Hi Transcripts are very ineffective when a lot of special terminology is used. Can we feed the list of words  ( e.g. a confluence page) to allow the AI companion to recognize and transcribe them ?  Thank you,Dmitry.

This is related to Solved: Downloading Smart Recording content - Zoom Community where I have also posted. I see the Summary and the Smart Chapters. There is a copy option for the Summary but there is no Smart Chapters Overview. This means that I would have to copy and paste the AI text produced in relation to each Smart Chapter. There is no simple option to be able to copy or download the Smart Chapter AI text. Am I missing something?

Is there a setting we can enable that allows meeting guests to give consent to or decline consent for using the Zoom AI Companion Meeting Summary functionality in the meeting?  

I was so excited to try this, then so incredibly disappointed at the performance of it. It is WILDLY inaccurate. Like, not even close to the reality of what was said. Without any ability to train this AI, how will it ever get better? I always click on the thumbs down icon in the meeting summary emails to try to communicate to Zoom how bad they are, but it feels fruitless. What is Zoom doing to try to make this feature actually usable?

What's the best way to post zoom AI Summary automatically to Slack?Is there a way directly?Is there a way via Zapier (or similar)?Is there a way via Salesforce (I use this also)?The key is being able to have this done automatically 

I want the meeting summary and recordings to be sent automatically after the meeting is done to my team instead of me sharing it with them after wards.

Is there a way I can integrate my meeting summary with CRM for it populate in my deals. We currently use Hubspot and I need the meeting summary to be present inside each related deal. 

I turned on AI Companion to get a meeting summary but whatever I did (or di not do), there is no audio recording saved for the meeting. The summary is great but I need to hear the audio or view a transcript of the full meeting to record details of who was speaking or correct the AI summary, if necessary. Please go through the required aspects for recording to the Cloud and generating an AI summary. For some reason, I just automatically assumed a recording would be available along with the summary.

Hello!  I'm learning about how to create transcriptions from my client meetings.  I'm excited to use this feature, but in the first meeting I tried it out on, the speaker's weren't correct.  The meeting was named for me and one of the clients, but there were two clients at the meeting.  Whenever either of the client's spoke, the transcription labeled the speaker as the name from the title of the meeting.  I'm not worried about making changes for that meeting, but for future meetings, how do I set up the correct speakers so that the transcription is matching the text to the person speaking?  Thanks!  

Do i have to do anything special to incorporate AI into my already paid account? 

I am an admin for organization account. I have been given permissions almost to Owner status. I have enabled Smart Recording and Meeting Coach for all our users. I'm trying to look at the meeting coach metrics for a webinar hosted yesterday, however the metrics are blurred. The text, "Only participants who had a speech in this meeting and the admin can view the meeting coach metrics," appears. As an admin I should be able to see the metrics. I have also logged into the host account and see the same message.  Any idea why I can't see the metrics? Is Meeting Coach supported for webinars?

Can anyone help me understand why Zoom is not automatically sending the AI meeting summary to all attendees after meetings? It's only sending it to me as the host. I have the correct Zoom version and have enabled "automatically send" in my settings.  Also, is there a way to see a confirmation of who has received the meeting summary? Thanks!Jessica

A user from my organization faced this issue: I have an AI summary from two weeks ago that is stuck. In My Summaries tab he sees the summary but it's disabled so he cannot either open it nor delete. Please, advise.

I have the meeting summary set to automatically email all invitees within my company.  As the host, since I can edit the meeting summary, and there are often things that need to be tweaked before the summary goes out to everyone, I think it would be helpful to have the ability to make those changes before everyone gets the meeting summary instead of them getting it twice - the initial summary and then my updated one.  Ideally it would be configuration and I could almost have a meeting summary remorse period where I could set the lag time between when the summary was created and when it would go out to everyone else if I didn't edit it.

Why does the meeting host have to send the meeting summary manually?  If an AI Companion summary was generated in a meeting that I participated in, assuming the host is in my organization, I should get a copy in my AI Companion tab. There is no good reason this should not be the case today.It slows us down having to ask for recordings/summaries after calls and waiting for that person to send them over.Can we flag this and fix this?

Hi I was in a board meeting and the secretary was ill, so I thought "no problem, I'll use AI companion to do minutes " then the darn thing wouldn't start!!  So anyway I recorded it but now I still have to go through the whole thing and make minutes.  1.  I've no idea why it wouldn't start - has anyone else had that problem?2. Can I get it to do the recording after the event? Thanks

Hello. I hope you can help. Can someone tell me - or point me to an article - which says what happens when a host transfers ownership mid-meeting. Who is the AI Meeting Summary emailed to (which account does it belong), the original host, the new host, both or split between the two hosts for their portions of the meeting? Thank you

I'm using Zoom AI Companion solution. However, It generate response regardless to my situation. Is it possible to make response regarding to my data? For example, a sentense which I use frequently also called 'template' should be reflected to response AI generate. I want to get response which is relevant to my past data. it is called ..... Tuning?  

The conversation in the entire meeting was in English whereas the summary came in Hindi. How do I convert it into English and send it to people who joined the meeting and how can I avoid this in future?

I'm trying to turn on the AI Companion feature in settings but it says it locked by admin.  How can this be given I am the sole owner of the account.  My plan is Workplace Pro so I don't have live support. 

I want to use the AI companion feature in Zoom's whiteboard. However, I can't see the button. How can I activate the AI companion button? 

how do I delete AI from my account? There is not telling what it records or uses... I have no idea what will be used. How do I get rid of it?
