I've noticed a number of times with the Meeting Summary and with transcripts that there are full portions missing (10 minutes, sometimes 20). We have Zoom Workplace Pro. Anything to be done?

I’m an in-house recruiter, and we recently enabled Zoom’s AI Companion - Meeting Summary feature to automatically summarize interviews scheduled through our recruiting team’s Zoom account (Recruiting@company.com). When I tested this by scheduling a meeting directly while logged into the recruiting account, the feature worked as expected. However, it hasn’t been working for interviews scheduled via Greenhouse (our ATS), even though we selected the recruiting team’s account as the meeting “host” in Greenhouse. Could this be due to a limitation or blockage with the way meetings are scheduled indirectly through Greenhouse? If anyone has experienced this or knows how to resolve it, I’d appreciate your insights.

Where are Zoom meeting summaries saved?I did not receive an email notification that the meeting summary was ready and I need to access the summary.

Hi,I was unaware that I made an AI transcript of a sensible Zoom meeting. We have a shared NGO account. Now everybody can create a document out of it or read the sensible and personal informations. How can I delete the transcript? I can not just restrict acess, becauas than the access is still open for everyone who uses this shared account. I also didn't find a possibility to delete the meetin from the "my meeting" overview. There i can only create the document. Any ideas?Thank you

Hello Zoom Community! Not sure why it stopped, but I haven't been able to get the AI summary emails after meetings any more. I can also not even share summaries or figure out how to reenable the email summaries. And of course, there doesn't seem to be a straight forward answer or way to enable it. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,we are just exploring all options for AI Companion as we are looking into different options for transcribing and summarizing support through AI for meetings.My questions are:- is there a time limit until when AI Companion creates transcripts? (Others and free versions often stop transcribing after one hour.)- is there other time limitations for the recording if the AI Companion is added / activated?- as Admin / Manager of the Accounts (5 persons), are all AI Companion settings automatically set for all? Thanks to all who can help us with the answers. AI Companion NOT making TranscriptsAI Companion is installed, all buttons turned on, activeYesterday I recorded four different meetings. I turned on AI Companion and I turned off AI Companion each time.It is within the 24 hour window. Recording and Transcripts / Transcripts -> Nothing in Transcripts. Zero. I want the AI companion to be emailed to automatically all meeting participants (from inside and outside my company) after the session.How can this be set up? I've tried and it's still not working.

I have selected "Automatically start Meeting Summary for all meetings I host" but it's not consistently working; seems to depend on how meetings are created.  For example, meetings created by Zoom Schedule or Calendly don't have it.  Also seems like some older recurring meetings don't have it.  Anything I can do to have a more consistent experience?  I just want it to default on for all meetings I host.

I am the admin of my account, but I can't turn on the AI Companion because it says lock by admin.  What can I do to enable this feature.

Can anyone direct to the Zoom AI Companion specific legal policies aside from the support articles (it won't let me post links to the PPI support articles)?  Is there anything regarding the relationship with open language models as stated within?Features in AI Companion may use third-party AI-model providers, and we will share relevant data with those third-parties when you use the feature.  Thank you!

It would be great if we had option for, the summary report to be written in the first person for the Host (instead of using the Host's name). Who can I submit my suggestion(s) to and where?    

Is it possible to produce a Meeting Summary from a recorded session when AI Companion was not turned on?

When I go to create a document (in docs) from a previous meeting, the meetings do not appear when I click on "create from meetings" .   It just says no meetings in the last 30 days.    Which is not correct because I have had loads.   Also up and  coming meetings do not appear even though they are booked.   My assitant books my meetings so there is possibly an issue there?  With the settings? Thanks  barns    

I forgot to turn on AI Companion, thinking it would be automatically on (I had the impression this was the case with earlier meetings).  Is there the possibility to have AI Companion to produce a Meeting Summary afterwards, based on the recorded session?  I tried in vain to use an external LLM to produce a Meeting Summary but it needed a lot of information only available to the Zoom platform itself.

They ended the conversation with a commitment to work on these aspects and reconvene to review progress This is never part of the meeting, I am curious if anyone else has this happening. 

I want to add an AI note taker to my Zoom account and I use an iMac sop it does not integrate my iCal... does anyone have a solution?Thanks,Ray

Hello! I´m starting to use the transcript for my zoomcalls. I´am speaking in German. So far the transcript is taken in some english words, which don´t make any sence.Is it possible that the written transcript is in German? Thank you for an answer!Barbara

If I am a participant in a meeting and I don't want my comments summarized how do I inform the host and/or is there a permission setting to allow people to opt in or out? When meetings are recording you can see it's being recorded and ask it not be but I don't see a similar option for AI companion unless I am just missing it.  

When other people send links to join a call, I click and join in from my pro account. Shortly after Read.ai shows up and starts recording. I've unsubscribed from read.ai (I had previously tried the ai out but it felt incredibly invasive) but even though I asked to end it, it randomly shows up which is so embarrassing for me when the host of the call didn't give permission.  How do I get rid of it once and for all?

The AI Companion icon appears in Meetings, but not in Webinars. Our license is for Zoom Professional.
