Hello,  We are using a Newcloud.Media account to post when visitors show up to our location.  This integrates with our Zoom Room via showing a website which updates every 10 minutes.  The issue we have is that sometimes this update takes HOURS to happen.  Typically more than 2-4 hours to display an update to this site that shows when a visitor is coming.  We have tried adding the website in twice to force it to update every 10 minutes- but when you publish the change, it still does not occur at a reasonable time.  We want to be able to add when a visitor is coming with it updating at a much faster rate - especially if we want to welcome a visitor and it is less than a 2-4 hour notice. Does anyone have this issue and know what may be blocking this digital signage room to update at a reasonable time?  Any help would be appreciated.  Again, it is a site that is being updated via newcloud.media Thank You!

Does anyone know how to change the background image of the screen that says "Tap Controller to Start?" The default is a shot of the Golden Gate bridge in the clouds. We've manage to change the display for Digital Signage but when there's a call starting, it changes to this image, which we'd like to change. Hi All, hope someone has an idea how to fix this. We have several zoom rooms, two of which keep displaying the following message:Zoom rooms is not configured for this account. you can switch account or exit to configure These rooms are run via Mac Minis. This message is overlayed over the actual zoom room screen, which still works perfectly fine. If i do click exit, and restart zoom rooms, it logs in automatically and everything is fine. Then within the next few days however, the message pops up again. I've tried reinstalling zoom rooms but not sure what else to try Adam 

I have a Poly Studio X30 that was working fine a couple of weeks back. Now my iPad controller does not detect a mic. There is no microphone option. If i change the Studio X30 to device mode, I can connect a laptop use studio x30 mic and speakert then i open zoom workspace and it works fine. What could be causing the problem? 

When installing or upgrading Zoom Rooms Installer x64 5.15.7.3094 MSI (zoomrooms-5.15.7.3094-x64.msi) on Windows 10 22H2 PCs, the setup/install hangs and never completes. I've eliminated several security agents as the cause by uninstalling the agents before attempting to install Zoom Rooms Installer. We use an enterprise deployment tool called Tanium, and all installs/upgrades run as the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM account. The installation command line is:C:\WINDOWS\System32\msiexec.exe /i "C:\Program Files (x86)\Tanium\Tanium Client\Tools\SoftwareManagement\data\temp\tasks\Deployment_89_task_141\zoomrooms-5.15.7.3094-x64.msi" /qn /norestart ALLUSERS=1 ACCEPTGDPR=true SILENT=true /lvx* "C:\<proprietary folder>\logs\Zoom-Rooms-Installer-5.15.7-20230923150010-install-silent-Setup.log" The install hang does not occur on every PC and about 50% of them succeed. This morning I tried to start a live stream from our Zoom Rooms controller (iPad), but the button to start the stream was missing. I was able to work around the issue by joining the meeting from the desktop app, transferring host from the Zoom rooms controller to the desktop user, and then starting the stream from the desktop app. Usually the Start Streaming button is shown on the Zoom Rooms controller after tapping More... Has anyone else experienced this? Has the button, or functionality, been removed?

HiWe are using Zoom Rooms's NDI function to do live video production however we can only receive video feed via NDI, but no audio feed! The meeting works well without NDI (we see and hear everyone) but as soon as we assign a speaker in one of the 3 NDI outputs in our controller (an iPad), we lose all speakers' audio. We are using Tricaster TC2 as a production system, we do receive the video feed via NDI in our Tricaster, but we do not receive any audio at all! What's more, we lose the audio on our computer that's running Zoom Rooms as well (while the speakers continue to hear each other).  We have the same problem with both Mac and Windows. We also tested our NDI function on our Tricaster with other video conferencing tools, the NDI on our Tricaster definitely work.Please help!Thanks!

Every time I turn on my PC a screen pops up prompting me to sign in to my unlicensed zoom.  I'm not sure how it even got there as I have never intentionally used zoom rooms. The options on this screen are Sign in; New Meeting; Join; Whiteboard.  There is a Pairing code in the top right corner and settings cog in bottom right corner. I can click on settings and exit the room but then the next day when I start my PC there it is again.  I've tried everything I  can think of to remove it with no luck.  Please help...it's getting tedious!  Thanks

Zoom Rooms supports on-click direct sharing from a via an ultrasonic signal that is generated by the Zoom Room controller and detected by the Zoom Desktop Client on the participant's laptop. Does anyone know which Zoom Room controllers do or do not support this feature? Logitech Tap (direct-connect and/or Tap IP), Neat, iPad, etc? Thanks!

Hi Zoom Community,I’m looking for a way to display a real-time clock in Zoom meeting rooms—both when meetings are in progress and when there are no meetings happening. It would be really helpful to have this feature to maintain time awareness in the room at all times.Has anyone else requested this, or does anyone know if this feature is available or could be added? Any insights would be greatly appreciated! 

Hi everyone, I have discovered a problem with sharing full screen while in a Teams Meeting in a Zoom Room.I have the ability to share my full screen to the room's display, however on the screen, there are large margins on the sides only enabling me to use about 80% of the screen when sharing.  Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so, how were you able to resolve.  Thank you!

With Zoom DS - can i diaplay a URL thats internal to my company, for example a PowerBI Report URL or a web published application?

I've been hosting remote church services for well over a year, and have been generally happy wit the outcome.  I've now been asked if I can duplicate the experience inside a church that seats 150+ with a 2 story vaulted ceiling, organ and soloist.  The room is previously mic'd and speaker-ed with a 20+ year old Radio shack amp.  I tested using multiple PC's, and the video isn't a problem, but I have no idea what to do about the sound.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Is there any documentation for this?There are so many more settings now, why can't they have links to documentation?

Hey, we run 4 zoom rooms on polycom TC8 with poly studio x50 and x30's. two local at main office and two remote.  Recently we added the "support interoperability  for zoom rooms" and turned on support for  MS Teams web client etc.  This works great for us, the meeting shows up and has the ability to join (as guest) which is great. Awesome feature.  EXCEPT one thing....It only shows a "Join" button on MS Teams meetings in 2 of the 4 rooms.  In the rooms where it works it shows the meeting name, the join button, and the host name. In the rooms where it doesn't work, it only shows the host name. No other info, and you have to manually enter your meeting ID and pass code.  This is extremely frustrating to our user base.  Anyone see anything like this? I opened a ticket with Zoom, #18163003 So far the responses have included request for us to get into PowerShell and make changes or updates. This cannot poss

Hi when sharing screen with a video I can't seem to be able to activate the sharing of the audio at the same time; I'm being asked for my password which I enter in vain. Any idea how to solve this issue please?

Not sure this is the correct group.  I noticed that while using a virtual background, only one person was recognized and appeared on the virtual background even though two were in the camera field of view.   This used to work on my older intel Mac mini, but not on my new one:Mac mini M1 Monterey OS with the latest Zoom app including the M1 enhancement.

Hey! We have many zoom rooms with a Intel NUC (version 6.0.6 (4087)) and the controller is a Crestron TS-770 2.004.1041 (version 6.0.0 (2720)). I've add the interop to join teams and meet reunions. The problem is when I try to control the camera, it's block. The touchpanel is grayed.Is there any configuration to make?

I recently was the only user on my Zoom workplace Pro and had my own "meeting ID" that I used for all my meetings. I've now added a user to my account. I am wondering if we will use the same meeting ID? That is can she be logged into her account and I logged into mine (allowing us to each host different meetings at the same time)?, but using the same link we provided to our participants? 

Please disregard the location, I had to put it in so I could post this.I've been having a reoccurring issue with my profile page not loading. If there is anyway to fix that I need the solution ASAP. I have the most recent version of Zoom on my MAC. Refreshing the page, signing out and resigning in, restarting computer, clearing data, and closing the tab and pulling it back up do not resolve the issue.  

I can't seem to find a setting that would allow to always show the sharing key on the TVs. When we start a video feed the sharing code disappears and to bring it back up we need to press "share" on the control tablet (we don't have ultrasonic thing working unfortunately). Is there a way to always show a sharing key on room screens?
