I did a reset on the TC8 itself, but it still is stuck. The ZDM doesn't recognize it as online or connected though it is connected and has full internet access, as well as access to the G7500 over the same network. It does not search for an update if it's offline. That's the only point where I can reset it completely or can enter it's settings at all. What happened before:The devices failed to upgrade, which I then started manually with https://us02web.zoom.us/location to upgrade to the latest version. It started to upgrade after removing it from the room and connecting it back to it.What I expect:The update to work or the TC8 to stop searching for the upgrade after reboot. What I think:Either it's bricked or needs a manual downgrade to another app or OS version to accept the upgrade and run it fu
Is there a way to change it so that when we screen share in a Teams meeting within a Zoom Room that we can have 1 screen show the active speaker and the other screen show the shared content as opposed to both screens showing the shared content?
I am trying to set up multiple Zoom Rooms with NDI cameras. Currently if I set this up, each room will have access to all of the cameras. What I need to be able to do is restrict each room to only see the cameras within that room. NDI has the perfect settings for this. I can set each camera to be part of a group, and using NDI tools I can set each computer to only see devices in that group, but zoom rooms does not reflect the settings within NDI tools. It seemingly searches for all availble NDI inputs with no way to filter the list. The only way I can get a camera to show up in Zoom Rooms is if I leave the group as public, which then leaves me back where I started where every room can see every camera. I know NDI inputs is still in beta, so maybe this will be implemented later, but is there a way for me to set the NDI group within Zoom Rooms? This would immediatley solve my problem. The only settings I can find in the web portal is to toggle NDI on or off entirely.
Hi Community, We have a Cisco Room Kit with Room OS and having a lot of trouble getting the Zoom Connector API to function. We have the required CRC license, API downloaded and installed and appears connected to the correct Cisco device IP but when we join an external Zoom meeting, it still requires a pairing code to be inputted, due to the host not having a CRC license) which to my understanding, the Room API Connector is meant to accommodate. Your help is greatly appreciated to anyone that can assist. Regards
My room calendar is confirmed synced and it's confirmed that my account is unaffected by EWS (uses EWS but is full delegate access) but I'm not able to get the calendar to sync to the room logi controller. I'm at a loss as to how to restore the convenience of the calendar being available in the room and any help would be sincerely appreciated. We are a non-profit seeking to purchase a DTEN screen for our conference room. This would necessitate a Zoom Room license. Is anyone aware are there discounts for Zoom Room licenses? I am aware of the Zoom One discount through TechSoup, but I just wanted to check on Zoom Rooms before moving forward.
The main issue is: For the last 4-5 times I have used Zoom on my Dell laptop, in lessons where they split people in breakout rooms, I have trouble to get back to main room after the time is gone. Zoom freezes up and I can't do anything. This time it took very long time for it to even announce that "Zoom is in trouble. What do you want to do? close or wait". Or something like that. After I press "Close" it still is hanging in position and only after a while it started closing with a popped up window asking to report on the issue. I wrote it. Later on when it was closed already, it asked again for reporting on the issue, but I didn't have time to waste anymore at all. I tried to open again that zoom session and this time it was not opening - for the first time ever. Before at least I could get back into the meeting. Then there is another thing - always together with zoom meeting window I get message with yes/no from Zoom Workplace "CptHost.exe is using ocsCSP.dll from an unknow
Hi Folks, I've set everything that the FAQ's suggests to GMT (London). However, any invite that i send always shows as (Eastern Time - New York)Any help gratefully received!
Hello! Our office seems to be having an issues in our confrence room that utilizes a Logitech Tap that connects to a nuc with windows 10 on it. Whenever anyone joins a meeting using teams rather than zoom and then attempt to share their powerpoint using the "present in teams" option the tv that is connected to the nuc utilizing the zoom room application displays a white screen (which I can still see the cameras of the users connected). If I join the meeting from another device I find that I can see the powerpoint presentation, but it doesn't display through the nuc that is using the zoom room application. I attempted to update the display driver, run updates, and even updated the controller to version 6.4.2 (5659) , 64bit which I thought was the intial issue. If you need more info then do let me know and I can provide any screenshots of what I see.

How can I get rid of the blue screen and just get back to the camera view?
Zoom Workplace - Version: 6.3.11 (50104) - MacOS This is very useful feature to change groups for an upcoming activity while attendees are already in breakouts. However, once you planned a next session, if you have the need to keep the groups, there is no way to CANCEL the next session and leave everything as it was. For context, that happened to me in a workshop where people were doing an activity in groups of 4, usually followed by a discussion in pairs, but after the activity we agreed they needed to get back to their 4-people groups and do an additional round. Having a DELETE plan would be useful. Of course, having a way to SAVE group configurations (even scoped for a single session) would be even better.
Hello,I have an end user that is trying to share multiple screens from their dual monitor setup. It says 'press ctrl' to share multiple screens. They claim they cant press control to do that anymore. They have a wireless Dell Keyboard. I have them press the fn key, but that does not help.
For the sake of practicality and ease of use for teachers, I would like to request the possibility of consolidating the screen sharing options into a single location within Zoom.Currently, when a teacher wants to share their main screen, they simply press Alt + S and begin sharing monitor 1. However, when they need to share the whiteboard (which uses the second camera), the process becomes more complicated: they have to click “Share Screen,” navigate to the “Advanced” tab, select “Second Camera,” and then click “Share.”This sequence of steps is not intuitive and increases the likelihood of errors, especially in an educational setting. Therefore, having an interface or direct access that unifies these options in a more streamlined and accessible way would be greatly beneficial for instructors.
In our office environment we have Poly X50's and X70's setup in our rooms. We use BYOD to access a Thin Client for presentations. We've noticed that even though I've configured our rooms to go to sleep when 15 minutes of inactivity hits, this appears to not apply when left in BYOD mode. Is there a setting I've missed where even in BYOD Mode, the Idle timer functions or BYOD times out after certain activity? Our Thin Client devices are also setup to sleep after 15 minutes. We currently have these setup across out Account Level (rather than device level). We have our Rooms on Zoom Room App Version 6.3.0I would also add, our Poly Studio devices are set for Device Idle Timeout: 5 Seconds
I know DTEN has 27" and 55" touchscreen all-in-one options. AVer makes a 65". And there are really small ones like the 8" Lenovo Thinksmart that support Zoom Rooms Touch. But, does anyone know of any touchscreen that's about 40"? I ask because we use Zoom Rooms Touch all-in-ones (like the DTEN Me 27") for Digital Signage and for one-tap meetings in office lobbies and pit areas. But many offices that I pitch the DTEN Me to say that 27" is too small. And they don't want to pay the $3000 for the 55" DTEN Go (and they also think that 55" is too large). I really want an all-in-one touchscreen device for this kind of purpose. The DTEN Me is absolutely perfect for signage and quick meetings, but sometimes 27 inches just doesn't cut it. I know that ViewSonic and some other manufacturers make 43" touchscreens, but if I went with them, then I'd also have to buy a separate Zoom Rooms codec and a camera/mic/speaker device, which means USB and HDM
I had a client ask me a question today and I wanted to give them a complete answer. She asked if you can Livestream from a Zoom-Room setup. We have recently installed a Zoom Room in a community space and have an instructor that asked me today if she can Livestream? You can Livestream on the desktop client, I know that, but in a Zoom-Room setup? She has her meeting settings ON for the Livestream function, but I do not see an option for that in the Zoom Room.Is it possible?
How can we have the same multi-camera visual that we have during a Zoom meeting for when we utilize Teams in the Zoom Room?
Have a Jabra Panacast 50 VBS that we want to change the "Tap Controller to Start Display" screen to our company logo. (Not a virtual Background) Has anyone been able to add file to change that screen? have seen some vague answers to this but still not seeing the correct menu options. Referencing this https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Rooms-and-Workspaces/Tap-Controller-to-Start-Display/m-p/157695/highlight/true I don't see a "Rooms Profile" in settings which seems to be the key. Is it a limitation on the hardware we have? Do I need to have the admin account get to the "Rooms Profile" menu to add the file for the background?
It seems that the only way for a recipient to acknowledge that they've picked up a package in Zoom’s Delivery Management system is through a designated kiosk. I don't want to spend money on a device just to perform this function. Is there no way for the user to indicate they picked up a package right in the app?
Hello! We are using Zoom Rooms with Neat devices in our offices and we are missing one option in our setup. We want to unhide non-video participants of meetings by default - is it somehow possible? We know that in the meeting we can do it manually, but we did not find a way how to set up for every planned meeting. Thank you for all answers,D.
It takes too long when moving to a small meeting room.I use a small meeting room a lot. When I am placed in the small meeting room, it takes too long, it takes almost a minute, it doesn't seem to be a matter of communication. When the family used together, it takes so long on my computer. It was not a problem until 2 weeks ago, but this phenomenon suddenly occurs from one day. Is there a kind of program and likely?
I get (in meetings in MY account) this message:"The transfer of jpg file is restricted by your account administrator"I've double checked everything. Send files via meeting chat is on (I can do PDFs, but not JPGs). I have set up a whitelist of these file types: .jpg,.pdf,.png,.gif,.tifI hate people who post questions on boards where the answer is easily researched, but I'm stumped.Help! Thanks in advance for your time.
I am troubleshooting our virtual receptionist kiosk; the reception function is set so that multiple users are assigned to receive the call. The calls are not consistently going through. We do not have zoom phones so the action type is "contacts or zoom rooms from the account" and 2-4 users are assigned. How does the system determine what users to call? What happens if someone doesn't answer the call? Is there a way to set it to forward to another account contact? I would like to have the calls go to multiple account users without having to purchase Zoom phone license or only calling one person per action button.
