I need to change my sign-in email, but I cannot access my previous email  to confirm the change. So, what do I do to solve this? I tried to contact Zoom Support but with no luck. When I tried  to change under "My profile" and "Sign-in Email", this  came up:"Check your previous sign-in email (......) to confirm this change. Until your new email address is activated, you can still sign in with your previous one. All notifications will still be sent to this email address. If you cannot access your previous email, contact Zoom Support."

It is new? "Your free meeting has just ended. Wait 9 minutes before starting a new meeting.  

The Zoom email newsletters typically contain information about how to use Zoom, including topics such as:・Participating in Zoom meetings・Scheduling Zoom meetings・Hosting Zoom meetings・Questionnaire surveys related to Zoom features, etc.While I am aware of the process to unsubscribe from newsletters individually as a recipient,I am wondering if there is a way for a system administrator to unsubscribe all users from these newsletters at once.The influx of newsletters targeting all users has caused issues like a Denial of Service (DoS) attack,resulting in a slowdown of the email system.I would appreciate hearing from anyone facing a similar problem.

Good morning.Are we able to get a refund on our latest renewal please.We haven't used the Work Place Pro Annual Plan (x1) for a while, we meant to cancel but couldn't see how to and it has now auto renewed yesterday.I appreciate you have terms but we can't really afford to pay for something we no longer use. The product is great but our business has changed.I can obviously provide a/c details. RegardsM 

Hello ! I registered zoom account under my company email. I paid a monthly subscription via my credit card. Sometime ago, I enabled 2 factor authentication but i did not store recovery code and i did not install authentication app. This maybe a mistake ! Then i changed my laptop. The administrator deleted and formatted all apps, software in old laptop. Now i can not login my zoom account by email and password. It requires me to provide either verification code or recovery code, which i do not have. Could Admin or someone please advise and help me to solve this login issue ? Thank you very much. Hanh76 

If you have a Zoom plan and are shocked to find you cannot reduce the number of licenses or cancel and add-on, please respond. This business practice is dubious at best and potentially actionable. If you were not made aware that Zoom considers you "locked in" until you tried to downgrade or cancel, that experience should be widely publicized before more organizations fall prey to this practice.  Check your paperwork. Did you even get any paperwork? If you did, does it say anything about being locked in? Many people just upgrade plans without being told they will be unable to cancel or downgrade. 

So, Zoom thinks they can quietly dip into your account for a subscription renewal without warning. Has this happened to you and they refused to refund you? You’re not alone. Don’t let them get away with it.Here's what you can do: 1. Call your bank immediately and dispute the charge.2. Request a chargeback and have your bank block any further charges if they won’t cooperate.3. Share your experience here so we can keep track of how many are affected.If enough of us hit them at once, maybe they’ll learn that shady business comes with consequences. Let’s hold them accountable.

I have a problem that's impossible to resolve through Zoom's ridiculously complicated "self-help" site. I need to close an old account that I continue to get billed for. Has anyone had success getting through to Zoom?  

I was going to cancel  Zoom Pro today because I was feeling like the price of the Pro plan was too high for my infrequent use and not needing many of the features. When I clicked in to cancel, Zoom offered an option to go to a new Beta tier called Zoom One Basic Plus that's more like Basic but allows for extending up to 4 meetings/month to 80 minutes, so I decided to give that a try, but now I don't know how to use the meeting extensions and haven't been able to find any information about it in the support area so far. I realize I may be looking in the wrong place. Does anyone know more about this & could help me figure out how to use this new feature? 

My company was recently acquired, and I am wondering if there is a way of transferring all of the user data from my company account to our new parent company account. Ideally, we would like to save all meeting history and recordings, but need to cancel our subscription because it is duplicative to our parent company's account. I know there is an option to transfer all user data to another user within your org before the user is deleted. I'm wondering if there is any similar migration process for all company data between Zoom orgs. Thank you!

I cancelled my pro subscription last year, a full year agoand this year zoom again withdraw a pro amount of money from my creditcard without consent!

I have made payment for plan.Amount 1624 deducted.A mandate is also set.  No invoice generated. Tried logging out from  all devices and log back in. Two support tickets already created no response on them.  What kind of support does zoom really have. Frustrated

I am writing to request a refund for the recent payment charged to my corporate credit card.It appears that my subscription was automatically renewed. However, I no longer require this plan and did not intend to continue the subscription. Hello. I need to use Zoom for online teaching, but i can't even open the file on my laptop, to install it! After downloading the apk file, when i right click on it, i get the option to open or save.  When i click on open, nothing happens! Please could somebody help me solve this problem, so that i can finally install Zoom? Thank you so much! Marlene Ps I don't have any other Zoom downloads on my laptop, and i've cleared the cache.  I dunno what else to do!

I tried to log onto my zoom account, it says no account associated with my email. I am the organization account owner. I logged in as another admin and it appears zoom transferred my account owner email to an unknown gmail account. It seems fraudulent, yet without an active account, I spent 20 minutes trying to get through the AI Bot support to access a person. Finally, when talked to a support person, all they said they would do is escalate it and to wait for an email response. Completely inadequate response by Zoom. I wanted to stay on the support line as I had no other way to contact zoom without an active account. They were unable to reinstate my email and just kept telling me to wait for an email response and then ended the chat. They wouldnt transfer me to technical support, just ended the chat! How does someone just take over and replace the account owner email?! I found a support article that explains a few ways to change the account owner, and it appears the only way

How can I assign the sub user admin with less privilege and a can handle a group, not entire?Here am looking for an admin access to control a specific access on creating/modifying/managing users. This sub admins don't want to see other users, zoom rooms, BYOC configurations, account profile details etc

I have had a workplace pro account for several years as I am a counsellor and need one hour sessions with my clients. My laptop was recently corrupted with a virus so I had to use my husband's laptop and signed into Zoom using my sign in details.  It didn't recognise that I had a workplace pro account,  only gave me a basic free account.  My laptop is now back and repaired.  I have downloaded the Zoom app again,  signed in and again only recognised me as a basic free account! My subscription runs out today and Zoom US are trying to take out the money for this year. I am not happy about this as I cannot get my account up and running again yet will be paying for something I don't have. The Zoom support through the portal is complicated and rubbish as the virtual assistants do not understand your problem and the FAQs don't have my exact problem. I tried calling  Zoom but as my account is only recognised as basic free, I am not entitled to support from a human

I reactivate my account (I can use it until this October) and Zoom charges me $3.92.Anyone knows about this $3.92?My reactivation fee is $159.90 and Zoom will charge me this on November 1st. It's Company account and I have to explain it to the office.  Thanks

How can I eliminate the flood of ads for up-charged services?  Is there an opt-out location?  I pay to use the service not be hounded every time I get off a meeting.
