It's too small to see

Has anyone experienced getting stuck in a breakout room as the host and not being able to return to the main room until the time is up? It's happened to me quite a few times lately - all of the controls seem disabled - and I haven't been able to move around to the different breakout rooms. 

I have a link to a recording with an audio transcript recorded on the .gov platform with shared screen speaker view. I want to create an audio transcript that I can print and read through and highlight while I am watching the meeting. In the past, I have been able to cut and paste the text from the transcript into a google doc or a Word doc or a text doc.  With this recording, I can copy a sentence or so at a time. The meeting is over 2 hours - and that is just not a good solution.   I have tried to cut and paste the transcript from 4 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge) into Google docs, Word, and TextEdit.  Is there a solution? My process is: 1.  cut and paste the audio transcript into a document 2. skim the transcript, 3. cut the sections I don’t need, 4. print the transcript, 5. read it through again, highlighting the sections I am interested in,  6. watch the recording while reading along with the document.   Thanks in advance!

Hey folks, I have a free account, version 6.2.7 (free account), and I recently tried to record and save an important meeting that was hosted in someone else's meeting room. I was not signed into my Onedrive account on my computer, and I didn't realize that the default location for saving that recording would have been in that onedrive account. Both of us cannot find the recording, it seems like it realized it couldn't upload it, and then it just decided to not record it. I see where the folder says it was modified, but there's no file in there, even after signing in. Any thoughts?

Hello, I cannot see any upcoming meetings in the Calendar as I open it with Zoom Workplace app, on a MAC. I have only the default calendar based on my zoom email. This has been happening for months now and still is. Recently I have changed the name and my zoom email.  While before I did not have any errors, I could add meetings... but were not displayed. Now I have errors when adding a meeting. First I had the error 100000404. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Now I have the 404 error when adding a meeting, from the Plus blue sign in the calendar itself -» Zoom workplace app.I tried adding a meeting directly on the website, from the calendar. It does not give an error but it does not say anything, the window does not close. The meeting does not get added in the Calendar view, but I can find it in the Meetings tab. The dates in the calendar do not show a dot -» like they used to when there were events on that date. Yesterday I tried to make a virtual Zumba class with my new Chromebook. Few weeks ago I installed the Zoom App, connected everythig...As I tried to only share the music without Screen yesterday it was not working, because I don't see the option for advanced options where the "normal" button only Audio can be found. Can someone help me to find the right way to share the audio without screen? Thank you

Zoom recently changed how the automatic thumbnails show up when you trim a video recording. The instructions say to click the pen icon next to the video thumbnail and a metadata panel should open on the right side of the screen with an option to edit thumbnails.But when I click the pen icon no metadata panel shows up on the right side of the screen and no option for thumbnails. I tried this on Safari, Firefox and Chrome and it does not work on any browser. How can I edit the thumbmail for my video recording after I trim the recording?? 

Does Zoom offer an option to share Polls/ Poll questions between users within an organization? ie, is there a way for me to share Polls I've created so that my colleagues can use them in their own meetings?  Alternatively, if there's a way to create polls from CVS files this would work as I could then share CVS poll templates with my colleagues.  

Bonjour, J'ai des soucis depuis l'installation de la dernière mise à jour de zoom sur ma tablette. Mon son est de mauvaise qualité ce qui m'oblige à éteindre ma vidéo. J'ai pensé que ma tablette manquait d'espace, je l'ai vidée et réinitialisée mais le problème persiste. J'ai réinstallé zoom plusieurs fois et ça n'a pas amélioré la situation. Bought a pro license an hour ago, can't call or chat with zoom live support unless I shell out more dollars. oom was great last year but has become greedy and added more complex features that all cost money. Downloaded the app "Livestream" and now I get error "You can not stream to this platform" and all 4 platforms are greyed out. I am owner of the account and have full privileges. Someone please help me livestream to my facebook group that I am admin of. 

Hi, I have a basic plan and trying to transcript the reunion. The recording is apparently working, plus when leaving the reunion I do have a conversion window of my recording. Then when I look for the past reunion, there is none, no recording and no transcription .Would be grateful for support. cheers

I have been experiencing an issue with my team for screensharing and audio with Zoom.  Basically, screen sharing option is missing for participants. The only options they see are Participants, Raise hand, Meeting info and More.They are also unable to join with an audio in a Zoom meeting. The issue doesn't seem to happen for a host of a meeting.  I first noticed this on MacOS devices but soon realized this issue is coming up in all browsers (Chrome, Edge and Safari) and Windows as well. Using the latest version of Zoom on macOS and windows devices.I have already checked and made sure Zoom has access to all settings in this article: Enabling screen sharing for participants in Zoom meetingsI have also made sure the global settings in Zoom admin is not restricting screen sharing. This is happening to all users in my team for any internal or external meeting where they are the participants.  Any ideas? 

I am relatively green with this technology and I would appreciate your help so I can avoid any issues the day of!  Thank you for your help in advance!  FYI, I am a pro member.  I will be holding multiple interviews throughout the day with 3 interviewers, each joining separately.  Each of the interviewees will also join separately for their one 1 hour slot. To make it easier, can I create one meeting link and share it with everyone including the interviewees? And if we take a 1 hour lunch break in the middle of the day, will the meeting automatically stop, requiring us to log into the meeting again?  Should we have one link for before lunch and one for after lunch?  

I am not able to launch Zoom automatically from my iPhone when someone sends me the link thru Facebook Messenger.  A window pops up saying that I have to copy the link and paste to a browser.  Is there an easier way to launch Zoom by just clicking on the Zoom link provided?  I have the Zoom app loaded on my iPhone.  I don't want to copy-and-paste to a browser...

FEATURE REQUEST:Product: Zoom Meetings Feature details:Please enable the ability for PARTICIPANTS of Zoom meetings to prevent recording and/or note taking in meetings that they are in. There are certain sensitive accounts (e.g. HR, CEO, etc) that wish to prevent recording at all times for security and privacy reasons. Zoom currently only allows the host to control this, but there should be a setting for participants to disallow this as well. Note, Google Meet has such a setting (via Admin controls). Thank you!Jeff

Could you please allow me to change the sound when someone enters the room?The one you have is really unpleasant!

Since the latest Zoom update, every time I join a meeting on my mini-iPad and see the video preview, I must backtrack to the “meeting settings page” (more -> settings menu -> meetings) and toggle OFF the “mirror my video” as well as toggle ON the “mute my microphone” settings. Anyone else having the same issue? Okay, it’s not a nightmare, but this annoyingly repetitive and time-wasting protocol didn’t occur until recently, and I want the developers to make it stop. Because I have a basic account, I can’t contact them directly about fixing what seems like a bug. Maybe someone here can do me a solid and send my query along to the folks who can fix the problem…. unless someone here actually has a solution! Thanks in advance for any help.

When setting up all my meeting, I turn on automatically recording to my computer.  In the the last 5 (or more) sessions, the automatic recording has not worked.  If I remember, I can turn it on during the live session, but would really like not to have to remember when I am live.  Please advise.

Hello - suddenly one day recently, my output audio (what others heard) became very muffled.  They could hear me only if I shouted.  Then today I tried headphones in a meeting, thinking maybe that could fix the speaking issue.  It did not.  However, upon removing the headphones, now the speaker output is very low.  I can now barely hear the other participants.  I have an older Mac Pro laptop, running High Sierra.  It was all working fine and only recently has this audio issue.  And only with zoom.  I have updated zoom, and checked all audio settings, both on the mac and on the zoom app.  I reset the NRAM or whatever at the Apple store.  Any suggestions?   Thanks!!  This is making zoom unusable.
