There is a bug in the remote control of zoom this week, I am a teacher. When I use zoom to teach students to learn, they use the remote control part of the left side of my shield. But there is a bug in the remote control function on the right, and the students cannot control the right part. I have updated or reinstalled, and I have also tested with different devices, but the result is still not working, please fix this bug in time, thank you very much.

I have opened zoom application,1.logging using sso options --> its automatically redirecting to my default browser (chrome).2. in browser i have logged in using gmail account, once logged in its redirecting or asking me to lunch zoom.3. while lunching zoom its not redirecting to zoom application in ubuntu, waiting for long time not connecting.4.cleared browsing caches and cookies and browsing data and tried the above.not helping. is there any issue ? can someone please help me this.

Hello! I was tasked with creating a channel with the following specifications:Must be admin-only for posting (so read-only for everyone else)Must allow new members to see previous chatThe problem is, I have created a new channel with admin-only posting and ticked the box to allow new members to see any previous chat - however, when I get a friend to join to test it, they cannot see any existing chat. I've tried:different users, external and internalunticking and re-ticking the "new members..." boxcreating another channel in case that wasn't workingHowever, now I'm just stumped and really struggling to figure it out. I would love any help, thank you.

Hello,I recorded a session with my friends. We were recording multiple sessions during the same zoom meeting, we were recording voice for a drama. So, we had to take many retakes. During the meeting when the recording was stopped, I renamed one of the files to some other name and then started recording for another take. After the meeting ended, I double clicked the recordings to convert, but nothing happens when I double click them. Any ideas on how I can salvage these recordings? Thank you so much for your help. I have 3 recordings to convert. 

When you save a lot of emojis within the custom saved emojis section it begins to be difficult to navigate and find the images you are looking for. It also does not expand so you can view them easier. Do you think there will be a sorting option in the future to create folders and/ or sort by date?

The number for someone to call from the Bahamas is not there.   Its only there for the toll free numbers which is not part of the Premier zoom account.

All my Zoom meeting sounds go through my Headphones, even my new zoom call notification.BUT the New Chat notification goes through my main Laptop speakers. Waking up everyone around me.How to solve this?

I am the host and I forgot to copy or save the chat in a session before logging off.  Can I find it in history some place?

hi, my account already upgrade to Pro and finish for payment since 1 Nov 2021, however the account has not upgrade yet, the meeting time is limited..so Crazy now. could you please advise what is problem here?  

I am new to Zoom and would like to know if you can call an email address like you are able to in Microsoft Teams. This would be like a normal phone call, no video. In Microsoft Teams, you enter an email address and then search "External". If they are logged in, you can call them as a normal phone call, without a telephone number. Is this function also available in Zoom?
