Zoom Digital Signage Playlist and scheduled URL events

Has anyone run into this problem?

For Zoom Digital Signage, I have a playlist of content that plays on a daily basic but I have this playlist to be interrupted but an scheduled event every morning and afternoon.

From 9am to 9:30am, I want the unit to play a live URL video, interrupt the daily playlist and play the URL for 30mins, then go back to the content playlist.

I have scheduled it and the system doesn't even attempt to play the event at 9am. it just continues to play the content for the day.

I know the URL works, if you set the URL as the only content, it plays normally.

any ideas?

Two questions that I need answered. Do you have a support ticket open or submitted about this issue, and also, have you reached out to Poly and Logi about these issues?

yes, I have a support ticket with Zoom and I have sent all logs for both devices. It appears that its an andriod problem. I have not reached out to the vendors, hoping there's a zoom resolution or a known issue
