I was the host of a meeting and turned on screen share to show a video. I clicked on the video's icon in screen sharing. I saw the video, but the attendees simply saw my desktop and the video's icon. What is going on here? and how do I get the video tp play for everyone?

Hello, Thank you in advance for any insight. We have an event that runs a breakout room twice during the meeting. For the first time that the breakout room runs, there's no OPTIONS button so we cannot set the time for how long we want to run the meeting. However, when we run the second breakout room, the OPTIONS button appears then. Has anyone experienced that before? What could be the reason for that?

Has anyone else noticed the outline font that's being used for the top left and right options (like Screen Share) in Zoom Rooms meeting spaces? I have users saying that it's difficult to see. It seemed to coincide with the latest upgrade that I did for the rooms.Computer - to 10.5.6iPAD - to 10.5.3 

Has anyone tried using an ultrawide monitor in zoom rooms?  Boss has 3 monitor system in his office, TV for gallery, one monitor for person speaking and one monitor for content.  He has asked about getting rid of the 2 monitors and replacing with an ultrawide using PBP (split screen). I'm curious if anyone has tried this and if it worked or not.  

Guys, Can anyone help here, getting error "this meeting has ended" while starting new meeting thru zoom room controller (iPAD).  

zoomrooms joins teams meeting Is there no way to share content via HDMI cable for either zoomrooms for android or zoomrooms for windows?

Anybody encounter trying to do a screenshot on Android and it shows "Can't take screenshot due to security policy"?This specifically happen in the "Sign in with Email", "Enter activation code" & "Sign out" page.  I have tested on Android 4 ("KitKat") which is fine it doesn't show the error and can screenshotOn Android 5 and above it will show the error and no screenshot is taken. Is this done on purpose?

Poly Group 500 Calendar registration failed via Zoom API connector. I tried deleting the profile and restarted but calendar also can't register. Zoom API connector 5.8Poly Group firmware 6.2.2.2 Anyone also experience this issue?  Thanks.

I have an admin account through my organization. But I don't see the zoom rooms listed on my account page under Room Management > Zoom Rooms . What do I need to do to see them all listed? Often staff want to reserve a room, but they don't know who is the current host and who to contact. I was hoping, that at least as an admin I should be able to look up this information. Any other solutions are welcome. Thank you.

Zoom Room has fully integrated background systems including an audio DSP for the mic's and speakers.  When using the Zoom Room, the mic's are sensitive and pick up whispers, pen taps, coffee mugs being set down, squeaking chairs etc.., all of which disrupts the remote speaker when he/she presents.  Obviously, muting the Zoom Room stops that audible noise.  Have worked with AV engineers to tweak the DSP configurations, settings and gating and even tried a couple of filters.  Still, the audible background noise intrusion is disruptive.  And the in-room participants do not want to mute the room.  This has gone all the way through to the CEO and VP's who are saying that we should be able to alleviate the background noise while maintaining the sound of the remote presenter/speaker. Has anyone else faced similar issues and were you able to overcome?  Has anyone tried enabling the software audio processing on the Zoom Room despite having your own D

I changed some settings and for the life of me can't seem to find a way to unmute the waiting room when I'm in a meeting. I have the waiting room set up, and once meeting starts I don't want to have to manually let people in so used to click "Enable Waiting Room" on the security tab? What do I do to get it back online working? Thank youNatalie 

Im trying to get the CRC working with our Cisco Webex and SX80 endpoints.For the moment im just trying to focus on deployment with the SX80 before moving on to the WebEx Room  unit.I did setup an O365 calendar resource which shows synced and watched to the unit. Connection status shows Synced and is Provisioned.However, when I add a meeting via outlook I am unable to get the room to auto connect, show one touch join, or even list the event on the factory touch panel. the calendar window is blank.When I add the event i am using the outlook Zoom meeting plugin to generate the link.The PMI I assigned to the Cisco unit does show for starting an instant meeting so that confirms that the CRC is talking to it.Any suggestions on what I am missing?

When I forward meeting invites to meeting rooms, I don't get confirmation emails that the meetings were accepted.  The meetings don't appear in the Zoom Rooms Controller app on the iPad or Zoom Rooms app on the Mac Mini.However, if I create new meetings and invite the rooms as participants, that works fine. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Team, There used to be an option under Zoom Room dashboard for us to download the report of number of rooms checked-in and released, now that option is missing from the dashboard. How do I get the option back or pull a report of the released rooms because of missed check-in?

Hi I'm trying to use a Sony A7rii via hdmi, into a Blackmagic Ultrastudio Recorder 3G, then out from that via Thunerbolt 3 into MacBookPro. Using Blackmagic  software 'BlackMagic Media Express' I can see that there is definitely audio being sent down the HDMi cable with the video. On Zoom, the picture is fine (though I had to change the software version as it did not initially work on version 5.9, it works on 5.86 and 5.10.1) but when Blackmagic Ultrastudio Recorder 3G is selected as the mic source there is nothing. Does anyone have any idea of a solution?  I'm wondering if there is another earlier software version that it might work on.

I have enabled zoom breakout rooms however I cannot see the icon.I have uninstalled and reinstalled as well

We have a mix of Pro and Basic accounts and are trialing a Zoom Room. If a Basic user creates a meeting and invites  the Zoom room, are they still limited to a 40 minute meeting? I suspect the answer is yes, but I wasn't sure if the Zoom Room changes the calculus at all.

I was on a call today, and I was sharing my screen.  When I attempted to stop sharing, I was unable to.  The overlay wasn't taking in clicks for some reason.  So I had to kill the process and log in again.

Hello, I have seen the specifications page for Smart Gallery for Zoom rooms, We have rooms with Logitech Rally cameras and zoom rooms running on i5 windows 10 machines (couple years old) but when i enable multi camera mode. The Smart gallery never loads on the to the controller. I can stream two cameras at once this way but want to try Smart Gallery, wondering if i am missing something here or there is a compatibility issue?   Thanks,Kyle

We use Zoom with our Google Workspace calendaring, and we have a few zoom rooms powered by Mac Minis. We dont use/have MS Teams or o365 calendaring, but we occasionally get MS Teams invites from externals that we'd like to be able to take in our zoom rooms.  I've already enabled Microsoft Teams Direct Guest Join for our account per this article: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360057044571-Microsoft-Teams-Direct-Guest-Join But I am having trouble getting invites sent to zoom rooms. When accepting a MS Teams invite from an external address, it is added to my Google calendar, but I am unable directly add Zoom Rooms to that calendar invite.  Clicking to add a room gets an error "do not have permission to add rooms". If I manually look up a Google resource calendar email address (messy long address) and add it as a guest via that email address (rather than as a room) it doesnt save the invited gu

In the Guide for Connecting to a Microsoft Teams Meeting from a Zoom Room, the following is stated:Invite a Zoom Room to a Microsoft Teams meeting by forwarding the calendar invitation.Once the Zoom Room receives the meeting invite, a Join Meeting option will be displayed on the Zoom Rooms controller.https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360057044571-Microsoft-Teams-Direct-Guest-JoinThe part "by forwarding the calendar invitation" is what confuses me. Is this depending on the Calendar integration I have for my Zoom Room or is there a way to connect an e-mail to a Zoom Room?All in all, how do I let my users use a Zoom room to join a MS Teams Meeting?

We have cisco video conference systems, while we using the device to connect zoom meeting.The device itself muted and unmuted those status is not going to zoom application.

Hi all - here's the problem - three Cisco devices connected to a Zoom meeting using CRC - DX80, DeskPro, Webex Board. All work fine initially, but if someone shares content, the DX80 no longer displays live video, and checking stats seemed to indicate none is being sent. The DeskPro and Board have no issue, everything works as expected. My customer reported this to me and I was able to duplicate the issue. Customer has cases open with both Cisco and Zoom - no resolution yet. Anybody run into this?
