50, placed above the Flip) and a Logitech Brio 4K at top of the screen in the back of the room. Whe have choosen this setup so that the teacher should be able to view both the participants in the classroom as well as the participants at home. Therefor we only want gallery view to be shown on the rear screen (and nothing els). The front screen is a Samsung Flip3 interactive screen which will be used for whiteboard, screen sharing etc. Problem: when screen sharing, the system performs as we want but when NOT screen sharing the system only shows gallery view on the front screen (we want it at the rear). How do i solve this? I realy don't want to add an extra computer in the system just to present gallery view on the back screen. Thanks!

Hello all, I have a Zoom Room with three displays that is not switching between active speakers very well during meetings. It seems to pick one of the participants and make it so they cannot be the active speaker on the designated displays. If that participant leaves and rejoins the meeting, the room seems to select someone else in the meeting that will no longer appear on the active speaker display. This was noticed after updating to 5.11 in early July, and updating the room to the latest version doesn't seem to have any effect.

I'm sorry if I've missed something, but is it possible to set tasks for break-out rooms.  We find once you send them into a room they forget what they are supposed to be doing - is it possible to have a white board or message board or something in individual break-out rooms?

Hello!         I want know the zoom rooms have a controller they have auto frame control and AI video mode control such like Voice speaker tracking. But I don't find AI video control, just auto frame control。Are the two mutually exclusive?  Just like you set auto frame then you set AI video mode, auto frame mode should closed?  Can I see the AI video mode control photo?       Thanks.

Hello,Question how do we add feature requests to Zoom Device Management? I think it would be super helpful to have a way to disable Mac Address Randomization aka "Private Address" on iPads using ZDM network wifi profiles.The issue is "Private Address" is on by default, which breaks config when they connect to the SSID.Other MDMs have this feature it would be great to see it in ZDM as well.Thanks!

Hello, I have a problem with a crestron Zoom Rooms kit, when I start a meeting from the "New meeting" option, when the person at the remote site enters the meeting the image of my camera is duplicated instead of showing his camera, when the person at the remote site stops his video his username is overlays on my mirrored camera image. Has anyone experienced this error?

Zoom Rooms v 5.11.0 running on Windows 11 on a 12th gen Intel comp is dropping out of Zoom Meetings as attendees are joining a session. Currently the sessions only have 30 or so attendees total. It will immediately re-join the Zoom Meeting after dropping and this all occurs over a period of about 15 seconds but we loose program audio and video from the Zoom Room into the meeting during that time. Is this a known bug? Could an attendees Zoom Meeting version or device type be causing this? Thanks very much for any info. @Rupert have you seen this?

We have setup the Zoom App for Salesforce in our Sandbox and have resolved all of our issues except a difference between Classic and Lightning where the testers are seeing a 'refused to connect' error when trying to 'Start a Meeting' when in Lightning.  We do not have this issue when we try this in classic.    My hope is that someone found a workaround for this or there's a configuration step we have missed.

We are exploring the option of moving some of our online resources onto Google, but it is *crucial* for us that we are able to have sufficient administrative control of the Google user accounts, that we can create 'calendar resources' for users and integrate them with Zoom Rooms.I've been unable to get any help from Google themselves to enable us to make a decision - absolute silence on the matter: can someone please advise what level of Google (Business Starter, Business Standard, Business Plus) we would need in order to fulfil this requirement? In one of the official diagrams, it shows multiple computers. This would also be ideal for our setup. However, when attempting to add a second computer to a room, it replaces the first one. Is there a way to add multiple computers to the same room? Is it with a different plan?

How do you control the order of room control buttons? I'd like to put more used buttons at the top. It looks like it may be ordered by adapter ID, but should probably be ordered by adapter name. The order in which the "<adapter.id>.main_method=<method>" is defined in styles would be most flexible.
