Hi @110222887 according to https://zoom.us/pricing/zoom-rooms, Zoom Rooms supports up to 1,000 video participants.

      Hi @RN11_2 ,

In the admin center, in User Management -> users  and choose the user with the "zoom room" license, its show me this:

this write me only 100 participants in meeting.

      can you advice?

Hi @110222887 here are the prerequisites for setting up Zoom Rooms

      • Zoom Rooms license
      • Role with access to Zoom Rooms on the web portal

To deploy a full Zoom Room, your account must include Zoom Room licenses or a free 30-day trial of Zoom Rooms, as you stated you already assigned the license. Are you not able to access Room Managment within the web portal --> https://zoom.us/location ?

You probably need to click on "Increase Meeting Capacity"
