Regarding Zoom AI CompanionI have checked and it is my understanding that this feature can be turned on or off for the entire plan, but is it possible to turn it on or off for each individual account?Also, is it possible to separate the accounts as if they were multiple tenants within the plan?(e.g., 50, 30, and 20 accounts within one contract for 100 people).Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We've recently enabled the AI companion, and have so far figured out the permissions at account and group level. Is there currently (or are there any plans to) have permissions available at meeting level? Our scenario is that, we're quite liking the meeting summary for our internal team meetings, but not all of our clients are in agreement with us using the AI companion when meeting with them. As far as I can see, the only way round this would be to set up the different types of meetings using different Zoom accounts and then having to switch between them... unless I'm missing something?
Is cloud recording required if I want to use zoom AI companion summaries and question? Currently managers and above are enrolled in the PRO plan.If a Pro plan user is present in the same meeting, can the Free plan user use the AI Companion feature? Or do all users who want to use the AI companion need to be on the pro plan?
I cannot get the Meeting Summary with AI Companion feature to enable. I am in Spain. Is this simply not an option or am I doing something wrong?

It states that cloud recording data and audio transcripts are required to use smart recording. Do you understand that smart recording cannot be used in this case? Also, in the case of the local storage type, the audio transcript is temporarily saved on the Zoom side, but is the mechanism the same as the recorded content on Zoom? Finally, is it correct that 'Content used to provide the service' is recognized as being discarded after the AI is generated?

Is there anyway of turning on the AI Meeting summary and include Timestamps?
I am attempting to test the Zoom AI companion feature before rolling out the function to all users in my environment. The issue is that I am using an admin account and I attempt to allow only a few users but it says Locked by Admin even though I unlocked the feature. Ultimately, my goal is to have a few users enabled to test the features. Here are the sequence of events that I have tried: Logged in as adminToggled the Zoom AI Companion feature onLogged outLogged in as a regular userGo to Account SettingsPlease assist as I have tried following the instructions on the Tiered settings page but none of that has helped.

How long does Zoom store audio transcripts for non-recorded meetings that are stored temporarily in order for Zoom to provide the service and support to customers? 2. When temporary transcripts are generated how long are they stored for and how do we know when they are deleted? 3. Are the temporary transcripts/audio transcripts only stored in the US data centers, if not what are the other locations where they are stored? 4. What other data used/created by AI companion does Zoom temporarily store? 5. How do we confirm that any data temporarily retained by 3rd parties is destroyed and what data are they retaining?
I received a meeting summary following a meeting, but hadn't activated the AI Companion. How did that happen?
Hello, I turned on Meeting Summary to have notes for someone who was not at a meeting, and I forgot to tell remaining participants until later in our meeting. Someone is concerned about potentially sensitive information, and would like it deleted. Can you help me with this? Thank you.

Also check to make sure your client is updated (minimum version 5.16.0 required). >> Done Go to your web portal account settings (click “Settings” in the left panel) and look for the AI Companion tab. For features that have user-level settings, you’ll be able to turn each capability on and off. >> I do not see this option? Anything I can do?
Yesterday night when I wanted to run Zoom I tried it clicking the icon on the desktop ( as usual) but since then I haven´t been able to run Zoom again. I have unistall and install Zoom several times but it doesn´t run either.What can you tell me about it. (12-10-2023)
Has anyone found a way to hide the pop up that provides notification to everyone on a call that Meeting Summary is turned on? I understand why this may not be possible, but I would like to know if it is/.
How do you update to the most recent version of Zoom? The Screen changed and there is no option for updates anymore.

Zoom has a VPAT but looks like the last update was March 31, 2023 and this AI companion as I am understanding came out after that. I want to make sure - is the AI companion 508 compliant? Does having a VPAT completed mean all features of Zoom are 508 compliant?

Wondering how to get started with Zoom AI Companion? Here are some tips & tricks 👇👇 Set it and forget it. If you love the note-taking capabilities of an AI meeting assistant but keep forgetting to click the AI Companion “meeting summary” button at the start of your meetings, enable the setting to automatically start the meeting summary at the beginning of all meetings you host. Get specific with your prompts. When you want AI Companion to help compose an email or chat message for you, you can include specifics like the desired tone or the purpose of the message in your prompt. This will help AI Companion generate a message that’s more in line with what you’re looking for. Keep an eye out for the AI Companion icon. The great thing about AI Companion is that it’s present throughout the Zoom platform, so it’s integrated into how you work. Just keep your eye out for the icon as you work in Team
