I have a group who are in the middle of property valuation appeals and they are taking up all of our cloud storage. I offered to help, but in order to do that I have to share with myself, open the recording then download. How and where can I change a setting to allow me to download directly from the Recording Management page instead of adding multiple steps (and time consumption) to the process? Thanks,Brian Craven

Hey all, I received an email saying that Zoom "over the next few months we will be migrating our email addresses from @608130.us to @608130.com." It is requesting that I make sure @608130.com emails are approved on my teams email lists. It just seems like a strange email because I am the only one on my team who received it and it isn't signed off. I can't seem to find any other information regarding this and am trying to make sure it is legitimate.  Any thoughts or information is appreciated! Thanks!

I am trying to share a children's book via Youtube with a homebound student.  The student can see the book but cannot hear the audio.  I can hear audio and see the book on my end.  What do I need to do so my student can hear the book?  I have this issue with 3 other students so it's not their computer.  Thank you!

Hello everyone, In our tenant, we would like to have Team Chat disabled for everyone, but we would also like to be able to slowly deploy it should we decide to do so.  Our Zoom reps mentioned creating a group with a name something like "Team Chat Disabled," then disable team chat in that group's settings.  Then it was mentioned to enable team chat at the account level and leave it unlocked there.  From there, people we don't want team chat enabled would be added to the "Team Chat Disabled" group. Surely, others here have wanted the same thing to where you perhaps want certain groups to have team chat, but not others.  For those with experience with this, how did you handle it? Thanks!

Hi,I'm using Zoom when teaching and depend on breakout rooms for group work. The feature is excellent for my purposes but I lack the opportunity to monitor all groups at once, like a tradisjonell classroom situation.My idea is that when breakout rooms have been activated, they should pop-up as live footage together on my screen and sound from a specific room would only be activated when hoovering over the live image with the cursor.This would enable me to navigate smoothly between group discussions and enter swiftly when I see students need guidance.This would make Zoom almost unbeatable!BR Peter

I created a Zoom account as an Educator because I will be teaching students ages 12-18 accounting, budgeting, business accounting, etc. I am still being shown that my Zoom Meetings can only be 40min long, even as an educator. Do educators not receive longer Zoom Meetings?

Hi all,We have all gotten quite skilled with fully remote meetings using Zoom. Now we are starting to explore hybrid meetings - some people in person and some people on Zoom. Our meetings are a bit more complex - language interpreters, American Sign Language interpreters, Captioner, a power point presentation in person, presentation to in person attendees,  etc. Do you have any tips and helpful information for us?Our account is for Zoom meetings only, not webinars.Thanks TS

Hy, My name is Amir and I am running an educational platform by the Name Pifra. I belong to Pakistan and I want to know how I can add Zoom support on my website. I have a number of students to whom I teach Ecom and Digital skills.    I want to add a zoom button on my website and link it to my zoom account. When ever a student purchase a specific membership which ovcourse is a one-to-one meeting, I want a zoom button on the screen where when the user click it need to auto open zoom session.    If this is possible let me know and how can i add it to my website. Hi all, I currently run an online maths tutoring business. I plan to take on tutors by the end of the year who can work for my organisation. What I need is a platform whereby I can create pre-made whiteboards which are available to all my tutors.Also some sort of forum in which I can communicate with other tutors.It'd be great too if all of their tutorials could be recorded so I can review their performance. Are these features which are all possible through the enterprise plan? Thanks Tom

Hello there, Our institution is planning adoption SSO for our students but would be much appreciated if we could customize the confirmation email. On Admin > Advanced > Branding > Emails tab it is possible to change some default emails, but I did not find an option to change this specifically. So here's the question, It is possible to customize this email? if it is, how can I do it?Best regards.

Hello! When I was making a zoom account, I accidentally pressed the Educator Account option and now I cannot log into Zoom with that account. I am currently using a different email to post this. Is there a chance that I can switch my account to the default one?  Thank you.

For the past two plus years, like most teachers in America, I have been using Zoom to have online virtual classes.  I have always recorded the class meetings locally and then posted them on my website for students. For the first couple of years Zoom included the teacher/speaker in a small window in the top right corner while I shared my computer screen to the class in the local recordings. This was great because I tend to use my hands and a facial expression a lot during lectures.Now the teacher/speaker window is not included in local recordings. The same thing happens no matter which computer system I am on when I teach the class. The teacher/speaker window is available while the class is live, but not in the local recordings. I searched the internet for an explanation and looked for help so I can fix the problem, but I have not found one. Please share with me how I can get the teacher/speaker window back in the top right corner of local recordings. Thank you in advance

What doesn't mean of healthcare in zoom  meeting community.

Hi,   I have two accounts with my university (1 staff account, 1 student account) that share the same domain. I am unable to switch between them. When I try to "sign out" or "switch account" and type in the domain, it defaults to my staff account. Does anyone know how I can access my student account?   Thank you!

My mom's telehealth assessment can be done with the assessor using Zoom for Healthcare.  Does it work if she just has the free basic (i.e. unpaid) Zoom, and is that secure then, in the way that Zoom for Healthcare is supposed to provide?
