I have been enabling the 'summary' feature in each of my meetings since last week, but only get summaries from some of them. What am I doing wrong?
I thought I had the AI thingy disabled, but when I recorded my Zoom meeting from last week, the resulting recordiong was accompanied by a transcript and "chapter summaries". All of these were particularly bad, with spelling errors, misinterpretations, etc. etc.It seems to me that AI might be useful for recording meetings where discussion deals exclusively with who's assigned to do what next week in the office, and stuff like that. But for more substantive discussions, where the subject matter is not hyper-simple, Zoom's AI functions are truly terrible.I'm currently trying to erase the chat transcript from my uploaded recording, but I have to erase it individually phrase-by-phrase. Is there any way to erase the whole thing? Otherwise, erasing it is slower than rewatching the whole meeting in real time.
I want to enable the Meeting Summary with AI Companion for my own personal use, but there isn't an option for me to do so under the AI Companion tab. The Meeting section is gone, and I can't toggle "Smart Recording with AI Companion" because there isn't a "Cloud recording" option in the Recording tab.I referenced this help article to understand where I was supposed to enable the Meeting Summary for personal use: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057960#h_01H9H3EJNK2JS749X5WJ9YD2RT

I have a question about security when using Zoom AI Companion. We have confirmed that Zoom AI Companion is not learned by AI.On top of that, other AI-related tools clearly state that communication will be encrypted, and have mechanisms to delete prompts used by AI.What security measures does Zoom AI Companion have in place? Also, what security measures are taken for temporarily stored content such as transcripts? And is there a set period for storage?
Bonjour, Quelqu'un as déjà reussi à utiliser la fonctionnalité "ZOOM IQ" pour résumer les réunion. J'ai déjà activé l'option dans mes paramètre mais maintenant comment s'en servir
Good morning, Can somebody please direct me to what I need to do to revoke any and all consent for any and all AI training from our meetings? We do not want to have any of our conversations used for training an AI.
We will not be allowing the AI companion in our organization. Despite me disabling it in the org, the button is still showing up in user's Zoom Clients. This means our team is getting bombarded with requests to enable it. How do we hide the button in the Zoom Client?
Can I change the language in the administrator?, I have problems with summaries, Im confused becouse there are very bad . Please help
What happens if I create a group that cannot use AI Companion in meetings, say HR or Legal, and someone from another group who *can* use AI Companion in their calls meets with them? Will the technology work or be blocked? In other words, we want to block the use of such technologies on internal Zoom calls when certain groups are involved. This is for internal legal and privacy reasons.
If I don’t enable AI but am in a meeting where the host is using it, will my contributions still be processed by AI?
We have tried everything(all suggestions in Help) but cannot unlock these options in Settings in our ZOOM account? Yesterday I was in a ZOOM meeting hosted by another party and I noticed AI Companion tab at the bottom as an option, I clicked it and it asked me to click a button asking permission of the 'Administrator' to open it. Where did that request go? Who is the 'Administrator' it refers to ? We are located in Australia. Yesterday I attended a launch meeting for AI Companion and the other new AI tools. I assumed they were ready to use? Thanks for any advice on this.
Does anyone else despise taking notes? Zoom AI Companion has you covered! 📝🗒️ In less than two months since its launch, AI Companion has generated over one million meeting summaries 🤯 Have you tried it out yet? 👀
Hello, I have a paid plan, but I cannot find the place where I can enable the AI Companion. I am based in South Africa. Is there AI Companion available here? Please could someone share the detailed path with me. Thanks in advance Heidrun
Can anyone advise if AI Companion features work when participants are in breakout rooms? I've tried searching this question in support with no success. Thanks
I have a question about using the AI companion in a hybrid meeting situation. Some participants join remotely, others gather in a conference room that has a large Dell display and an Aver VB342 video sound bar. Some of the conference room participants do not use laptops or other devices. To prevent audio feedback and echoing, the in-room participants with devices must mute their device microphones and speakers. The sound is then received and projected via the VB342. I sign-in the monitor display and Video sound bar with my Zoom One individual Pro account, then reclaim hosting duties on my laptop in the conference room. When I get the AI generated meeting summary, and meeting transcript, all the "in-conference room discussion" is attributed to my account. The remote participation is correctly attributed. Can you suggest a way to properly attribute the transcription to the actual conference room participants? Muting the VB342 mic and enabling the individuals’ de

Regarding Zoom AI CompanionI have checked and it is my understanding that this feature can be turned on or off for the entire plan, but is it possible to turn it on or off for each individual account? Also, is it possible to separate the accounts as if they were multiple tenants within the plan?(e.g., 50, 30, and 20 accounts within one contract for 100 people).Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We've recently enabled the AI companion, and have so far figured out the permissions at account and group level. Is there currently (or are there any plans to) have permissions available at meeting level? Our scenario is that, we're quite liking the meeting summary for our internal team meetings, but not all of our clients are in agreement with us using the AI companion when meeting with them. As far as I can see, the only way round this would be to set up the different types of meetings using different Zoom accounts and then having to switch between them... unless I'm missing something?
Is cloud recording required if I want to use zoom AI companion summaries and question? It says that you can use it by turning on the summary function toggle on the summary settings page, but is this a problem?https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057960 If you check the transcription section of ZOOM's function, it says that the record to the cloud toggle must be turned on. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065911 If the transcription function is used in the summary and question function of Zoom AI Companion,I would like to check if I am worried that the summary and question will no longer be available.
Currently managers and above are enrolled in the PRO plan.If a Pro plan user is present in the same meeting, can the Free plan user use the AI Companion feature? Or do all users who want to use the AI companion need to be on the pro plan?
