Hello, yesterday I renamed 30 breakout rooms for a zoom session. When I  opened the rooms, participants could not see the breakout room names I had given each room, they only say Room 1, Room 2, etc. How do I ensure that participants can see the breakout room names once they have been renamed?

We don't have the ability to 'Join' a private meeting in a Zoom Room from the controller as we do with a public one. We've recently setup a new environment and our users indicate they were able to do so before. Is this an issue with permissions somewhere that I'm missing?

Is there a way to change the timer and other options of the Breakout Rooms DURING active breakouts? For example, it's frustrating to not be able to add time, if you feel that the participants need more time working and sharing. Thanks!Marie #PimpingZoom

I scheduled a meeting on behalf of my boss, for a big group meeting they want 8 break out rooms with a leader in each then automatically assign others to each group.  Then go back to those same rooms that were created two more times with the same people with each leader assigned to group.How to do this? 

When a Polycom unit is provisioned through Zoom and we do a regular Polycom firmware update through the unit admin console it reverts back within 5 minutes. When this same unit is not provisioned by Zoom the version remains updated to whatever version was selected for updating the unit. This is due to Zoom somehow preventing certain firmware releases to be deployed and I need to understand how this is managed and why the version is kept at 5.9 by Zoom. I can't find any related article in KB and Public Article to answer this question. I hope you can point me in the correct direction.  Thank you

Hi everyone, do you know if it is possible to record different rooms at the same time ? I am about to lead a workshop, and people will work together by groups of 5. So they will be 12 "small"classrooms open in the same meeting. Is it possible to do a recording for each ?  Thank you for your help! 

When I log in to Zoom.us I have the new virtual background pics I have uploaded.BUT when I set up a meeting, a different set of virtual backgrounds (ie old ones) are all that I can choose. How do I get this to update or match please?

Hello I have been able to successfully create.CSV file, upload it into zoom and run a meeting using breakout rooms. this is a recurring meeting and I had some changes to the file so I updated the file but I’m no longer able to re-upload it to zoom. It doesn’t give me an option to import from.CSV, instead it shows the option to export to.CSV. Please help!

My son recorded an interview last night for a school project.  Normally, (on our work Zoom account), I can find these meetings, however this one is no where to be found.  Kari

I have several inactive cameras in the video list at the bottom left where I select cameras, but regardless, these come up when I switch between cameras. I want to be able to choose which 2 cameras I want to switch between.

Hello,  If I am working with students in a breakout room but see someone needs additional support is there a way that we can move to a private session without returning to the main room.

Hello,  When I record I'm only getting the shared screen, without the active speaker. I've checked my recording settings and they are identical to another account which is recording both. Any suggestions how to fix this? Thanks 

I participate with a small group that does once a week literature readings.  Three of our participants have individual paid Zoom accounts.  We would like to set up a recurring meeting and name 3 zoom account holders as cohosts incase one of the hosts cannot make a particular session.  How do we accomplish this?  When I enter one of the Zoom account holders email addresses as an alternative host, I get this message:  Unable to assign "email listed" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time.  What am I doing wrong?

After talking to our CSM, decided to bring this here while Zoom support looks at it too... If you use Zoom VDI (on any platform), how have you been managing your deployments?We're specifically interested in how you're managing deployment of the plugin to physical devices off your network.  Like most companies, in response to the pandemic our users took their devices home. We now have 975+ laptops being used everywhere. Being off network, we can't automate deployments like we used to. Thankfully we were able to configure SCCM + CMG to provide a "self-service" solution, and with most things it works great. With Zoom VDI it gets tricky because you have to update the plugin and the VDI client. So far we've been able to make it work, but in our industry (AEC), time is important. It's not ideal to ask our users to take time out of their day to install an update on their physical, and on their VDI - especially when we all know technology doesn't work 100% as it should 100% of t

I am having trouble with the auto record and passcode everytime I a chnaged the setting under the personal room and in the user that the passcode and automatic recording is turn off.  There will be times that it will be back again and I always chnged it. What might be the reason an dhow to fixed this issue?Thank you!

Previously, I used to be able to enter the serial number, and select the manufacture from a drop-down, of the device and controller when I created the Zoom Room.  This allowed the device to auto-provision once it came online.  This was very helpful especially deploying systems remotely, allowing the gear to work immediately with out the installer needing to enter activation codes.  However, it appears to no longer be a thing.

I would have a need to develop a functionnality where the host can have multiple participants in the room. The host can see and hear the participants but the participants can't see or hear each other. Does that exist or can that be developped? Thanks!

What I've observed is that the time is limited according to certain meetings. I'm on the latest update on zoom and still can't seem to get enough time to host my meetings, now I'm not sure if it's something that I need to change, check or whatever. So, I'm kindly asking for someone's assistance on this matter please.

I am going to be using zoom breakout rooms for online interviews and I need for the leader in the room to be able to let me know when they are done with the interview.  Is there a way for the leader in the breakout room to Chat with the host to let them know it is ok to send in the next person? Thanks!

Our Zoom Room camera is suddenly not working.  When we called support it wouldn't recognize our number.  Called sales to see if the could transfer and was told we couldn't talk to a live person unless we upgraded our account to one costing $200 /month.  We currently have a paid account that allows 100 people to attend a meeting.  Is this true?  Do we have any recourse?  The chat was not helpful and my organization now has $4,400 worth of equipment we can't use which has already resulted in the cancellation of a meeting.  Let me know if you have any suggestions.  Thank you!
