Several posts seem to indicate a selection I do not appear to have.  Settings >> meetings.. under in meeting advanced there is said to be a selection for Virtual backgrounds? Not on my Windows desktop.  Clearly I must be missing something as this seems to be very basic. Change virtual backgrounds per meeting when necessary. HELP      

At two recent meetings I launched, one of the participants has the image frozen in the videos I show (part of the presentation). The audio still works but the video image freezes. It only happens to him with the videos, because the rest of the presentation does not give him problems. Also, the other participants have no problem and the recording of the meeting shows no freezing. I don't know if it is a matter of the signal of origin (mine) or a problem of the participant with its reception. What can I suggest to him? 

I've enabled all the chat saving in the settings, but still no CHAT text saved locally or in the cloud. What am I doing wrong. Lost some important links that participants shared in the CHAT area.  Thanks,achealey P.S. Started hosting the meeting on an ipad -(a TERRIBLE experience as a host by the way) but  my chat settings are ACCOUNT wide - so not sure why it didn't save it.  It's worked for me in the past

I was looking to create a custom "Video Filter" Not virtual background. Essentially just the company logo in the corner of the screen, so that it is infront of the person should a shoulder or such get in the way.  Is this possible? I have 3 Conference rooms across 3 sites that all use zoom with iPad for the controller, 2 rooms are fine but our SW Office is reporting the iPad and the screens for the conference system now wont pair with each other, i have confirmed they are both connected to the same network and both software's are up to date, i don't seem to be able to pair the two devices together. (the room PC and the iPad)Checked Zoom admin system and its not showing the ipad for SWiPad wont take Sharing or Pairing code from the screen, just says invalid.both devices are in the same room connected to the same wifi, and its settings are identical to our NW Office.

We have our enterprise Zoom Rooms setup to show non-video participants for Zoom Meetings. When our Zoom Rooms attend Zoom Webinars as an attendee (non-panelist), they are still seeing non-video participants, even though attendees attending on the Zoom client only see video participants. Is there a way to setup the Zoom Rooms to not see non-video participants for webinars but see non-video participants for meetings?

 Hi, I am running a Zoom Room within a Classroom and wish to disable Sharing Key from displaying on the TV while still having it show on the Controller. There is a setting which appears to do exactly this function. However for me, it's broken: Display top banner on TV in meetingAllow to display room name, time and sharing key on the top portion of TV. [Enable | Disable] + [Lock]When I Disable the setting  on the "Campus" Level or the "Room" level, the bar with Room Name, Time, and Sharing Key still appears on the TV.  When I Disable the setting and press Lock on the "Campus" Level, the bar with Room Name, Time, and Sharing Key still appears on the TV. When Enabled on the "Campus" level or the "Room" level, three options appear with checkboxes for adding or removing specific functionality: Room Name | Time | Sharing Key. When I check Room Name only and uncheck Time and Sharing Key, all three still appear. When I Enable on

Hello, tell me please, when buying a Zoom Room Connector license, is it possible to register the Polycom Real Present Group 500 codec in Zoom with the ability to call this terminal and add it to the Zoom conference?

Is this happening to anyone else? It's weird as it doesn't happen in all our rooms, just a couple even though the builds of the Dell Windows 10 PCs are the same and the Zoom Room settings/configs are the same throughout. Wondering if anyone else has seen/resolved?

Hi, Has anyone had issues disabling audio suppression in Zoom Room (ZR)? I have a conference room using ZR and a TesiraForte X400 for audio processingIt is practically a copy of the design guide from Biamp and Zoomhttps://www.biamp.com/solutions/applications/meeting-and-conference-room-av/zoom As the DSP is performing the audio processing, we've disabled audio suppression in ZR as per the guide.But when in a ZR call, the audio is cutting out and the far end cannot hear the ZR correctly.It sounds as if the ZR is using a gate to suppress the audio. To confirm the issue isn't with the Tesira or the PC (running ZR), we also installed the Zoom client on the same PC.When we start a call using the Zoom client, there isn't any audio issues and the far end can hear the room clearly. Thoughts?  

Hi.Yasir here.I have been running a blog and i am looking how to integrate my blog with zoom.Any volunteer to assist in this regard.

We have a few iPads that we use as Zoom Rooms scheduling displays and controllers. These are all managed in Zoom MDM. After an iOS update, they do not automatically open the Zoom Rooms app. This must always be done manually. I can't find anything on the internet about this issue.Does anyone else have the same problems?Or have I simply forgotten to set a setting. Thanks for your help 🙂

Our Zoom Rooms were working fine with the Rooms Controller app last week.  This week.  They won't pair.  All I get is an ungoogleable error and a prompt to enter the pairing code, which also doesn't work.   

Hi! I'm in charge of organising a small hybrid conference. There are a few somewhat unique challanges, as well as mundane ones like a very low budget, and I would like to get some feedback on the feasibility of my plan... Initially I though of using a PC with OBS as a mixing station for two/three cameras and audio from the room's mixer. But latency is key in my case as there will be simultanuous interpretation and the interpreters will join online. It is not optimal, in fact far from it, but I simply have no other option. The in-room participants will be requested to connect to the session on their phones and listen to their language channel. I must find the best setup to minimize latency, and OBS would increase it compared to connecting a camera to Zoom directly, even if the encoding was done using fast hardware acceleration like the newest NVENC encoder. Or would that be negligible?Since I cannot connect more than one camera to a meeting directly, I'm considering using Zoom room

We have 2 TVs in the room and up until today all was going well with them, but randomly today the 2nd screen started showing the controller screen as opposed to the normal display transmitted from the Windows PC that hosts the Zoom Rooms app. From what I read it sounds like this could be related to Zoom Rooms for Touch, but I'm unable to disable this feature that just now popped up after no change on my end (TV is also not a touch screen btw). Anyone else facing this issue or know how to resolve? Not seeing any "Touch-screen features for Zoom Room" settings in the web portal.

We set up some zoom rooms with temporary names, those names are stored in a users "Rooms" in Outlook. The names have been updated but do not show in the users Outlook (2016), though they do show as updated in mine. Is there a way to force a sync on that users computer?

Hello, Is it possible to save one video file per participant as it's possible to do it for audio files?

Hi - Our Zoom Room was in the middle of a meeting, then disconnected from the meeting and was unable to rejoin. It appeared as if the Zoom Rooms app was frozen as it was on the constant "joining" screen so we rebooted the PC (Dell Precision 3240/Windows 10) that runs the app. Once the PC was back up and running the Zoom App got downgraded to 5.3. Is that normal?!? Obviously we were unable to rejoin until after it upgraded all the way back to 5.14.5. Any ideas as to what caused this, how can we keep it from happening again, and how can we have it so that a reboot doesn't revert the app version so far down that it's unusable?

We have a Zoom room set up. When a user forwards a Zoom meeting invite, it is automatically accepted. However, when we forward a Teams meeting, it does not accept automatically. I need to go to the mailbox and click "Accept" manually. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
