I cannot open, force quit, or move the app to trash on my MacBook. When I try to open the app I get a finder pop-up that says, "The application “zoom.us” is not open anymore." When I force quit the app, nothing happens and it is still 'open.' When I attempt to delete the app, with the intention to redownload and start over, I get a finder popup that says, "The application “zoom.us” is not open anymore." What am I supposed to do? I cannot join any meetings by any means on this device. Yes, everything is up to date. Yes, I have turned my device on and off.I attached a screenshot of the pop-ups.

I recently retired and lost access to my workplace zoom account. I'm trying to buy an account, but Zoom keeps insisting I already have one. Help! I have tried all my email addresses (I have three), but zoom evidently has linked all of those addresses to the workplace account. 

I would like to ask you again respectfully.I would like to request a refund for my subscription.

My company (a nonprofit) has been using Zoom for our video conferencing and phones. Per the "Plan Management" page in our account portal, we are set to renew our plan on April 24th, 2024. We were planning to decrease our licenses (16 Workplace Business + 20 Workplace Business Plus), which I was partially able to do in March in our account portal on the "Plan Management" page, decreasing our Workplace Business licenses to 1 (we couldn't go to 0). I also requested an opportunity to discuss our phone licenses with an account manager. We were contacted by a Zoom Renewals Manager along with our Account Manager to discuss renewal plans. I met with the Renewals Manager and expressed that we were interested in decreasing our number of licenses and phone lines. Afterwards, he sent me a quote which was significantly higher than the current rate displayed in our Zoom billing portal, despite the fact that we were actually decreasing our licenses. I signed up for a Zoom subscription as I needed for work. Recently my 2 employers bought a work subscription. I sent an email to the Zoom company in March to say I don't want to renew the subscription for another year. On the 8th of April, the system automatically renewed the annual Zoom subscription. Could I please get a refund? 

Can I remove my debit card after payment?

Currently Zoom is offering the following for free accounts hosting meetings in Ukraine: 40-minute limit temporarily waived for hosts in Ukraine. Hosts in Ukraine on free accounts can use Zoom to host meetings without the 40-minute limit.Does it still work? IDK why but my meerings finish after 40 min, tho I'm in Ukraine currently.

Kindly refund my Zoom subscription fund, we only use the account periodically. Henceforth, i will appreciate if i can be notified by email before any deduction.

Hi, I recently changed my email address on my pro account. Shortly thereafter I forgot my new password. Now, whenever I try to log into the account or reset the password, it makes me create a new (basic) account instead. I know I have a pro account because I'm being billed for it.Can someone please help me get this fixed? 

If the subscription ends, will I still have access to the video recordings? If I renew the subscription, will the video recordings disappear?

Somehow i have t wo accounts on my desktop zoom app i have the free version.  How do i delete one of the accounts. I can not find anywhere to do it.  Incidentally on the web vesion i only have the one account that i want.

Hello,  I am trying to change my community name because it is incorrectly spelled. Does anyone know if it can be changed and if so the steps to do so?  I have been looking and there isn;t a place on the profile page to change the community name.  Thank you in advance for your help.

I just cancelled my subscription for an organization I am no longer part of. And I find out that it will NOT BE CANCELLED UNTIL THE NEXT RENEWAL DATE!! This means I have just paid zoom for a full year's worth of service that I WILL NOT BE USING!! Do other people see the problem with this business model?I wonder how zoom has been able to do this to their paying customers all this time? Zoom?

Hi,   I did not download my recording from the cloud before I canceled my paid subscription. Is there a way I recover them? (if I re-subscribe for example)   Thanks for your help. Sibel

This is a question based on an issue that we encountered five years ago. User A has a personal Zoom Pro account. We want to grant User A an organizational account, but we don't have an organizational email service. (This is a non-profit, and volunteers use their personal email addresses for communications.) Five years ago, if we gave User A an organizational Zoom license using the same email address, that person's personal Pro license became inaccessible for personal Zoom meetings. We were able to build an email forwarding scheme that created pseudo-addresses to allow people to have unique logins to organizational accounts. In addition, I just confirmed that we can use the GMail +trick to allow people to manage separate Zoom licenses. Is the original problem still a problem? Can User A log in to zoom.us and mybelovedorg.zoom.us with the same email address and have two separately licensed accounts? 

Recently, I received many invitation emails which relating to introduce products, events....The sender from no-reply@zoom[.]us as the below image or attachment. I guess these are spams email.   Is there any way to detect the fake signature/certificate that used to sign these emails? and should I take some action against these or can zoom support?   Thanks and best regards,          

Everytime I try to log in to Zoom, Zoom fails to recognize the device even though I used it within the past 7 days. I use 2 different computers depending on whether I am at home or at a meeting in Church and use my phone to schedule. This problem started recently and I can not get a human being.  I would cancell but I have classes recorded on Zoom.

Hi,We have been in contact with our relationship manager and the renewal team for the past three weeks regarding the reduction of licenses. However, on our billing date (March 29, 2025), Zoom suspended our account without any prior notice. I previously reached out to the renewal team and customer care but have not received a positive response. Additionally, I submitted a request to Billing Support today regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive any update. I request Zoom to reactivate our account at the earliest. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
