How do I prevent AI hallucinations from posting profanity?  We Zoom our church service and have started using the ZOOM AI closed captioning for our hard of hearing folks.  We have had a few instances of profanity popping out of nowhere in the closed captions.  It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't in church!

Hi Zoom Friends, I’m the founder of a nonprofit and use our Zoom Pro account to set up all of our meetings. I've enabled the feature to automatically generate an AI-powered Summary Page after each meeting. However, I’ve noticed that it doesn’t consistently create these summaries, and I’d like to understand why. Here are the specifics of my experience: 1. Automatic Summary Generation: The automatic AI summary is enabled, but it doesn’t always produce a summary after meetings. It works for some but not for others, and I’m not sure what might be causing this inconsistency. 2. AI Companion Icon Variability: During meetings, I can see the sparkle AI companion icon with a dropdown menu in my Zoom window. Sometimes, this dropdown includes an option to "Start Summary," but other times, this option isn’t available. I’m wondering if there’s something specific that determines whether the “Start Summary” option shows up or not. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? A

I want to start a meeting summary but not allow my participants to ask AI Companion questions.  It looks like both features automatically start.  I have to go into the settings after the meeting starts to turn off the meeting questions feature.  Is there a way to choose only the summary prior to the meeting?

Hello, I just activate the AI companion and Summary, was surprised that it gave me summary of past meetings while that feature wasn't activated even though I have choose manually activation for the summary.  Is that normal ? thanks

I had a meeting with 1 other member of my company earlier. The AI transcript sent me this after the meeting... (I've changed some of the names, but there was nothing playing in the background for either of us and the transcript is wild).It basically implies that I talked about being recruited into the United Blood Nation & then recruiting other people intot he gang.this was sent as a summary to our business emailKeith and Employee discussed various invoices, subscriptions, and software tools used by their team, including Business1, Business2, Business3, Business4, Business5, business6, and business7. They also discussed the history and structure of the United Blood Nation (UBN), a New York-based organization formed from various New York founded gangs. Additionally, Keith shared his personal experience of being recruited into the UBN and his role in recruiting members in the streets.

How do I generate a PDF of AI summary?

The AI meeting summary is turned on to automatic, but it is not beginning automatically. Any answers?

I'm trying to use the AI companion meeting summary. I am the admin, and I'm the only user on my paid account, yet I cannot remove the "locked by admin," so I cannot toggle the on/off in the settings from off to ON. I've followed suggestions by others in the community and logged out, then logged back in using another browser, and that does not work for me either. I've also tried to use the Zoom chat feature, but that is not good for my blood pressure either. Problem description:I am the organizer of Zoom meetings and use the web interface. I usually have no issues accessing meeting summaries, but the summary for a specific day won’t open.I can see it in the list, but the arrow button to open it doesn’t work.Summaries for other days open without any problems.I’ve tried using different browsers (Chrome, Micrisoft Edge) and reloading the page, but the issue persists.I also tried accessing it from another device and through the Zoom app, but the problem remains only for this particular summary.There’s no option to download the data or bypass the issue in the Reports section.Are there any known reasons or solutions for this issue?Additional information:Account level: Operating system and browsers used: Windows 10 pro, Chrome 131.0.6778.70Date and time of the meeting: Nov 21, 2024 08:39I would greatly appreciate any assistance!

I have a paid subscription to ReadAI. I also have a paid monthly subscription for Zoom.  I recently attended the webinar on Zoom AI 2.0.  The Zoom webinar seemed to lead me to think that I do not need my paid subscription to ReadAI.

Hi,I use AI meeting summary for a lot of our company meetings, I don't want the summary to be automatically shared with all participants because I want to make sure that it uses all of the right spelling of words. However when I try to share it after the meeting zoom says that I have to enable permissions in notifications but the only setting I can find is to automatically send out the summary to all participants. Is there a solution/setting that I have missed?

When creating a document from a meeting summary I want to select one of the advanced templates, but I am only ever offered the standard summary. I've checked the notes associated with using ASI Companions with notes and cannot find a combination of settings that allows access to the additional templeats.  What do I need to do to get access to the additional templates? John

Hello, Is there an option, currently, to no have an email sent from the AI Summary (and only have that Summary hosted in the Host's Zoom account)? If not, can you please take this as a Feature Request to have the option to not have that Summary emailed? I do not want the summary to be emailed and then, therefore, be stored on that server. Thank you.

I've noticed a number of times with the Meeting Summary and with transcripts that there are full portions missing (10 minutes, sometimes 20). We have Zoom Workplace Pro. Anything to be done?

I’m an in-house recruiter, and we recently enabled Zoom’s AI Companion - Meeting Summary feature to automatically summarize interviews scheduled through our recruiting team’s Zoom account (Recruiting@company.com). When I tested this by scheduling a meeting directly while logged into the recruiting account, the feature worked as expected. However, it hasn’t been working for interviews scheduled via Greenhouse (our ATS), even though we selected the recruiting team’s account as the meeting “host” in Greenhouse. Could this be due to a limitation or blockage with the way meetings are scheduled indirectly through Greenhouse? If anyone has experienced this or knows how to resolve it, I’d appreciate your insights.

Where are Zoom meeting summaries saved?I did not receive an email notification that the meeting summary was ready and I need to access the summary.

Hi,I was unaware that I made an AI transcript of a sensible Zoom meeting. We have a shared NGO account. Now everybody can create a document out of it or read the sensible and personal informations. How can I delete the transcript? I can not just restrict acess, becauas than the access is still open for everyone who uses this shared account. I also didn't find a possibility to delete the meetin from the "my meeting" overview. There i can only create the document. Any ideas?Thank you
