Hello All.I recently activated the Zoom AI Companion. However I only received a report for a Zoom meeting that I scheduled.  And the report was fantastic!  Most of my appointments we route students to enter the Zoom meeting via my Personal Meeting Room.  So far the AI Companion has not generated a report for any meeting that is held in my Personal Meeting Room. Is there a set up structure to allow for this to happen?

Our whole team (on a Business/Business Plus/Enterprise Plan) is having issues with the Meeting Summary not being generated. Out of 4 meetings in a day, 1 or 2 may be missing the summary, even though they are hosted by the same person from the same account. There does not seem to be a pattern (as in, it's not always the first meeting, nor always the last or at particular times) but it's extremely frustrating. I've submitted a support ticket, but has anyone else experienced this? It has been happening to more team members in the last couple of days.

I created a Zoom app and followed all the necessary procedures. However, whenever I create a meeting for a user, it always prompts for permissions. Even after granting all the permissions, it still shows the prompt every time. How can I avoid this scenario?

In our Zoom settings, we have AI summary set to "Only me (meeting host) and meeting invitees in our organization".  When I look at my meeting invite both in Zoom and in Outlook, this person is not on the invite list (nor should they be).  There is a chance, however, that they were invited to the meeting at one point in time as a one off - would that cause it?  This is a reoccurring, scheduled meeting.  I don't know what else to check so am looking for ideas on how this is happening.

How do I activate this? I see in the roadmap notes that this exists but I cannot find any documentation on it.

So far Community Support withheld as needed and Functions seem to be working well. 

In Meeting Summary I have a start time for meeting but I don't see an end time, is this a feature I have to turn on somewhere?  I bill hourly and this would be a huge timesaver. ThanksNancy

This blog post stated that is is possible to turn on Zoom AI features but disable sharing data to train the tool. However, the toggle to turn off data sharing shown in the "Account owners or administrators provide consent" section does not exist. What is the process to turn off data sharing but still use the features?

Can Zoom produce transcripts of recorded sessions after the fact?  Also, can Zoom AI take notes for me during a session? 

Can you recover the AI information in a meeting after you end the meeting?

We generally love AI Companion for meeting summaries, but some users have meetings where they don't want AI Companion to be used at all. I have AI Companion set to not turn on automatically for the account. However, I am unclear if a participant can turn on AI Companion on their client without the host's permission. Is there a way to turn off AI Companion for specific meetings/webinars? 

Hi!I am a university student and interpreter. I am doing research on the accuracy of Zoom autogenerated captions - how they can help interpreters during the task, possible issues (like foreign names, abbreviations etc.) and such.I have produced an experimental speech that will be delivered by native speakers in 3 languages (English, Spanish and Czech). It contains high number of aforementioned units.But, while most of the speech is as realistic as possible, some sentences were added just for the sake of adding more foreign names or numbers. They are still authentic, but might feel a little bit "out of place" for human listener. Zoom, at least to my knowledge, has never released anything talking about whether their ASR system uses Natural Language Processing or anything that would help me understand whether or not this might impact the accuracy of the output.It is impossible to contact Zoom support unless I'm a paying customer and even at that, not with this kind of query. Hi there, I have a situation where we have managers over zoom users who are interviewing candidates over the system.  We love AI companion, but we want to share the transcript automatically with the interviewer or Host's manager.  Is there way to make that happen without being at the mercy of the employee to share the transcript?  We want to avoid excuses of "I forgot" etc.  Paul. 

The summary in AI companion is in Chinese, so I want to set it to Japanese The console etc. have been translated into Japanese and are operational.

Hi everyone, I unfortunately didn't turn AI Companion on for my last meetings. Is it somehow possible to have a recorded video transcribed (or summarized) after the meeting (one is on the cloud, one on my computer only) via AI Companion ? If so, how ? If not through AI Companion, would there be another free solution available ?Thank you!

Hey there I am an admin of a Zoom One Pro Account (they probably call it workspace now). And after some search I found a way to get rid of some annoying links in the Zoom meetings task bar. This works well for my account only but not for all the other accounts under that license. Is there a special setting in my admin account for this (I didn't find one) or what else do I need to do to make this working for every account under this license? I recently viewed a video suggesting that Zoom still allowed data available through the AI companion to be accessed and/or utilized by third party partners. Is this a fact or conjecture?  I would like to have staff in my organization utilize the AI tools to record and summarize a meeting, but the people in the C-Suite are still very hesitant to move forward without the answer those questions. Are there a large number of people utilizing the AI companion?   Are you only utilizing the AI tools when you know the content of the meeting is innocuous?

I've attempted on my own yet I'm not understanding how to resolve. I'm interested in using the AI Companion to generate meeting summaries for upcoming meetings. When I attempt to follow the article tips to enable my settings show the "Meeting Summary with AI Companion" is locked by Admin. I have a One Pro account which appears to be a feature included in my plan. Can you clarify and guide me on what is needed to remedy. Please and thank you?

I want AI Features in App Store that recommend the apps and services that suits my device specification. Is ther any idea about this.

Hi, I am a solopreneur with a business account so don't have other users on my zoom account. However when I try to enable Smart Recording with AI Companion it says "locked by admin" and I can't figure out where it's locked. I've double checked that I have the latest zoom version, transcript is on etc... Any ideas?

We tested the AI meeting summary feature. We were impressed - not 100% but pretty good. I shared an unedited version with a colleague via Zoom then I went and made edits. When I went to re-send to our entire team it would not re-send to the person I originally sent the unedited version to. Is there a way to fix that?We don't want summaries being sent to all before editing.

Hi,I'm looking for tips/tricks to organize meeting summaries after they are received. I'm thinking I could set up an email inbox rule to forward them to a project management tool. I think ideally I'd like for the content to be extracted and populated into a notebook. Does anyone have any interesting ideas on extracting the content into something more manageable?
