I need to set up 20 breakout rooms with 2 people in each room, but every 20 minutes I need to have 1 person, a reviewer, stay in the room while the other one is automatically moved to another room or back to the main room.Is this possible?  

Hi, I have some questions about this:1. Why do I log in to ZRC with my account, and there are more control options displayed, like Upgrade OS、Upgrade Zoom Rooms、Rename、Release from Room、Remove from Zoom. But, When I log in to ZRC with my Actication Code, just one option there: Remove from Zoom. 2. I really can't understand the difference between Release from Room and Remove from Zoom, can anyone explain it？ Thanks! 

I have a customer who has a Crestron UC engine running zoom, with a Crestron touch panel as the room controller. Fairly often, the controller will unpair from the UC engine. The UC engine will not display a pairing code. The only way to get the controller to repair is to go to zoom.us/pair or to enter an activation code. Is there a reason that the controller is becoming unpaired often?

I teach a class over Zoom and we frequently split into breakout rooms. During these group sessions I sometimes ask that one student share their screen in order to view presentations together, usually videos. In some cases the other students are not able to hear the audio, the way they are when I share my screen in the main room. I imagine it has to do with a setting on their end, but I can't figure out what that might be. None of them had headphones connected.  I am wondering if there is a setting I can change as host to make this work better or if it is something on their individual Zoom or device settings

We just got a zoom room installed and have used it successfully for standard zoom meetings, where you go to the tablet and join the meeting by entering the Meeting ID and passcode. We do not have the room setup yet with a calendar function, still working on that. We are a law firm and our users use zoom to join court based zoom meetings as well as standard zoom meetings.The zoom tablet controller allows you to switch the join from Meeting ID to Personal Link Name.Our first attempt at this did not work. The hyperlink for the court meeting is not a normal zoom URL https:\\www.zoom.com\my\{xxxxxx}  but a government zoom URL. As I understand this you are only supposed to put in the Personal Meeting Name not the full URL. Since the court URL is different from the standard is there a way to join this zoom meeting using the full government URL? Will entering the full URL work? (the zoom court only had a URL no meeting ID or passcode)  Thanks

How do I/can I download bulk registrations from my zoom meetings to excel, CSV, or something similar?

I'm working on a project for Zoom Room stability and availability. For this, I need to pull the report of past Zoom Room Status. Upon checking Zoom Room dashboard and report it can give me only live status. Is there any other way we can pull the past status?

I'm recording the audio and video in my meetings and my audio is MUCH quieter than the other person's audio. During the conversation, the other person tells me they can hear me loud and clear. Also, when I test the audio, it sounds fine.Is adjusting the advanced audio settings the only solution to fixing this? I've toggled with many of the available settings and nothing has changed.

Good morning Zoom Community, I am trying to export the list of Zoom Rooms from the Dashboard Export to CSV function. The Dashboard shows over 300 rooms. When exporting to CSV, it creates an empty file (except for the header row). Where should I start looking? Any special Role assignment is required to export the rooms? Thanks!DanM

Greeting All I need some assistance from the brain trust. I was wondering if there is a way or setting that I need to change to assign a specific zoom room /Digital signage to a user so that they can update their own content for the signage in their area of campus.  Such as "Campus housing" given access to only content and signage in dorms.  Dining Halls are able to update their menus as needed without having to go through the campus zoom administrator. Thanks in advance

Hello Zoom Community!We recently upgraded one of our Zoom Rooms and iPad controller to 5.7.5 (300) and 5.7.3 (68.0726) respectfully to begin testing with the new NDI capabilities. I am fairly experienced with NDI workflow and have been utilizing NewTeks NDI 4/5 Tools alongside Wirecast NDI capabilities for our previous Company Meetings with little to no issues.However, I can not for the  life of me get a working NDI feed out of the Zoom Room, yes we enabled it in settings. I've tried, specific call participants, Active Speaker, etc. with no luck. When I select and NDI Output from the controller I do receive the 'NDI disclaimer' on the other participants windows to which I accept.All I am receiving is a black screen even  in NewTek 'Studio Monitor'  with no actual data transfer (Newtek NDI 5  'NDI Analysis' tool shows immediate connection established -> connection close loop) and network traffic does not reflect normal NDI traffic.  I've tried connecting to t

Since the last update for the controller app on the iPad in one of our Zoom rooms the look is completely different.Which means we have to recreate the quick start guides we have in all the rooms. Would anyone know where to find some good quality pictures of the new layout? Google is not been my friend so far and making a foto with my phone has too much glare.All I found is this one but that is a bit different. Zoom for Salesforce has been installed in salesforce developer org.While clicking "Start Zoom Meeting" from lead page layout the error is coming "Starting a zoom meeting is not Allowed on a personated user" Can someone throw light on this issue. Please see the attachment

I have a church with 4 Zoom Rooms, each linked to a different Google Calendar. The office administrator has access to the calendars for all 4 rooms in her Google account. When she schedules a room on any of the calendars, it assigns her as the host. So, is she schedules 2 or more meetings in different rooms with overlapping times, the second meeting cannot start because the status shows that the host is busy in another meeting. I can sign into another Google account and add the second meeting, and this solves the problem. But I don't want to have to constantly flip between 4 Google accounts to manage the 4 rooms. In Google calendar, I see no way to change the host - the host is whatever Google account created the meeting. Surely there musty be a way to to manage all 4 rooms from 1 view without having to keep switching accounts to get around the "host is busy" issue. If anybody knows a solution to this issue, that would be so helpful.

Hi all, In the past we had Polycoms HDX7000's that connected from room to room. We are considering making the move to something with a Zoom base. The idea is to get away from a point to point ITV type situation to a Zoom between the same two points but the ability for people using Zoom to connect to our meetings also. We already have large Flat screens we would like to keep, plus windows 10 workstations in each room.  A smartboard would be nice for notation during meetings, and possibly a document camera - plus the face to face Zoom experience of course.  Any suggestions or accolades for certain products would be greatly appreciated. In short, Zoom Rooms Controller App on Android does not work with Zoom Rooms. Details below. Can this be fixed?  Detailed Description:I've set up Zoom rooms on a Windows PC to create Zoom Rooms conference space. I need to control the session from my android device (running Android 11). I've installed the controller app and signed into both the Room and controller as my own Zoom account. I next try to connect to the room using the Share Key (Automatic detection does not work). I type in the sharing key on the top right corner of the Rooms display, and every time, I get the message "Invalid sharing key. Please try again." I've tried this over 10 times without success, and the review page for the Android controller app shows others are having this problem too. Has anyone figured out how to get Android Rooms controller to detect and work with Zoom Rooms again? Developers, can this be fixed?    Thank you!

Hello I have to schedule a meeting that must have 2 separate rooms : when I first tried it yesterday, I could schedule the meetings in the 2 rooms, but the links for the connections were the strictly the same in both cases...So here's my question : how can I have 2 scheduled rooms with different connection links, so that people can go to the room they're supposed to go to, without mistake ? Thanks a lot in advance

I've read through the different posts about setting a virtual background for a Zoom Room, but none of the suggestions have worked.  I've read the resource guides, and have the necessary hardware, etc. so please don't direct me to those links.I have a Zoom Room set up (I have admin rights), I've uploaded the desired background image (that meets the requirements).  The Zoom Room is running from my laptop and the Room Controller is my iPad.  When I start the Zoom Room, my uploaded background briefly displays then goes away.  On my iPad I start the Zoom Room, and then when I turn on my camera my uploaded image is not my background, just the my room behind me.  How can I fix this so the main Zoom Room camera will have virtual background?

Hi, when I join a zoom already in progress, my screen only shows 9 people, yes, in gallery view.  Everyone else is seeing everyone else in the zoom, 20, 30 people, all on one screen.  There must be a setting I am missing...anyone have a solution? 

Hi, We have a new Zoom Room created and I've scheduled a new meeting. The meeting was created successfully and appeared on the room's management panel.When arriving at the room I started the meeting from the rooms panel but it was waiting for me (host) to join from my account.I would like to have the option of the room starting the meeting even if the host does not join from his\hers account.I've enabled the "Make Zoom Rooms the host if it joins before meeting host and other participants" option (see image attached) but it did not make any difference. Please advise. 

This is going to be an interesting question:Does someone need to stay in the main room when people are sent to breakout rooms?There were seven of us in the meeting and the leader wanted all of us to go into a breakout room.Two of us had issues. It took 10 minutes for me to join the room. And I was the host.

Hello all,One of my customers has the following problem, when she wants to go back to the current session from a breakout room, the image on the andriod tablet stops at the hint, this can take some time. The other participants can see her but cannot hear her. She cannot see or hear the other participants. She and also the host, can interrupt the meeting. This will exclude her from the rest of the meeting. Where can the error lie, does anyone have an idea?With best regards Thomas
