Hello, I searched the community forums for this issue but I seem to not find anything regarding this particular issue. At the start of August, Zoom ended their partnership with working live and my account was moved and converted to a basic free account.  But I still to seem to get my credit card charged each month. Ive tried to reach out to Working Live but there is no response and everytime I attempt to access their wesbite, my anti-virus alerts me of the website being malicious and blocks me from accessing it.  So I am at a loss of what to do other than doing a charge back on my credit card. But I am curious if anyone else in the community who had been subscribed to working live is also facing this issue as well? 

I received an email that said Zoom and WorkingLive will be ending their partnership effective August 31, 2024,  and I need to create a new Zoom account directly on the Zoom website. Is it true?

I’m planning to introduce the “associated domain” into our company’s Zoom settings. But, before getting started, I’d like to ask the following two questions:1  Is it possible to have Pro licenses, Business licenses, and Basic licenses within the same Zoom account? For example, are we allowed to have 10 Pro licenses, 2 Business licenses, and 100 Basic licenses in the same account?2  Assuming the answer to the above question is positive, is it possible for an admin user with a Business license to manage the associated domain settings?

I keep getting this message at the top of my zoom account page:"Your payment card on file will expire in less than 60 days.  Please update your payment method or you will lose access to your paid features in the future." My card on file does not expire for 3 years.  I re-entered the card information just in case but still getting the same message.  I see others have had a similar issue but there is not any response from Zoom Support on their threads.  

I've changed my payment option, but it is still written that I have to update it because the expiration date is in 2 months. But it's in 2026!

No ways to cancel subscription or edit plan, contact customer service is the only method, waiting for more than 2 hrs, still waiting…what can I do?

Hello,I needed to purchase a 2-year Zoom Pro subscription for my company during end pf Sep 2024 but since could not find the option, I purchased a 1-Year subscription only. But we now need to extend the subsription by one additional year by this month itself. Thank you to advise hwo to proceed.

I'm trying to figure out how to get into an old account, but I do not have access to an authentication code or recovery code. I need to access this account for business purposes but no matter what I try I can't do anything. I try to submit a ticket with this account but I get told it doesn't exist even though I verified all the information linked to it. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do? I tried to call customer support but also got told that this account doesn't exist.

For this reason, this user has been suspended.Please reach out to the email owner and let them know if they wish to dispute this decision, they may submit an appeal.Regards,Zoom Trust and Safety Story: Got 100 licenses, was trying to move from GOTOconnect to Zoom Phone, got 100 licenses, and was trying to set up everything and scheduled couple of port ins, 1 number already got ported in. While my users were signing up with the email invitation they received account got disabled and everyone got that email. At that time I was setting up the IVR/Group call settings. Submitted appeal, got rejected, submitted companys paperwork even tax returns got rejected. Now the 1 number which already got ported in is very essential to me, and now I can't port it out because I'm being told that I need zoom phone

I have been chatting with the virtual chat bot. Not getting anywhere. Looking for assistance on two questions I have related to adding users to my workplace pro account.   1. If a person has or doesn't have their own Zoom account what is the benefit to them or me to add them to my account? 2. Is the fee to add a user to my account the same as if they were to get their account?  Thank you in advance for your help! 

We've had a premium account for years and a personal meeting number, and we are all over the world and rely on Zoom.  We pay automatically each month, and all payments are up to date.  We go into Zoom to start an incredibly important meeting today, and our meeting id is gone, they've replaced it with a free account id, the history is gone from the account, and I can't use support because it claims I have a free account and does not recognize either our old personal id or our new one.  Help!  My claim email sent is classified as low priority, and we are losing thousands a day because of this.  It is quite an emergency for us.  What do I do?

I am hosting a meeting that will exceed the 100 participants allowed on my pro account. My billing cycle is on the 7th of every month, but my event is on the 10th of next month. Today is the 18th. If I purchase the large meeting upgrade today, will it be available for my meeting on the 10th? Or should I wait for my next billing cycle on the 7th?

Citibank in India has been taken over by Axis Bank.My standing instruction for bill payments is no longer functional. How can I delete my current standing instruction on my Citibank Credit Card and add a new standing instruction on my new Axis Bank Credit Card?

I need to delete the information for the credit card in the 'Billing' section. I cancel my subscription, and I tried to do this but it appears to change the payment only without deleting the existing information for the credit card.

I paid to renew my Pro on 12/29. It says on Zoom that I am upgraded but it won't give me access to a live person to understand why it still only gives me basic features.  I only get the 40 min and it caused a HUGE issue in an important meeting today
