When attempting to retrieve meeting summaries, I am met with a red blocked circle and the meeting summaries are light in color versus black in the meeting summary section. What is causing this and how can I retrieve the summary?

I hate the AI Fireflies or whatever they are called. My clients don't like the intrusive nature of the AI addition. How do I get rid of it? There is no customer support to call, and the chatbot approach does not work.  Please email me some simple directions on how to get rid of it, and when you have an update, don't include it in the update.  ***********

Hi,I mainly use the Zoom meetings for my sports lessons. This means I talk and give advices and the music is playing and also important for my students. I don`t find the right audio settings for this composion. My voice is heard clearly but the music is very silent or even not hearable. Has someone an idea how I can put the audio settings to solve this problem?I am really sad about this problem so thank you very much in advance if you can help me

I have the AI companion turned on in my settings.  I want to receive a summary after I record in Zoom.  When I finish a recording I'm provided an "audio transcription" but not the summary.  When I don't record in Zoom it sends me a summary of the conversation. Does any know how to have a summary of the recordings?  Is that possible to do versus the audio transcription?

Does this pertain to the regional/country support or it pertains to the supported languages as you mentioned? If the former, is there an official list of supported countries (or non-supported countries)?

These features, which include recording highlights, summaries, smart chapters, next steps, a meeting coach, and post-meeting summaries, would greatly enhance my ability to manage and review meetings effectively. How could you convert the audio recorded to text and make it a summary?I have already watched tutorials on YouTube, such as those available at this link, and am eager to try these features on my Zoom Pro account. However, I noticed that the admin currently locks these features. I want to test the AI companion before deploying it to the whole company. How can I enable it for just a few users?

I joined a meeting where I wasn't the host. I clicked the AI companion button, and selected for the meeting summary. I requested permission and I believe the host granted it. Where do I find the meeting summary?

I use the iPad Zoom app for all my meetings, does the AI Companion feature to generate meeting summary work in the mobile app? I only get chat transcripts.

I am wondering if the Next Steps generated by Zoom's AI Companion have a standardized format across meetings. I am trying to build automation that automates an email with these next steps, and that is dependent on the format. In one meeting I have had the AI start with "Here are the key action items from the meeting:" whereas in the meetings after it hasn't. It also used to have a period at the end of the steps in the first meeting but hasn't since. Just wanted to know if it was an update to the general format and now it is set to bullet points without "Here are the key action items from the meeting:" and no period, or if I should expect the format to change with every meeting.

Hi all. I had used Ai Companion once before when I was the host, and it worked great. While on a Zoom call where I wasn't the host, I requested to turn on AI Companion and record the conversation on my computer instead of the cloud. I would like for Ai Companion to summarize the meeting for me, but when I go into my My Summaries in the Ai Companion settings, it doesn't show up. I have a paid account. Is there a way for me to add the recording from my desktop to the Ai companion to summarize? If not, how can I make it so in future on calls where I am not the host? Thank you all in advance

How can users with my org opt-in to use AI Companion only for their user instance. I don't want to turn it on for our entire organization and obviously don't want some users to see other users' AI recordings. Thank you.

All my previous meeting has the AI Summary available but the last one is not. More than 12 hours has passed since the meeting end. Any ideas? I have AI Companion enabled by default and always works... 

I was in a meeting this morning and decided to try the AI companion. Turns out the rest of the people in the meeting were FURIOUS about it want to press charges with you about me over it. What can I do about it?

Hello, Can I give AI Companion instructions on how it should give me a summary (what important, relevant information is in which structure it should summarize, for example)? And can I get more information from the transcript afterwards, when a meeting has already ended? Or receive a written, complete transcript afterwards?Can I also activate the chat with AI companion so that it is only visible to me as the host and not to everyone? Thank you and best regards

Hello,  I have AI meeting summaries to be sent to everyone within the organization, however, I am the only one receiving the summaries.  The other memebers are on the invite so im not sure what I can do to fix this.  Any insight would be helpful. 

Hey folks - Even though my org's profiles allow guests to specify their preferred pronouns, the meeting summary is misgendering attendees and I have to proofread and edit the notes extensively to correct those mistakes. I think it would be hugely helpful to provide context about attendees' pronouns (assuming that isn't being done already) when generating these summaries. Thanks!

Hello.If I have a zoom account with two users, but I have a meeting independent of the other user, the summary arrives to both? 

After I get the meeting summary, how do I send it to all of the meeting participants?

In order to use Zoom AI companion I need to enable it, which means I need to be admin.I am currently the single owner and user of my zoom account. I can't make myself the admin with out making someone else the owner, and I can't do that because I'm a single user. I don't have any other seats and don't need them.Attempts to assign admin status fail because there is no-one there to addAttempts to transfer ownership fail because there is no-one to transfer to.Tried asking the bot and it got confused. Hope someone else has solved this problem!
