Hi ! Is there an option to set up a range of times to not send alerts from a Zoom Rooms Meeting Room when the office is Out Of Working Hours?For example, we are using a slack bot integration to receive these alerts in a slack channel. If a room fails on Saturday, we also receive an alert on this channel. We want to block these alerts from Friday 6 PM to Monday 7 AM. Thanks in advance!

Hello!I have a question regarding the meeting information that its shown on the Zoom Room Screens. As of now, they show details about name and participants, even if the creators privacy settings set the meeting to "private".Is there a way to only show, that the room is occupied, but not what it is occupied by?

Hello, Is there a way to change the displays for my  Zoom Rooms so it displays the title of the meeting instead of who reserved the meeting?  We are using Outlook to reserve our rooms.  Thank You,

Hello!We have a zoom room with one projector and one touch TV. When the installation company set it up they missed that the ZOOM room touch buttons appered on the projector and not on the touch TV. Is there a way in zoom room settings to choose where the buttons for start a meeting share screen shows or do I have to have the installation company come back and reprogram the system which screen presents which information.Best regardsChristoffer

Is there any limitations on extending the MTouch

When there isn't a meeting, digital signage should be playing. But often, the background image for zoom rooms, found under profile, is actually on the screen. I would assume that the background image was for when digital content is not playing and there is no meeting happening. What is its purpose? If I go into the individual ZR, under its profile is "Picture". It's not the avatar. But given that it's not an account default, it does seem specific to that room.  I'm really confused about what shows up and when during times the room is not in use. 

If I'm in someone else's zoom room, i can send message to people no problem. But in my own zoom room, none of my messages are received by anyone in the room. Either privately or to the whole room. I've checked my settings. I even created a new zoom account, and still the same issue. 

We just installed the equipment for a new Zoom Room and when the TAP fires up and wants the default/initial password it isn't accepting Zoom123.  I have googled and googled and not seeing anything else it can be.  Is there a new one and/or how can I set a new one if I don't know the default/initial password? Thanks (Tampa_Roger).

Is it possible to change how the name of a personal room displays? In other words, can you rename a personal room so that it reads "Name's Zoom Meeting" rather than "Name's Personal Room"?

Hi , I'm the host of the meeting and want to make permanent breakout rooms rather than enabling them every single day . Can anyone help me by letting me know how is that possible to male permanent breakout rooms for once and all ? 

Can we get a version of the Zoom Room Controller app for iPad that works in portrait mode? We have iPad minis as controllers on vertical stands, and we have to either look at them sideways, or laying the iPad Minis on their sides.

Heyas Does anyone know how licensing/meeting length behaves when a basic user uses one of our Zoom Rooms as a location (so the meeting appears on the Zoom Room controller calendar) So the intention is to have the meeting at the Zoom Room with others connecting in. Not sure if it makes a difference, but we also have this setting on."Make Zoom Rooms the host if it joins before meeting host and other participants" Or does the meeting have to be initiated by the Zoom Room to use its license?

Following the recent version update, my camera image flickers and freezes when meeting in a room. As this started with the update, I would like to go back to the previous version of Zoom. Please advise. Thank you.

At this time users that use zoom on multiple workstations are being logged out each time they login to another instance. This was never the cause until the latest update. Is there a workaround for this?

Hello, I am trying to find a solution that allows me to give limited access to only Digital Signage Content. Is it possible to modify a User or Group's access to just Digital Signage Content? Or would this potentially open a door for them to access other admin related items? Thanks! 

Is there a way, perhaps using room controls, to reset cameras to their home position at the beginning or end of a meeting? I'd also like to turn multi-stream back on if it has been turned off. Perhaps if USB cameras could be set up in Adapters? I'd rather use whatever mechanism is built into Zoom for camera control and not have to get cameras with remote Ethernet control and send IP messages to them.As a bonus, it would be nice to have camera presets based on meeting types or templates, especially in rooms with more than one camera.

I am unsure as to why I am unable to access the virtual backgrounds feature on my pc.  My pc processor is Pentium(R)  Dual Core CPU E5500 @ 2.80 GHz.  Can anyone tell me why I can't access the vrtua backgrounds?

I am hosting a Zoom meeting with 10 participants and two facilitators. Each week we want to have two separate places where we can dialogue with each space having one facilitator and 5 random participants. Any suggestions?I know we can create two breakout rooms automatically but how do we insure that each facilitator gets assigned to these rooms? I also know we can manually assign people but that will take time and it will not be random.Another option would be to create only one breakout room and have one group stay in the main room but if we do this how do we make sure that the facilitator gets assigned to the breakout room and the others get assigned randomly?

Hi All, I work for a Zoom Enterprise customer that has about 850 room systems globally.  We are having trouble managing the configuration of our rooms at scale with the combination of ZDM & the Zoom admin portal as it currently exists.  We have made feature requests to our account team about this but have not gotten a lot of traction as it seems that Zoom is really focused on pushing users looking for this functionality towards utilizing the Zoom API to roll their own tools.   As an enterprise, I'm sure we have some resources internally that have the technical capability to generate the type of tools we need, but before I go down the path of fighting for resources, I was wondering if anyone is aware of a solution on the market that already exists.  I am familiar with Utelogy and the platforms that the global AV integrators offer but they seem to be more focused on managing/controlling each of the component devices that make up a modern room system. &nb
