Would You Advertise Your Zoom Link In A "Zoom Living" Magazine?
I have just completed setting up a new Neat Frame in zoom. It appears to be working properly but when I schedule a meeting it does not appear on the Frames screen. I scheduled a meeting and set it to auto start and it appears on the screen allowing me to join at the scheduled time but the meeting did not appear on the screen before then. I know it is probably just a missed checkbox somewhere and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.John
Something odd has happened. After starting a meeting in one of my Zoom rooms the screen now displays, in red lettering, unauthorized.Everything works as normal... I can start and schedule meetings, All AV works as it should... everything seems ok except for the "unauthorized" showing on the screen.Any idea what this could be?Thanks, Mike
Zoom Workplace Pro accountDid this in my Zoom Rooms Meeting settings:Support Interoperability for Zoom Rooms (Enabled) Show ad-hoc join button on home screen (for Teams, Meet & Webex) Home screen still has only the main 3 icons: New Meeting, Join, Share ContentVerified device firmware/software all up to date and has been rebooted.
I recently purchased an Acer chromebook. The virtual background is not an option in the Zoom app.please help!
Under User Management > Roles > Role Members > Click 3 dots at top right > Invite external users to this roleI invited 3 emails - all same person - only 1 of those emails received the invitation - the email they least wish to use because it is their company email and not their personal email address. All 3 are gmail accounts. I even added my personal additional gmail and never received the invite either. I have no idea how to correct this.
In the "Room Controls for Zoom Rooms" page where JSON examples are provided (Room Controls for Zoom Rooms), ther's a note in the "Rules" section that says the following:Room controls users can specify "events only" in their JSON configuration to hide unnecessary room control interfaces. When this field is specifically defined in the JSON, the Native Room Controls UI will not appear on the Zoom Rooms controller. In deployments using both NRC events and Zoom Apps, the Room Controls button directly launches the Zoom App interface without showing empty room control page.I am using the JSON to trigger states based on meeting start/stop actions, but I don't want to see the "Native Room Controls" icon on the touch panel, since I am using a Zoom App as my primary control interface. According to the note, I should be able to add an "events only" in the JSON to hide NRC (Native Room Controls). Has anyone done this successfully before and if so, could you please provide an example JSON profi
I would like to manage the Room Controls for Zoom Rooms via APIs, such as update or create a Rooms Controls profile, but don't seem to find it, does anyone know? Here is the Room Controls feature documentation: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064072
We have the Zoom Apps Quick Launch button turned off in our account settings. We are trying to test the Q-SYS Control app from the Zoom Marketplace but we discovered it requires the quick launch button to be enabled tenant-wide. Can we get the option to only enable this for Zoom Rooms?
Dear All, Perhaps somebody has experienced such of situation already:Under the Zoom Workplace for Linux, I have a problem with the window width in the Settings menu -> General. The content pane is very narrow, and the padding width on the right almost covers the entire content pane area. I cannot insert the picture here to show the issue, but I hope my description is clear enough. Perhaps you know, how to fix it? It is about version: 6.4.10 (2027)
We have a Zoom room setup with digital signage enabled. The computer we are using for the Zoom room is running Windows 11 and setup as a kiosk in Intune. It seems like Kiosk modes works like it should. On start up, it automatically signs into the kiosk account and Zoom Room automatically launches. The computer does not sleep or hibernate. We can still host and join meetings using this Zoom room without issues. We noticed that after rebooting, the digital signage does not display. After multiple reboots, the digital signage eventually shows up. If we randomly decide to reboot the computer, the digital signage stops displaying.I haven't been able to pin point the root cause for the digital signage issues. Does anyone have any thoughts?
Hi!When participating in a meeting, I see the participants, who can see me, but I can't see myself.I tought this was due to OBS Studio, but I did uninstall it and its video line in Zoom disappeared. If I record on my computer, the record is correct, but the fact that I can't manage the scene. I want to pin a particular participant and not have participants who intervene (this is for demonstration of artwork).I'd like toget back to a normal behaviour. Thanks
Since I put zoom (PRO account) on my new Lenovo Yoga PC it constantly crashes, mostly when I wake it up, but sometimes also in the middle of the day, while ZOOM is NOT officially working. It's not in the auto-start, it's not open, but something must happen in the background for it to send me a crash report. I rebooted my computer and send crash reports, but it keeps happening quite regularly. Anyone has an idea how I could fix this?
We are running a Zoom Room using NDI camera inputs. This does let the room control the cameras through the normal interface, but the cameras move too fast. To use the controls effectively you have to sort of tap each direction in as small an increment as you can manage. I can limit the movement speed of the camera itself, but that doesn't translate to the room controls. If I use the web interface of the camera the controls are affected by the speed settings, but zoom seems to override or ignore them. I cannot find any settings to change in the zoom room or NDI tools to try and get the camera to slow down. I'm hoping I missed something or that maybe a configuration file I am unaware of can be altered. The room is running the most up to date versions of zoom software (as of the date of this posting) and the camera is an Aver TR313V2.
We have a call queue that includes a common area phone. Users log into this phone, and in order to remotely control the phone from their computers, the Zoom Workplace app connects to the physical device. However, the remote connection occasionally drops without notifying the user. Currently, the connection status icon is a gray phone regardless of connection state, which makes it difficult for users to know when they’ve been disconnected. It would be extremely helpful if the icon changed color based on the connection status, for example, green when connected, gray or red when disconnected. It seems the visual feedback would improve the user experience by clearly indicating when reconnection is needed.
Has anyone run into this problem? For Zoom Digital Signage, I have a playlist of content that plays on a daily basic but I have this playlist to be interrupted but an scheduled event every morning and afternoon. From 9am to 9:30am, I want the unit to play a live URL video, interrupt the daily playlist and play the URL for 30mins, then go back to the content playlist. I have scheduled it and the system doesn't even attempt to play the event at 9am. it just continues to play the content for the day. I know the URL works, if you set the URL as the only content, it plays normally. any ideas?
Good afternoon, I have a pc with a USB Logitech Tap connected. Its powered and connected to the PC over USB-C . I see an extended windows desktop on the Tap screen and the touch functionality works great. I have Zoom workplace installed on the PC, and licenses for Workplace Pro and Zooms Rooms on my zoom account. I am trying to get additional functionality with the Tap what am I missing? At the moment it is operating like a pc with two monitors. I understand the Tap with the correct licenses will give me will offer me a more personalized experience for my meeting room,. I would welcome some support as I seem to have issues finding anything regarding setting you a USB tap with Zoom. Daniel
He activado la opción de poder reactivar el audio de los participantes sin tener que solicitarles permiso.Pero aun así tienen que aceptar para yo poder activarles el audio.Alguien sabe como solucionar eso?
I managed digital signage using Zoom at a previous company, but it's been a few years since I've been in the platform. We use it at my current company; however, since it's been a while, I can't quite remember the ins and outs. I only have access to the Content Library in the Room Management settings, whereas I was a Zoom admin at my previous employer. We currently have ~50 playlists set up by individual player/screen. I'm wanting to create a new global playlist that includes all internal facing players/screens. My questions are: If I set up a new global playlist and add all the appropriate players, how does that impact the individual players? Does it cycle through the content in the global playlist, then cycle through the content in the individual screen's playlist?I don't see a way to schedule content from the playlist settings. I remember being able to schedule content to run during a specified date/time range when I used it at my previous employer (unless I'm complet
Trying to connect a HP/Poly TC10 to an HP Mini PC G9 with Zooms Rooms and Windows 11 IOT as a Controller. Fails as a Controller when selecting "Controller" or through "Standalone" setup. It is successful as a "Display" going thru the Standalone process. Each were obviously preceded by a Factory Reset. In the very 1st attempt straight from the box the TC10 persisted in the "waiting to connect" state, even though the PC were on the same Ethernet network. The HP PC is a G9 but a guy from HP/Poly support said the PC had to be a G9+ to support a Direct Connection to the G9+ POE port "purple" (which the G9 does not have). From the PC ZoomAdmin the TC10 is recognized as a device and reads the MAC address.
Hello, I am getting a "the calendar credentials are either expired or invalid" error on the controller Poly TC8. However, everything checks out Green lit within the Admin Center. Anyone has any ideas?
Hi, I hope some can help me. I am trying to sign in to zoom room controller that I installed on to the CP965 using a configuration file found here: https://zoom.us/client/latest/zrc.apk When I run the app it take me to a sign in screen with options to sign in using, email, SSO, google or facebook. However I am told by our admins that I need to sign in using an activation code which they have given me. The activation code has worked on the Zoom Rooms app installed on windows micro desktop and is shows me the the room the activation code refers to. But I just can find how I use the activation code through the ZRC app on the CP965. I have already update the firmware with the certified custom firmware found here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360001299063-Zoom-Phone-Certified-Hardware#h_746bf277-ad09-4ebc-88f5-b1f76b859b9a Some of the support articles I found on Zoom support also suggest that you can sign in using an activation code but again I can
Good evening, everyone. I'm going thru a problem here and you might be abble to help. I'm co-host a bunch of regular meetings at my work. It was set-up by another person, on their bussiness account, but I co-host them. Something like two months ago they all desapeared from my windows app and from my web browser. Nevertheless, I'm abble to access them if I imput the link or the room ID and password. What can I do to have them back at my windows app?
Hi all, I’m having ongoing issues setting up a Logitech TAP Scheduler as a Scheduling Display only — no meetings, no Mac/PC — just to show room bookings from a connected Google Calendar. Here's what I’ve done so far:-I connected my Google Calendar via Zoom’s Calendar Integration (already visible and synced in the portal).-I created a Zoom Room for Shared Spaces.-I linked the room to the calendar account.-I generated an Activation Code under the Room's Device section.-I entered the activation code into the TAP Scheduler. However, even after doing all this, the TAP Scheduler still says:"To use the tablet, make sure the room’s computing device (Mac or PC) is signed into Zoom Rooms."I don't want or need a Mac/PC connected — I just want it to operate as a calendar display for room scheduling. Things I also tried:-Factory reset the TAP Scheduler multiple times.-Deleted and recreated the Zoom Room. Is there anything else I might be missing?Has anyone else successfully
