We installed a new computer to run our Zoom Room. I have installed the Zoom Room software on the computer and the Zoom Room works fine, but the Logitech Tap screen is black. The tap is correctly connected and if you tap its screen the action you tapped is displayed on the main screen. I have tried powering the Tap off and on and resetting it to factory, but nothing works. If I put the Tap back on the old computer it works, so it must be something that is not installed on the new computer, but I can't find any required drivers for the Tap on the Logitech web site. I have tried installing the Zoom Room Controller software, but that hasn't resolved it. Any help would be appreciated.
I recorded the session in the breakout room during a meeting today. When I view the saved recording, I can only see the main room. Where is the breakout session saved? I know for sure it recorded.
Is there a way you can see who logged into your zoom room?
Any idea why someone designated as co-host can't operate or bounce around rooms in a breakout room? Is it no longer an option?
Hello, I am looking for a video/s to play for my end users showing how to access Zoom Room within our portal. Is there anything out there besides the PDFs and Zoom Learning Center that has a webinar-like training for Zoom Room? Or maybe even a Powerpoint would be great! Thank You,
Is it possible to Join MS Teams Meeting from ZoomRoom?
We are currently getting all of our zoom rooms online and in another district we noticed a laminated quick training guide for end users to reference. We were not quick enough to snap a picture of it. Has anyone created a quick reference page or something similar they could share?
We have 6 zoom rooms here and 5 are all synced with the calendar, but this last one says "This calendar resource is no longer available in the calendar service." On the crestron itself it says "Calendar Permission issue" They were all set up the same way, as far as I know. Backstory is 2 companies merged and we brought over 2 zoom rooms from the other account, one connected just fine, this one did now. Would anyone know a good place to check this type of issue?
Missing data in the dashboard reporting for Zoom Rooms. All of the Zoom Rooms are not showing any data in the dashboard. Appears none of my Zoom Rooms are showing any activity for the last 30 days, I do not believe this to be hte case as our rooms are used quite frequently. Anyone have this happen. Is there a setting within the portal that could have turned this off? Most of my devices are running Android 5.8.3
HIWe have a number of iPads running as Zoom Room ControllersAll were running with the standard blue background, but recently a couple are now showing with a white backgroundAnd I can not work out why ?Anyone else come across this ??
Hi all, Trying to connect existing licensed Zoom Rooms (4 total) to a new location, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to sign into them. Given that I am a Zoom Admin, is it safe to go into the Zoom Rooms list under "Room Management" and REGENERATE an activation code to sign into the rooms? My fear is that doing so might add another Zoom Rooms license or am I wrong? Thanks!
We have several zoom rooms on our campus, There is an issue where instan meetings from the room does a standard 30 minute booking ahead. Is there any way for us to disable the meet now function on our account. Kind Regards Chris
Hi All, I've had a look through the MSI documentation, and there doesn't appear to be an option listed for the ZoomRooms MSI installer that allows you to enable Auto-launching of the Zoom rooms application on sign in ( Or I've missed it, and will feel silly in a few minutes) I've seen the standard MSI installer DOES have ' ZoomAutoStart="True" ' as an option - however there's no indication as to whether this will work for the Rooms package. Can anyone shed any light? Cheers! Josh
Looking to see if there is a solution to be able to have a presenter stand up at the front of the conference room and be picked up by a second camera and potentially a secondary display. The presenter can then address the audience in the room as well as the remote attendees. Is this something Zoom can support and what hardware vendor supports it?Also I believe Cisco can do this with their room kits and presenter track, and I know they are supported in room meetings using CRC, but same original question then applies does the Zoom meeting support what that hardware can do?
Is there a way to have multiple cameras feed Zoom? I have a meeting room where there is a very large display at the front of the class. The instructor or moderator is at the front currently facing the display so the attendees can see his face. But the rest of the class sees the back of his/her head live. Is there a way to have two cameras, one - the traditional room facing camera showing the entire class and another in front of the instructor/moderator's face coming from one feed? Or perhaps there's an easier way?? I thought about having two instances of Zoom running but that is really cumbersome when wanting to share screens, etc. Also, what is the benefit of using multiple viewing screens in Zoom? I haven't researched it yet but thought this audience may have experiential insight. Thanks, I appreciate any perspective that may be offered.
Did this setting change? I'm pretty sure It did not used to say "and other participants", Had a meeting this morning where room was 2nd person to join (first was not host) and the room did not pick up host like it always has in the past. It this expected behavior? I know you can claim host but we have admin's create meetings, but never connect to meeting so we've been relying on room to claim host to be able to record or do anything else in the meeting.
Hi If we are turning on single sign on(SSO) for zoom , what happens to the zoom rooms in the org?Post SSO do the rooms gets signed out immediately and forced to login via the identity provideror do the room stays signed on and we have to manually logout and relogin -- which would then redirect to identity provider to authenticate. Thanks
On our campus, we have the Zoom tool enabled in Canvas primarily for cloud recording access for students. The tool also has a Join Meeting button, but we want to prevent students from joining from that (or any way). Instead, they would use our classroom Polycom-based rooms. We are currently running the Enhanced Room Connector for these, and also have a handful of Zoom Rooms on our license. The optimal situation would be that room systems are allowed to join the meeting, but only hosts can join via desktop/mobile client. Hosts could then admit desktop/mobile clients into the meeting for unique circumstances such as guest speakers or their wireless screen sharing.Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this? The hope was the new option to allow managed devices to bypass the waiting room would do the trick, but that is only possible if you also allow all users in your account to bypass. Thus only guest accounts are held in the waiting room. Thanks in advance for any thoughts on this.
Assalamu'alikum.Hi every body .... i am Iman Saiman, S.Pd.II am Teacher in SMPIT Nurul Fikri Bekasi IndonesiaI use zoom for teach.
Hi, I'm trying to deploy Zoom Virtual room connector on our domain. Server hosted in our DMZ. Firewall settings applied as instructed in https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203182415I see VRC in https://zoom.us/account/connector/vrcWhen I start Zoom meeting and call out to SIP device I get error 109. When I try to make call from SIP device it show "No user responding. Disconnecting"Could you please specify what additional network access is required?
I've started giving online group lessons and ended up using another application called Muzie. The reason for this was because I was told when using breakout rooms in Zoom, for me to be able to see every breakout room I would have to get another device per room. For example, if I have 3 students in a session, put them in to their own breakout rooms, I would then need another 2 devices to keep an eye on each one. Seems like a silly extra expense. Does anyone know if there is a master room view in Zoom? One where I could see every room so if a student required assistance I could see it quickly and move to them. If there isn't one, why wouldn't the app have one? Wouldn't it make sense as the host to be able to monitor every room at the same time?
We are trying to do some test with few people in the meeting, we want to split into 40 breakout rooms. The option shows until 50 rooms but when we press the begin button, nothing happens. 35 rooms work, but 36 and over doesn't. Thank you
Is there a way to admit ones directly from the waiting room into a breakout room on a recurring meeting? For instance, if someone comes in I want to not let them into the main room but instead admit them directly into one of the breakout rooms that is generated prior to their arrival. Thanks for our help.
Dear Friends, Greetings! I am a faculty in the CSE Branch. I have been using Dev C++ IDE for teaching Programming in C++.Initially, I tried to use Dev C++ for my online class sessions over Zoom VC Platform but due to some issues with the Output Console Screen while executing a C++ program to see the program output in the IDE (could not share the console screen; a child window of Dev C++ IDE), I stopped using Dev C++. But, subsequently, I found Dev C++ started working fine and I could share the Output Console Screen too. But, the sharing of Output Console Screen of Dev C++ IDE during my online class sessions over Zoom VC Platform has again stopped; I do not know why? I shall be extremely thankful if anyone can extend help to enable me share the Program Execution Console Window of Dev C++ IDE Environment?
How can I access the duration of meetings from my account in the past few months?
