Hello We use Zoom webinars and allow access to a recording of the live webinar for 30 days after the live event. We set the settings to automatically approve, as manual approval would prove to difficult.  Is there a way of limiting the approval only to those registering with an email on a list - eg like a guest list, so people not imputting an email on the list would not be approved to view the recording? Any thoughts or work arounds outside Zoom would be appreciated. Thnx Joe

We have Group HD enabled but the webcam resolution is only 640 x 460.There are around 10 Panelists with only 1 participant turning on the Webcam. What is the current resolution available for such a setup? Thanks!

I posted a webinar to air in January and have already received 38 attendees. Today i signed on and looked under "Webinar" (on the left under Personal column) to check on signups... and there is no sign of ANY scheduled webinars). It doesn't even ask me to click "Upcoming Webinars" it just gives me links to a training video on having a webinar. Where did my upcoming webinar info go?

I have been running Zoom Webinars with Windows 10 for over a year now and today (for the first time), I could not see the participant names in the Participant window during the webinar !   I had 12 people attending and only 2 or 3 names showed in the Participants window.   They could all use Chat and use Q&A, but I could not see them in the participants window and therefore they could not raise their hands, and I could not activate their microphones.   Also, only those people who showed in the participants window were able to see the Poll I launched too! I tried ending the webinar and updating my copy of Zoom and then re-booting my computer.  I then started the webinar again and they all joined in and same problem occurred.  Seemed to randomly show a few names only and all others did not show (different names showed this time). I then tried ending the webinar and creating a new webinar.  I got them all to sign-in to the new web

Webinar Registeration page?2. Social Media Marketing? << this is soooo hard to clear, I don't understand.3. I need to send follow up emails to attendees, and changing the email is pretty simple - except that it will not let me remove the code that results in the "CUSTOM PLACEHOLDER" item below. I host webinars each week.  Every time my presenters speak, there is a buzzing sound.  It does not occur unless they are speaking.  It is uniform across 10 presenters in various locations using various microphones.  We are not in the same locations.  For some, the buzzing is worse than others.  In general, they use USB headset mics, the same mic I use, and I do not have this issue.  Some use old-school Apple earbuds that plug into the computer.  I asked one presenter to use her computer audio and ditch the USB mic to see if that would help.  It was better, but there was still buzzing every time she opened her mouth.  For the most part, they are presenting from an office location alone in a closed room with their laptop plugged into a docking station with two monitors.  The USB mics would also be plugged into the dock.  They are on wired private company internet.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.&nbsp

I have a webinar scheduled for this afternoon and it indicates there are 100 attendees permitted.  Our IT dept. just upgraded the add on to allow up to 500 attendeees.  Will that increase automatically apply to a previously scheduled web inar or do I have to cancel the first webinar and schedule a new larger webinar?

After staff leave our organisation and I attempt to transfer their data over to a manager, I have the following message come up: 'unable to transfer data because data receiver does not have webinar licenses.'  This has been done when I am attempting to transfer data from a Basic user to a Licensed user, so this message makes no sense. I want to be able to transfer all three options to another staff member, including:1. All upcoming meetings2. All upcoming webinars <-- if I don't select this, I can make the transfer succesfully.  Under what circumstances can I make the transfer including this?3. Can I fix a row or a column of participants list in zoom webinar in all situation?I find that when I change the screen to sharing, participants list disappear during the zoom recording.I want the view like this picture all the time. When new participtant join it, they will be added in column or row. Thanks 

Hi,I'm testing to host a live webinar with a pre-recorded presentation. I've started the webinar as the host, but I can't figure out how to hide myself in the webinar? I've hosted many live Zoom webinars with panelists. Then I just click on hide non-video participants and I'm not visible for the attendees. That option is not visible in the dropdown menu when I'm the only host in the webinar? Any suggestions and help is appreciated. Thanks,Thomas

Struggling to connect with Zoom, maybe someone could help me here to understand if with Zoom webinars it's possible to hide the number of attendees (so only the host could see it) and add labels to the panelists (like to have a nice little banner saying their name on the video, etc.)? When manual approval is set up for a Zoom webinar, what happens if the registrant is not approved or denied but just left in "pending approval" status?Thanks!

I have seen a feature called "reconnect" on webinar tutorials. However, I don't see that on my screen next to "record". What plan do I need to use the reconnect button

I'm hosting an upcoming Zoom Webinar and would like to be able to turn off  Video -and- my Profile Image at certain points during the webinar.  I know how  to turn off video, but how can I turn off my profile image as well?  I don't want it to be visible to me or my audience because I want the entire screen to be available for content.  Thank you!

Our company has a webinar coming up and one of the panelists said that their audio is not great on their PC, but needs that to show the presentation. He would like to join by his PC to able to show his presentation/screen but then join by phone on his mobile device and use that as his audio. What is the best way to do this?

Hi, when our attendees join our Zoom Webinars without a Zoom account created or logged in, they're requested to provide their email and name to move forward. Is there a way to turn off that? 

How can we add more slots to an existing webinar via API? Is there any end point available for it?
