Hello - I'm using an iPad as a controller and an Intel Nuc i7 running Windows 11 to manage a Room. I'm using a Logitech Screen Share to make an in-room PC shareable.I ran into a new error message today, but was unable to record it verbatim. When I tapped "Share Content", the touch panel displayed an error something along the lines of:unable to share, try restarting your computer After I restarted my Nuc, everything came back up and I was able to share as expected.  Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks,Shawn

Hello,There is a task in conjunction with Zoom and Outlook (Exchange)when assigning a meeting, choose Zoom as the venuewhen scheduling a meeting, it needs to have a possibility to check if zoom is free at a given timeideally, outlook should not allow it to make an appointment for a time that is already taken (needed for different time zones)The meeting invitation should include a zoom linkWill I need to purchase a subscription to Zoom Rooms or will I be able to do without a subscription? Thanks in advance.

I'm using a Logitech Roommate to run my main conference room and our company uses both Zoom and Teams meetings. Although my Roommate is running the right App Version and  I have enabled Support Third Party Interoperability with Zoom I'm not seeing the join button. All my calendar integration settings appear to be correct. Any suggestions?

I have a Zoom Room set up with a windows 10 machine, and am using an iPad as a Zoom Rooms controller. They are both on the same Wi-Fi network, with port 9090 enabled in the router as well as on the Windows 10 machine, but they still aren't able to see each other. Even with them both being on the same network, the Controller says that they have different IP addresses, which from what I have read on another post may be the issue, but I've tried all the fixes. What should I do? 

I preassigned candidates into 7 breakout rooms.  It all worked as it should.  After a breakout room session, candidates were recalled back to the main meeting.  When I opened the breakout rooms again, about half of the candidates became unassigned so I had to manually assign everyone again.  Sometimes the breakout rooms were opened and everyone was assigned a room but about 4 occasions, when I opened the rooms, many had automatically lost their assignated room.  Any ideas why this happened?  Was it Zoom?  Thank you.  Karen.

I've downloaded & installed the latest version of Zoom for Ubuntu (5.15.5) several times, but as soon as I try to start it, it crashes.  It does this so fast that I don't get the chance to read the error message because the window disappears.  I had recently upgraded to this version, the previous one worked without a problem.  I'm using Ubuntu 22.04.

We just changed out our Poly TC8 tap and now the Interop buttons (Google Meet, Teams, Webex) are no longer showing on the tap. I checked the settings in Zoom web and they are still enabled. I rebooted the tap and still nothing except the 3 main Zoom buttons, New Meeting, Join, Share Content. The software version are different. But we don't want to upgrade the version because we bricked the first one we upgraded and had to send that back. The current version on the new tap without the Interop buttons is 3.12.0-210716. The tap with the newer version is 4.1.0-211230.Is it because the versions are different? Sidney

Hello, we've been having iPad Mini 5/6s ZDM migration issues lately. We've been doing it globally on several sites until we've ran into a problem. When doing the ZDM migrate the zoom app is not automatically installed to the iPad when it should have. Is there a certain limit that our team is hitting?. We've been doing loads of enrollments too. Could that be an issue that could be effecting zoom? We haven't had this problem until just now. Is there any insight to this.We've also tried connected the device to ZDM using device management but that still doesn't help. Thank you 

We have 4 x Zoom Rooms Zoom Room Controller run's on iPad. 3 out of the 4 work fine. These 3 are all running 16.* IOS, however one of them was updated to IOS 17, and this Zoom ROom Controller is not working. Every time we try to edit settings, for example the microphone or speakers, the Zoom Room Controller app crashes on the iPad and then restarts straight away.Because of this we are unable to change the microphone settings and the zoom room is not useable. Has anyone experienced this issue? and knows a fix? Thanks 

Hi, I have a problem. Today I installed a Green Screen in order to get a better and more professional outlook. But..... When I tick the box: "I have a Green Screen"  it's not looking good. If I use it without ticking the box, it looks a little better but I have no advantage of my green screen... The first one is with I have a Greenscreen, the second without... Can a set of slides be shuffled on Digital Signage?  We were using a "Quote of the Day" site URL to list a random quote.  At some point, robots got involved and now the site asks "Are you human?"  Well, I can't answer that.  So, I've decided to curate my own images of leadership quote images, but I'd prefer to not have to go in there daily and change the slide on that playlist. I've got one specific playlist that shows on our TV's in each of our two facilities, and then I have the "quotes" playlist listed in both facilities after the local playlist.  The quote plays for 15 seconds and then the local playlist starts over.   I have 32 slides of quotes in a separate folder and would love to see a feature where I can play one randomly selected slide one that playlist for 15 seconds at a time over a 24 hour (or some predetermined) time period.  Then, the next day, the playlist would choose another randomly selected slide from that folder and

Hello,I was wondering if any of you (Zoom Room administrators) are in need of Zoom Room administration privilege at the room level  within the ZR admin dashboard; this is in addition to the location, building and floor. We have mixed buildings with multiple collaboration spaces "owners/admins" on the same building floor and it looks that the Zoom Room_room level admin privilege is not available. I was wondering if any of you have similar need? Thank you in advance

Hi, Is there any documentation on what Hot Desk for Zoom Rooms is? Does is allow any one to host/join a meeting using their own account? Is it compatible with Poly X series devices? Thanks!

FYI - I see the current directions are not word for word accurate. I am working on updated directions to add a Aver CAM520 and Huddly L1. I am finding the cameras basically work. The CAM520 does not AutoFrame and the L1 always AutoFrames even after selecting manual mode.

It would be nice if you could make the layout of the small meeting rooms in the Zoom meeting room different.This is because it is difficult to know whether the room you are entering is a small conference room or a conference room.

I bought Amazon Echo Frame 15,  does ZOOM support this device?I found that ZOOM support Echo Show, but did not find on Echo Frame 15. thanks.

Hello,It would be nice to have for a Zoom Room, the option to add NDI cameras directly from room setting.We would just need to enter the camera IP address or whatever & the Zoom Room will add this input as a new camera that can be used for the Zoom Room.

We have a Poly X30 video bar for the conference room.  It has a TC8 controller.  It is in ZOOM ROOM mode.  The X30 logs in to ZOOM ROOMS just find and offers a pairing CODE on the TOP right corner.  The controller connects (pairs) to the TC8 controller and asks for a ZOOM PAIRING code and fails to connect.  We try over and over.   We reboot devices, both are available on the network.

We run zoom rooms on Polycom Studio X30 and TC8, recent zoom updates have taken both systems down and do not allow updates per the screenshot. We have tried resetting, updating and upgrading...anyone else run into this issue?

Lately our Zoom Rooms are appearing in meetings twice.  Is this a known issue or is there some configuration that could have changed to have caused this?

Our Zoom Room Controller app no longer has the room controls available in a webinar.  We have done everything - updated the iPad, updated the controller app, had IT professionals look at our Zoom Room system, had AV professional check everything in the Zoom Room. We have conducted several test webinars even using a different device - iPhone with the Zoom Room Controller app.  The room controls are simply not there anymore!  We also tried adding the Zoom Room by name as a panelist (should not have to do this; should be able to set up a webinar, start the webinar, then join it using the Controller app).  That did not work either.  I have our account rep looking into our licensing; he said that we don't need an additional webinar license for the Room itself.  We have a Zoom webinar license for our Pro account.  As far as I know, we never had a webinar license for the Zoom Room though we did make a recent change to the account.  Maybe that'

Hi, I have three Zoom Rooms with issues when updating to show new meetings or deleted meetings. It seems like the Zoom Rooms does not update but it will update if I come off the application and go back in which is weird.   The calendar seems fine but the problem is that any changes made to the Zoom Room Calendar is not making changes at all to the Zoom Rooms UI and also the Tablet.   We also investigated that the issues with the Zoom Rooms have had their resources renamed and in the Calendar integration section this shows up with the old resource name    This calendar resource is no longer available in the calendar service.   We would like to remove this old resource but it always keeps popping back up.   Please can anyone assist?
