When sharing content via the HDMI input in our Zoom Room today, the content appeared fine in the room, but displayed 4 times in the top 25% of the screen with another row of distorted video in the 2nd 25%. Changing views or PC's connected to the HDMI port did not affect the problem. Stop sharing, retried, the error remained. Tried sharing from another participant, no problem, the error only occurs with the room. Room left the call, came back, shared content perfectly. I understand the issue is now gone and looks fine, but the room owner wants to know why the issue happened and how to prevent it.

Hello,I have difficulties when I try to call a H323 Room.We have bought several licences that allox us to join a Zoom meeting from our H323 rooms ; it's OK.But when I try to call these H323 rooms from my Zoom Client, or from a Zoom room, it cannot connect.Certainly it is due to my firewall configuration, but I couldn't find what must be modified to allow this connection.Thank you if you can help me.

We have multiple Zoom Rooms set up with Polycom touch displays.  Recently, we have had issues when selecting the "Share Content" button.  We are able to enter the menu, but the "Share" button is not appearing to begin sharing content.  Has anyone had issues related to this?  This has only recently occurred and may be related to firmware and software updates.  We have updated all of our devices and are still experiencing the issue.  Any suggestions or fixes??

I hope you can help me with this, it is a Crestron 760 touch panel with a light bar configured to be a zoom scheduler, problem is that when the room is reserved the light doesn’t change the color anymore, just the screen where it says “Busy” any idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

We have an upcoming team meeting with 34 participants. I would like to do a screen capture to make a file that could be pasted in Photoshop and then printed by the participants if they so desired. My question:I know i can get 25 or 49 per screen. What will the display look like with 34 participants if I select the 49 box? Will it show the 34 (5 rows of 6 + 4 on another row) on a full sized display, or will they be shrunk to the 49 person size? A image example would be nice. Thanks

Hi All, We have an issue with screen sharing from our cisco webex room kits. If the call is outbound to zoom (ie <meetingID>@zoomcrc.com the share content causes spinning wheel and fails. Preview works as expected.  If i dial the system from zoom meeting and answer on the touch 10 to join the meeting the content sharing works perfectly. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve/troubleshoot? Cisco devices are registered to internal cisco call manager. Appreciate and tips.

Hello all, I'm having issues with the Zoom room used in my university course. We use the same room for every seminar and normally it's very convenient to just re-join the same room every week, but for some reason, for this course, the regular meeting link takes me into an empty room with nobody else there. No-one else in my class has this issue and the regular link works just fine for them, but my teacher has had to email me a new meeting link for each session for me to be able to join. I've never had any issues like this before and my university has been using Zoom since March 2020.  I'm not receiving any error messages of any kind, just me alone in a meeting room that's supposed to have 15 other people in it. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thanks!

Would like to know, does the Zoom room application requires to sign back in manually after a successful zoom room version upgrade? The version upgraded from 5.3.0 to 5.7.5 

Olá amigos, Existe algum recurso do Zoom em que a função "Fechar todas as salas" fique restrito somente ao Anfitrão (Host) ? Existe a possibilidade de retirar este recurso do Co anfitrião (Co Host) ? Ou quem sabe pelo menos acrescentar uma flag: "Tem certeza de que deseja fechar todas as salas?"

Does "Zoom Room" support interpretation function? If yes, how can it be enabled or bought?

Has anyone had any experience in designing something like this... want to put in four screens, have it all linked to a single zoom appliance.  Big challenge i think is how to you manipulate the content - so that you can see full screen persons on the far end of a call split between four screens.

Hi, Apologies for long-winded title.   As a school, we have a basic Zoom accounts but we want to host a conference where four participants are visible and others sign in / join but can only have access to a chat facility to ask questions; no video / audio other than the four hosts.  Is Zoom Rooms the answer I need or can I do this through a standard meeting and change some settings? Any help / suggestions much appreciated.  Regards, Paul 

hello all, recently provisioned a whole bunch of Poly X50/X30 rooms with Trio 8800 and 8500s as controllers with no real issues been stuck on a particular room with multiple trio 8500 refusing to provision the gist of the logs: |copy |4|00|DNS lookup failed for trio.zoom.us|cfg |4|00|Prov|Server did not respond to request for file 64167fde8cf6.cfg|cfg |4|00|Prov|Server 'trio.zoom.us' is unresponsive|cfg |4|00|Prov|Download of master configuration file failed tried everything I could think of, DNS resolution on the network works fine but phones just refused to talk to it, wondering if anybody ran into this goofy problem, thanks    

Is there a setting in ZOOM that allows my slides to go full screen to cover the black spaces? This means the speaker pic will be on top of the slides. Thanks in advance

Estimados me gustaría pudieran crear la opción de  envío de mensaje al anfitrión cuando se esté en sala de espera ya que muchas veces tenemos que esperar mucho para que el anfitrión nos acepte, muchas veces hasta se olvidan de las personas que estamos en sala de espera y tenemos que siempre comunicarnos con los que están adentro de sala para que nos den el ingreso es molestoso eso y es algo que he visto mucho y causa interrupción en la reunión que se esté y adicional también sería genial establecer el tiempo que el participante está en sala de espera para dejar constancia de la puntualidad del ingreso a la sala. Espero puedan resolver este inconveniente y mejorar eso de que nos dejen tanto tiempo en sala de espera. When configuring a Zoom room with multiple displays, it would be nice to be able to label them something like "content", "projector", "lectern", "video", "touch", etc.Getting a three screen setup working correctly for all the different modes currently involves a lot of trial and error.

Hello, can anyone help me? I have "Make Zoom Rooms the host if it joins before meeting host" turned on and I still can't start a meeting in the Zoom Room. The message "Waiting for the host to start this meeting" appears.

Greetings, Recently we migrated our Zoom account to a new tenant, i.e. associated SSO users within new domain, integrated the calendar of new domain. However it brought an extremely unstable connection between Zoom and M365(both authentication methods[OAUTH, Static Credentials] I have tried for that). Even all of the types of error code I have encountered I think, like unknown, connected(but not active, cannot read calendar information), error, etc. Any suggestions can help solving this type of problem?Thank you in advance, Joey

Hi Is it possible to send alerts or notifications if the meeting room is over crowded with participants. I can see that Zoom can do People count, but not able to find how to send notifications. Cheers!
