In last few months, I have noticed that attending Webinars that I and others are not able to COPY the links and text that presenters place in the CHAT section of the Webinars. Example : Rick Steve's Monday night live travel presentations. The staff there says they are working with ZOOM but so far have not solved that problem. Today on the ZOOM live presentation the same problem. I could not copy the ZOOM webpage links that were presented in the CHAT.When will this be fixed ?  The links and text posted in the Q & A section can be copied - BUT - the presenters are still posting their links in the CHAT during a webinar which does not allow them to be copied. 

I just joined today, I did NOT load a profile picture ---- yet Zoom has a picture of my dog, as my profile picture. Where the heck did they get it from?

I can't receive attachments that other people sent in the Zoom chat. Other users on laptop can see it though.  I also can't attach any files in the Zoom chat on iPad.  What should I do?

I have some hearing loss and need to be able to watch the Live Transcript scroll by during meetings.Opening the Live Transcript window closes the Chat window.And that causes Chat previews to start popping up below my screen, which is distracting. Is there a way to suppress Chat previews? (If I need to see the Chat, I can always take a peek.) I've looked around and tinkered with my Chat preferences. And to my eye, it seems that the notifications should have disappeared. But they haven't. Here are my settings … what should I change?  Thank you for any insights!

I have used zoom for a couple of years.  I can share my desktop  files on my laptop and office computer but I cannot share my desktop files on my home computer.  I have updated and uninstalled and reinstalled and I still cannot share.  Here is a screen shot of what I get.  How do I fix this?

What URLs or IP Addresses govern Zoom Chat? I am OK with in-meeting chats but students are abusing out-of-meeting chat during the school day during class time. Students have been using their own free accounts to circumvent any security that we might have in place or use with our managed accounts. 

Hello, My users are reporting that the zoom chat notifications aren't playing a sound notification when receiving chats. I've checked to make sure that all settings are toggled in both app and settings but still doesn't ding when receiving chats. Any ideas of what I can try next? Thanks!

Dear Zoom Community, In the past we had asked Zoom Support if it is possible to include a feature that allows Zoom Administrators to better manage "chat" settings, including the "Status" inactive timer, at the account level. Anyone aware if this feature will ever be available?

Hello,every time we try to send Files in a Zoom Channel we only receive the Message: "You are currently not allowed to store files because your administrator has disabled file sharing." Im the administrator but i cant find the option to activate the upload of files. Where can i activate it?  

Hi I've tried to do a zoom live in my facebook groupe and it wouldn't connect. The message was that I don't have the permission... But I'm admin ti my groupe. Why did this happen ? And please help fix it and make sure it doesn't happen againThank youRegardsTracy

I created a recurring meeting at the beginning of Covid (March 2020ish) for myself and colleagues. I probably put some random date as the end date thinking it would be more than long enough, but it wasn't. What now happens is the meeting still exists because I shared the calendar invite in outlook for a long time, but it doesn't appear in my zoom meetings either in the app or on the online portal. It is not a "deleted meeting" that I can recover (I have already looked this up). I wondered if anyone has an idea how I can get it back as a meeting in my zoom account? As I say, the link still works and we use it every day, but the only way I can access it is via the link in the outlook calendar - but it still recognises me as the host when I log in. Thank you in advance.

How can I identify who participate in the meeting after the meeting finished if I didn´t record it? 

Hello,I was working on a chatbot. When I send message from my php backend it's showing the message sending successful but in my zoom application I'm not receiving it (actually receiving it but not immediately). I've checked my phone it's receiving the message but in Mac app it's not receiving. I've tried with Postman it's instantly send the message to both android and Mac app. But when I tried with php backend the Mac app not receiving it. If i restart the zoom application the message does appear.Can anyone tell me what might be the issue.Note: I'm still using it in test mode.

Hi all - new to the community so please be gentle! From this morning, our company has found the floowing issue started. On WIn 10 device with Zoom app....A notification pops up advising a new message has been receivedAfter selecting the notification, the Zoom App window pops up and there is no new message showing.After exiting Zoom and reopening the app, the message appears. This is only happening intermittently

My account was downgraded from paid to free, and can no longer see my list of recordings. Are they still available? Will they be restored when my account is upgraded? How can I access them?
