I am trying very hard to learn zoom (I'm NOT tech savvy).  Everybody says it's simple, BUT, I sent out an invitation to my first meeting as a test.  When the participant answered my email, it came to a different email address than the email address I use to log-in with (and that I signed up with).  HOW does Zoom even know about my "other" email address?I want my "sign-in" email to be used with all my dealings with zoom.  I've wasted 45 minutes now trying to find an answer to how to simply fix this, and I cannot find anything address this. Anybody have input?  Thank you in advance,Philomena

What extra features do we get when we pay extra for zoom? I want to give access to my zoom meeting for my website visitors to have a one-on-one meeting.

I wanted to discuss our room breakout room issue we have purchased license of zoom (500 users) and we have created different zoom breakout rooms from the last one month we are facing issue in breakout rooms when we start meetings in breakout rooms our few members were stuck in main room and they were unable to join breakout rooms so that we end our whole meeting and start it again then users are able to join the meeting. It’s effecting our whole workings please look into it and provide us accurate solution on priority basis. Waiting for your kind response. Thank you

I do a lot of activity classes via zoom where I do need to see myself (via my self video) in order to correct posture or technique. Until now, using the Zoom client on an elderly Windows netbook, I could go full screen for the teacher,, then minimise all the other participants videos, then lastly resize my own camera feed by dragging the dimensions to the required size (the cross-arrow turned into ordinary sizing arrows). This worked just fine.  But I got a new Windows 10S laptop (and the S Mode won't allow me to download any non MS-software) and so I am joining the classes via the Edge browser version of Zoom, rather than by using the full client. I am not paying for the pro version of Zoom, either. Now I find that all I can do is shift my self-view window  around the screen, but the cross-arrows don't change, so no resizing is possible. Is this a shortcoming of only using the browser version (rather than the full client), or am I missing soemthing?  I am loathe to swit

I recorded a session and the video never posted. Has this ever happened to anyone? if so, how did you resolve the issue? 

Hi everyone, I have been facing an issue in connecting to my Zoom for last few days.  Whenever I try to login,  it shows that it is connecting and then after a minute, it gives an error in network connection. I am able to connect to zoom using same network in other devices but not in my I mac lately. I tried deleting and re-installing the app. I tried using the web browser Zoom too. But, nothing is helping! I would appreciate any help. Thanks! BestSwati

Why won't Zoom allow me to change my email back to the original email I started it with???

Hello. When I login to my OneDrive account and create a share link to a document and then send the link via Zoom chat, everyone can edit the document on their computer at the same time no problem. But if I do the share via the Zoom Screen Share - Files - OneDrive option then not everyone has permission to edit it. Any ideas?Also, if everyone has the OneDrive document open then, assuming they have this edit permission, we can all work on it at the same time on our computer and see it in the web browser simultaneously independently of Zoom. But for people to actually edit it and collaborate on it in Zoom itself, and for me to be sure that everyone is looking at it, I think it has to be screen shared and then use Remote control. Is that right?Any help welcome! Thanks.

How to simplify zoom session invites 

Hey guys, i wanna ask, how to fix account disabled. My account got disabled (1,003) without reason. I was sign in my account and let it open, and i open my zoom settings on google. When i sign in on google my account on zoom application sign out and it said that My account got disabled. I hope zoom staff can help me, Thanks

Each time I try to type in the chatbox it closes the Zoom meeting. This happens whether I am a host or a guest.

Hello, so recently I have been facing an issue where whenever a friend sends me a video on zoom, it crashes.... PLEASE HELP!

In last few months, I have noticed that attending Webinars that I and others are not able to COPY the links and text that presenters place in the CHAT section of the Webinars. Example : Rick Steve's Monday night live travel presentations. The staff there says they are working with ZOOM but so far have not solved that problem. Today on the ZOOM live presentation the same problem. I could not copy the ZOOM webpage links that were presented in the CHAT.When will this be fixed ?  The links and text posted in the Q & A section can be copied - BUT - the presenters are still posting their links in the CHAT during a webinar which does not allow them to be copied.
