I got a message in my account: Important Notice Your plan is expiring and your feature level will be downgraded. Do not terminate your conferences early. Reactivate your Professional plan to continue using it. Reactivate your plan Paid in May for 1 year. I wonder why this notification appeared? No one knows?

We have a Zoom Pro account for our staff, we have been using password, we now want to force staff to use Google Sign-in and never use password...currently we are bale to use Google Sign-in but can still use password which is what we want to stop.Any help on how we force Google SignIn and disable password login?

Hello,  I received a message/notice about a change coming in June or July, and that I think one needs to register for the webinar.- I cannot locate the notice.- I didn't understand the notice subject at all.  I don't know if it applies to me. I have a very simple individual customer account only for one-on-one meetings by video, and occasionally used.  No other feature is used or needed.Does someone know what the notice was?You think it applies to me? I find this whole Zoom website so difficult to find anything, or to get help.  I cannot call in for live help??  wow.Please help me with this notice. I really appreciate it.

Hi,  I have Zoom Workplace Pro for occasional one-on-one meetings for 4-5 years. That's it.  Just me. Not a company.I use Zoom with Google browser.  Suddenly today (6/19/24) I cannot sign-in.  I enter user and password and then it just cycles on same page.  Doesn't go to next page or sign-in.   I don't receive any explanation or error code or anything to explain this.I never use Bing browser but did now and it does allow me to sign in.  But I need to stay with Google browser.Can you advise?And I really prefer not to delete all my passwords to all saved sites. By the way, there isn't a Board  or topic for this basic question and having difficulty posting this question as a result.  Why is this so difficult?Please contact me.  Thank you.

I have managed a Zoom Business account with for years. I was asked if I wanted to update to a better version that included transcription. As we are therapists who tape our sessions, I agreed as that feature was helpful and I remeber being told it was only 25 dollars more per person. Since I trusted Zoom, I asked my colleagues, they agreed and (my mistake), I signed the contract without going over it carefully.  I was shocked by the bill and have been trying to deal with Zoom since then to let us go back to our original plan. No one needed or uses the phone or any feautures of the plan. All I have gotten back from customer care is telling me the "sustem" will not allow them to let me go back to the original plan. When I write back, I get a message the case is closed and I need to start all over. When they wanted me to upgrade, they were very available to talk to a person live. As I want to downgrade, they are not responsive or rude or lie to me. I am hoping someone has contact info

We are a small nonprofit that works with the elderly population. Unfortunately, we are in a difficult financial situation and would like to downgrade our plan so we can keep our organization afloat. But the Zoom Sales Team, who were extremely eager to work with us to create the contract, have now ignored our emails or tersely informed us that we can't do anything until our contract ends in 2025. We have offered to pay a penalty for downgrading during our contract but they have not budged. We feel like we have been trapped into a contract without any warning about the extreme cancellation policy. We are also shocked by the lack of customer service and the cold treatment by the company. Is there any way Zoom could work with us?

I keep having to go into my settings and turn off live streaming, but each meeting still streams live. I don't want live streaming. Why won't the setting save (though it initially appears to, but then does not)?

We were unable to process payment since your sold to country is ineligible for the currency selected. I am getting this error.. what should I do?

I would like to change the currency of my plan payment from  American DOLLAR  to Brazilian REAL. However, before changing it ,  I would like to know how much I will pay for the same plan in REAL,  in case I decide to change it. Unfortunately, it hasn't been possible to find this information anywhere, before I decide it for good. To make things worse, once I change the currency, I won't be able to return to the previous one anymore!

We created a new account using our organizational email address. However, we accidentally select educator option for age under 13. How to revoke the selection and set up a normal organizational account? Currently, our account is showing as locked, because the consent is pending for signature. 

I have one Zoom Pro Subscription account and am managing one user, including myself.   When I try to change one user from Basic to Licensed, I encounter an issue. Previously, I was able to make this change, but today, after changing all users to Basic, I can no longer upgrade a user to Licensed.   I received the following message: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit."   However, my account shows that one Zoom Pro license is available, yet I still cannot make the change.   Please help me resolve this issue.

When I try to use the desktop app, I'm told that I need to upgrade to version 5.15.5.  It also tells me to contact my IT department to have this done.  I don't have an IT department.  What do I do now? Thanks.

I was creating a Zoom account with my work email today. I accidentally clicked educator account and now I am unable to create my account. I tried to redo the signup process and this did not help as it redirected back to the educator info page. I tried to follow the advice from several of the forums and contact support. The billing and account management department said they could not help me and technical support immediately closed my case and basically told me to refer to the same forums that referred me to them. I really need this fixed and I do not understand why others accounts were brought restarted by mine can't. I cannot finish the signup portion so I only have the email in question but I do not have a meeting ID or anything as the sign-up portion is not done.

Bot can't understand me. Basic question! The pricing table says the above is £119.90 per year. On our account it says next payment due is £129.90 . The difference is too small for VAT and it does say that the latter includes taxes in any case.  Anyone know which is correct?

I have an overdue invoice, for which the plan is valid until June 10, 2025. I want to discontinue my subscription because I can't afford the plan. The invoice is overdue for 5 days. Can I pay for the 5-day overdue fine instead of paying for another whole-year plan?

When I set up zoom years ago I used the hi@ email address.I then changed it to kylie@ as I had a new staff member using hi@ and I wanted to have full login myself.Somehow it's now changed itself (ZOOM!) back to hi@ and I ca n't change it back.I have tried to contact support and the CHAT tells me I'm not eligible for support - even though I have a paid account, which I think is outrageous! One of my team members has the login, however I, as the company owner, should have it. No matter how hard we try, we can't change it back to me. I have screenshots and all manner of things to share. Please help! p.s When I try change the Zoom account's email address to kylie@ the message I receive is that kylie@ is already registered ... however, I can't log in with that email address. HelloI had contracted the Zoom One Pro plan but I purchased the large meeting plan for 500 spectators. Can I cancel the pro one plan without losing its benefits and stay only with the large meeting plan?

Not sure how to change this, since the email in the Native app is one I no longer have access to. I created a  new acct using my Apple account, but it somehow linked both accounts (perhaps due to name and phone number?). Then I tried removing all Zoom apps and data and reinstalled. Same problem. I'm running on a MacBook Pro with M2 Max, using Zoom 6.0.11 (35001)

Last Saturday, I signed in with a Pro Plan using a mistaken email, I used puntoycoma.sv, instead of my correct email pycoma.sv. I reported this but I didn't have an answer, so I made another subscription with my correct email. The thing is, that I want to cancel the subscription with the mistaken email because I can't log in and I am not going to use it. Can you help me please?
