Hello! I recently managed a hybrid meeting on Zoom that was interpreted and locally recorded. Throughout the session, I switched between language channels to check for technical errors and assess the interpreters' performance. I just exported the recording but there's only one video file which switches between the language channels as I did, with no pure English, Spanish, and Main Audio files. As a record of the meeting, I need a pure Main Audio recording. I know that this is provided when recording on the cloud. How can I access this from a local recording? Any help is welcome!

70th class reunion. Held at 9 different locations with 1 to 10 people at each location. Up to 10 computers at each location some may have 2. Does it make any sense to try and do this?If so, what suggestions do you have? Costs, it will take more than the free option. Suggestions here.

Hi, I have just bought a new laptop (chromebook). Video has always worked fine on my hp laptop and my phone. However, using the chromebook the video brightness adjusts to being a white screen. I have searched the internet for a solution. One solution was to switch of auto adjust via the Zoom settings. When I have looked at the zoom video settings I the only two settings I have is to mirror screen and to change which camera I use, I have no other video settings either on the app or via desktop.

Hi team,  I have employees under me who are now taking my zoom sessions with my clients. I have paid the extra to add another user, added them in all settings as user/cohost using their account email both on the app and the site, but they still have zero access to anything I have organised. I really need my set meeting links to be accessible by them, at their end, so I don't have to attend the zooms with all the controls etc.

I have deleted all my cloud recordings from my Zoom recording area.  When I look at it now, it says there are 15 results.  I have also received messages and emails in the past when I only had a couple recordings there that I was exceeding my storage limit.  What are these other results referring to?

Hi there,  is there anyone getting the same error Zoom SDK Authorization failed errorversion : 6.0.11V in a windows based Zoom conference room. 

it took me a long time to understand that you can't just add any Zoom user to the host list.  You can only add a paid (Licensed) user and this user must be added to your  account. I have someone I need to delegate hosting to. She is a paid licensed user so that should be good. But when I go to add her to my account, I learn that her license then becomes part of my "organization" and she gets a refund and I pay her bill.  Is this the only way to do this? Neither she nor I want to be partners - we just have a one-time need for collaboration. How do solopreneurs delegate meeting hosting? Is it possible that I could add her as a Basic user and your system would read that she's a licensed user thereby allowing me to add her as an alternative host? The only solution I see is for me to give her my login, which can't be a good idea for Zoom security.

How do you tell the difference between the attendee and presenters link? 

After purchasing a Zoom Pro account, I disabled SSO login and accidentally signed out before i was able to set the password for email log in. Now I am unable to login with both email and Google SSO. If i log in with Google SSO, it just shows 'You cannot log into your Zoom account using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2,025) '. And if i try to reset the password using 'Forgot Password', i get an email that says 'There was recently a request to change the password on your account. Based on our records, you used Google to sign in Zoom, click the button below, then select sign in with Google.' and the link leads me to the same sign in page as earlier and the cycle repeats. Now I am unable to access my account using either Google or email log in. How do I reset password and gain access to my account? Please help!!

Hi guys,  i have a problem with my meetings schedule. I received two invitations via Mail for reacurring meetings. Unfortunately they dont show when i log in to my desktop zoom client and go to meetings. All the meetings that I plan are showing in the schedules, but the meetings i am invited to dont occur in the list. How do i solve this? Is there a setting i have to change?  I am looking forward to your recommendations.  Regards JS Investments 

I was setting up app on tablet. Uesd email on desktop to receive secret codeand all went to desktop. No longer able to complete setup on tablet. What a wonder topia you have.

Very basic question.  We are a non-profit, and we are about to get a a paid account to have various volunteers conduct meetings over the summer when other volunteers (who have Zoom licenses from their jobs) are not available.  So a very basic question -- can we have multiple user names sharing the license (we understand only one meeting can be active at a time).   Is there a master user name so I can create and delete these  other user names over the summer so as prevent people from scheduling a meeting without clearing it with me (and creating embarassing confusion.)  Thank you.

is it possible to open allow multi pin user for all participants by default?

The resolution on the mp4 video that Zoom gives me has changed to 3840x2160, from 1280 x 720.  This makes the video file much, much larger.  I enjoy the visual quality of the higher-res recording, but I was surprised by how much larger the file is.  Can I control the resolution and if so, how do I do this?  I'd prefer to store /archive the video files of my zoom meetings in smaller size files!

If I am in a breakout room, using bluetooth headphones, when I exit the breakout room audio goes silent.It still shows that I'm using bluetooth headphones, but there is no audio.When I power off the headphones, the laptop speaker comes on. When I power the headphones back on, they connect and take over and work fine.However, I find that I have to power cycle my headphones every time I exit a breakout room.Using a mac.This is driving me batty

When two of my meeting guests try to register and enter their email address, they get a message that says, "This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address." Everyone else has been able to register with their email addresses so far. Is there any way to add the two people whose email addresses the system is bouncing myself? I tried to register them using the same link I gave everyone, and I got the same error message. Thanks for any advice!

I am using a Chromebook and when sharing screen the additional options bar is not showing up, only the Stop sharing, pause and sharing options.  Can someone tell me how to activate all the missing options 

when i turn on mirror video on zoom it just mirrors for me and not for others in the meeting. How do I make it mirror for all people?

Every time I open a zoom meeting on my PC I get a not responding window after a couple moments, sometimes it will work for a couple minutes and when I switch the screen its on it'll freeze again. I have tried cleaning zoom out entirely and then redownloading and it has not worked, does anyone know the issue? for reference my internet is averaging 155mb/sec download speed.

Users in the organization is scheduling Zoom meetings but the Zoom application is showing 1 hour forward for the scheduled meeting. These meetings are scheduled during the end of daylight savings, user wants it to show the actual scheduled timing to avoid confusion.
