What is the best method to talk to and/or receive a response from Zoom.  Over the past week, I have called the sales number several times and submitted the online contact form in an effort to discuss an upgrade and/or add on service to our account.  When calling the number, 888-799-9666, I follow the prompts and am place on hold for 30 minutes or more.  I have not received a response and/or acknowledgement of the contact form submitted online.  DOES ZOOM HAVE LIVE HELP?  Someone to speak to??

Can someone help me with this error? I was able to pay all my previous bills with the same method and same details but now this won't let me make a payment.  Cheers

We want to charge for webinar registration. I am adding in our details under business account and cannot press save although I have entered information in all of the required fields. At the top of that menu, it mentions something about needing more information from us as apart of an Australian compliance law. We aren't in Australian and have no connection to Australia.  What should we do?

I have an invoice overdue since December 5th, but I have not used Zoom since December 1st, and I forgot to cancel the plan. I do not want to pay for something I did not use. How can I delete that invoice?

My AA meeting is purchasing a Zoom account. There are seven of us on the steering committee and we all need access to it. The meeting could have up to 100 people or 200 people January-March but usually trickles down to about 50. How could I make sure we have enough to seat the possibility of 100+ people and also make sure everyone has access without having to buy a workplace or extra licenses? I have not been able to get a clear answer. We cannot pay $50 a month nor can we purchase a business because of all the tax stuff (unless there is a way around it). Please advise! I have asked the bot, support agent (he basically hung up on me through the chat), and asked sales to contact me. No one has helped. Thanks! 

Hi ... I have a personal account with Two-Factor Authentication but i lost my Authentication app and i don't have recovery codesI need to reset my 2FA so i can sign in again to my account and reactivate the 2FA with my new  authentication app.Note: this account has made only to solve this problem.please help

I want to access a form of live support or find a Technical Agent so I can explain an advanced issue I have.I have this old Zoom account I lost access to due to not logging in for a very long period of time. The email I used for that account belongs to an old, dead iPad, and the only way to verify my account to be able to log in is via email, which was only active on my dead iPad. I am looking for someone on the Zoom Team to help recover the account (by sending account email etc) and “turn the account on” for me to regain access once more.

In our organization, we have Zoom Workplace PRO, which should include up to 9 licenses. At the moment, we have only 1 user. When I try to add other users, it says: "To add licensed users to your account, please purchase more licenses... and Zoom Workplace Pro (0 available)".It seems that the licenses we purchased aren't available. What should I do? Thank you. 

I have been trying to reduce the number of licenses on my account for over three months, but the process has been extremely frustrating. It takes weeks for customer support to respond to my requests, and I still haven’t received the information I need. Today, I spent over an hour on the phone with customer support, only to be transferred from one department to another, and ultimately told that they couldn’t assist me and someone would contact me via email instead.I have multiple open tickets on this issue and cannot understand why such a straightforward request doesn’t have a simple and efficient process for customers to follow. This seems like a common inquiry that Zoom should be equipped to handle promptly.

I have removed my phone number however in the zoom app, my profile shows my mobile number to all of my external zoom contacts which doesn't give me am option to remove or change on PC or my mobile devices. How do I remove this? 

If zoom is full, then new recordings will replace the video files in zoom? Meaning, previous will be deleted to make room for new ones (and zoom would do this automatically)?

i am waiting for my sms campaign which is on pending from last 1 month 8 days but still on pending every zoom agent told me wait for 7 days or 2 to 3 weeks the scammed me 51$ an i purcahse againg 51 $ plan they told me again it take 7 days then after they said wait for 3 to 4 weeks zoom agent scamming me again an again zoom is worst company an agent is very rude an disconnected  the call there is no resolution we found from zoom

I have a tutoring business. I currently have myself and my daughter as the tutors. We share a zoom account but cannot have separate schedules. I want us to be able to have our own account with separate scheduling capabilities. Which is the best plan under one account? Thanks. 

Anyone know why there is a delay in activating the pro subscription as soon as it's been paid? I've never had this experience with any other company, once paid the activation is automatic... The Bot is a complete waste of time ... also the options to even get to post in here are ridiculous as none really apply to my question!

Hi, In my Basic Plus subscription I do not receive a warning that the 40 minutes are almost over. I can't know up front whether I need more than 40 minutes. When I had a free account there always were a couple of warnings, but now I see none. This is very frustrating, because I'm thrown out every time without having a option to choose wether to use one of my 4 prolongation or not. I haven't been able to use them up till now!So... why no warning?Thank you.

Hi Community & ZOOM Support,I feel really desperate and I am hoping you can help.After loss of my phone and damaged backup (yes, very unlucky...) I cannot log in to my Zoom account anymore because I don't have access to the Authenticator App anymore.I wanted to log in to reset 2FA (I do have the correct email address and password), but I am ending up in an endless loop because the only way to login is entering an Authenticator App code.I am the admin (one-user business).I tried the chatbot to connect with support, but chatbot AI cannot connect me because I'm not logged in...I am writing here from my newly created personal free account in order to get community access.I am a freelancer and dependent on Zoom for my work, so I deeply appreciate any help...Thanks,Kristin

I just want to report an account ( JORDAN MARTINEZ ) who is claiming to be a lead hiring manager from Clearstep AI Healthcare. He conducted a job interview with me and eventually asked that an electronic check will be emailed to me from the HR which the fund is meant for me to procure some work stationaries. I already reported to the bank and the authority. I’m trying to flag the account directly from the chat but I realized zoom does not have that option. Please is there a way to stop this guy apart from me just blocking them. 

Hi there,maybe someone has an idea how to get out of a really bizarre circle inbetween the App Store and Zoom:I purchased a Zoom Workplaces Pro Plan in the App Store in July 2024 (well, lessons learned… never buy in the App Store again). For I need an upgrade to Webinars, I had to cancel this plan to sign up the right one directly with Zoom.The plan in the App Store had been purchased with my Apple ID, which is not the Email address I use in Zoom; the Zoom account is registered with my business address.This seems to be the problem for Apple did cancel (and refund) my plan on November, 26, but Zoom says my plan is still working - and I still can use it.Apple already confirmed the cancellation several times to Zoom. Apple says they have no access to the Email address registered in Zoom; they could only cancel the working plan, and they did.Zoom says maybe the plan for my Apple ID email address had been cancelled, but my business email address ist still connected to a existing plan so it‘

Recently, I have been receiving a lot of spam emails from Zoom (***********), inviting me to events and containing advertisements. I have already submitted a support ticket to Zoom (T&S0461560), but have not received any assistance.

I've got a hybrid org with 16 offices all over my state and staff work either in an office or remote. Sometimes staff are in different offices and managers cover fluctuating office locations.  The user-set "Work Location" function in the profile card is great - especially paired with status messages. For example, a user could set their location to "Office" and in their status, write the location city.  Is there a back end report or API request that consolidates this user-reported data to get a picture of where the workforce is on a given day? This helps to manage coverage for sites when staff are on PTO or sick.
