Is it possible for a host to attend breakout rooms without the other participants knowing? Like monitoring it, such as being able to see the screen and be able to hear what is being discussed?

We are looking at integrating our Exchange room calendars with Zoom Room software. Is anyone aware of any security concerns with doing this?

When we are installing a DSP the Microphone Input setting defaults to Zero.  This CANNOT be adjusted from the controller. It must be done from the Admin page under Devices (which we might not have direct access to as an integrator). Is there a planned fix for this or a work around that we might be unaware of?

Hi all, I just integrated my Slack with Zoom. No issues in the past and this is a Zoom Pro account for work. Every time I type the "/zoom config" command in Slack, the Zoom bot sends me prompt for Zoom for Government.This is not a government job and we do not use Zoom for Government, so I don't know why it keeps doing this. I've attached the screenshot. At the blue circle at the top is the usual Zoom UI. The next blue circle below is what I get when I use the "/zoom config" command. Also, please let me know if this is in the wrong location. I could find one that  Any guidance?

Here's what I want to do: In one room, I want to share a screen containing an assignment with the entire class.  However, during the assignment, I want to meet briefly with individual students in a breakout room.  Once our short meeting is done, I want to send that student back to the main room and bring another student into the breakout room, and so on. Is this possible?

Hi, I am using Logitech Meetup. I have set home position on Room Controller (iPad). When I start the meeting, camera does not default to home position, but I have to manually press the camera control to set the camera pan and tilt. 

Calendar is showing unavailable on zoom portal under calendar resources when assigning to zoom room. Attached is the screenshot for reference where we can't assign calendar resource since its unavailable.

Has anyone any video replays (either private/public) I could see with regards to quality using a mac computer within an Office Pod, preferably one from Sound Box Store?  www.soundboxstore.com. We are looking at purchasing some Office Pods for our office but want to know about the quality of sound, quality of the soundproof pod. The quality looks exceptional but I haven't seen one in person.

Is there a way to "lock" the volume control while in an active meeting in a Zoom Room? We are looking to lock the volume control so that users can not change it.  Thanks! 

Use Case: A doctors office wants to put 2 large TVs in their lobby on opposite walls.  They want to play the same video with audio on both TVs in sync.  I know the Zoom Digital Signage can do the playlist, the videos, and the sound.  The question is can you make it sync to both TVs at the same time?

Does anyone know  why Zoom room type "scheduling displays" are not showing  in the workspaces? these are rooms that are reservable but do not have zoom capabilities.  In the workspaces section they have a room type " reservation only room"  - which seems to be the exact same thing as  the "scheduling display" If you click the tool tip when making a reservation only workspace "Reservation Only Room Workspaces do not have devices. They can only be set up with Scheduling Displays. To create a Room with a device, you must create a Zoom Room within the Zoom Rooms section of the Admin Portal"

Has anyone implemented Zoom Rooms in a shared environment? We're suspecting that a 3rd-party scheduling tool will be necessary to connect multiple calendar integrations together (GSuite and O365 are the first use cases) and that one umbrella company will need to manage the room but wanted to see if there were other suggestions on how to integrate Zoom Rooms with multiple organizations who share the same conference rooms.cheers ... 🙂 gn

I have a question about the zoom rooms service, so I sent you a message.Regarding the 'auto-framing' function, neat describes it as their unique technology.(https://support.neat.no/article/neat-symmetry-auto-framing/)However, logitech's description shows that the 'auto-framing' menu can also be selected through their product.(https://blog.logitech.com/2022/03/11/zoom-rooms-smart-gallery/)I wonder if I can use the 'auto-framing' (not 'multi-stream' or 'smart gallery') feature that neat describes without a neat bar.

Hello,I have Poly X50 and Poly TC8,When I login Zoom Rooms license , X50 can connect Zoom Rooms.But TC8 show the message : This device is not support Independent meeting room schedule.TC8 version : 5.11.3X50 version : 5.11.3What's the problem now ?Thanks.

While trying to upload videos to digital signage after selecting the video and uploading the same I always receive a "Transcoding Error". This started happening from a couple weeks back, earlier it was working great.

Hello.  We had been using Windows 10 PCs for our Zoom Rooms and used Sysinternals AutoLogon to add the sign in user to automatically log into the machine.  We have moved one of our rooms to a Windows 11 PC and the auto-logon is not working.  I know this is more of a Windows issue than a Zoom issue but I am wondering if anyone else had encountered this problem.

I changed the email on my Zoom account.  When I schedule an invite it gets stuck in my Outlook outbox. 

Anyone know how to turn this off?This "Time Left: 1092:00" started showing up on the Zoom room display. I can't find any room or controller settings that explain what this is or how to turn it off. It also doesn't go down in time. It shows up as 1092 for every meeting.

In my zoom room when I try to start an instant meeting a notice comes up saying the host has ended the meeting and the meeting will not start. The room can join other meetings and I can start a meeting from the share button.

We would like to automate our Zoom Rooms digital signage only install. It appears the Zooms Rooms msi won't accept token=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Is there either a way to tell this to the installer or push it into the machine registry after install?   

Hola, tengo un problema. Hago las salas de zoom con total normalidad como anfitrión y luego llegan los demás CO - anfitriones. Pero a la hora que ya salgo del Zoom y asigno a alguien obviamente para que las salas sigan funcionando, pero mas bien se cierran. O los co- anfitriones pierden el estado de coanfitron y ya no tienen control de las salas. Requiero de ayuda urgente por que es mi trabajo. 

We experience major issue with the whiteboard functionality in the latest zoomroom release 5.11.3. We are a Zoom partner and integrator building zoomrooms for education using a touch board (samsung Flip or Ctouch) to make annotations in the classroom and to share this content with remote participants/students. What we see is :1. The functionality of the whiteboard is different when sharing the whiteboard in the zoomroom session compared to not sharing the whiteboard. When the whiteboard is not shared it is possible to move the content with a hand icon, to use additional forms, etc etc. When the teacher wants to share that board, some functions dissapear, there are less icons and less possibilities. THis is confusion. 2. When sharing a whiteboard that has been made on the touchboard, the whiteboard content magnifies and the teacher has to zoom out to see the picture previously made3. When clicking on the pen symbol and writing on the touchboard it happens that the drawing

We recently switched our on-prem Exchange server to Exchange 365.  Since then, our Polycom Studio X50 keeps trying to connect to our old mail server.  I tried factory resetting and re-enrolling the device into one of our Zoom rooms which didn't help.  Where can I make the server change in the admin console?
