Today we tried to join a meeting hosted by a courthouse that has a zoomgov account. Upon entering the meeting ID from the Zoom Room we received Error 100068000 https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/5719956746765-Zoom-error-code-100068000 We were able to join the meeting by clicking the link from a laptop. For what it's worth, the laptop was connected to the same network as the Zoom Room. Is this expected behavior? If so is there any way to provide the capability to join meetings host by zoomgov customers from our Zoom Rooms, preferably without ruining anything else?

I have users who forget to end meetings. This leaves the projector on overnight and generates long recordings of empty rooms. I tried automatically ending meetings, but this was VERY unpopular. What tools are there for ending meetings besides ending them automatically when the calendar entry is over?

Zoom Rooms controller and appliance version upgraded to latest 5.7.3 and calendar integration completed.  But we still cannot join Microsoft Teams meeting.

Can an admin create multiple pre-assigned breakout rooms in a single meeting? Details: In a meeting with 24 participants, we want to have two separate sessions of pre-assigned one-on-one breakouts, so 12 breakout rooms with different pairings twice in the meeting session. 24 different breakouts in total. 

Hello,We are an online language school and looking to change to Zoom from January 2023, but we need to be able to use the usernames in our LMS for students and teachers to log into the Zoom classrooms.We would really appreciate help in figuring out a method or workaround to change the Display name simply (the in-meeting [Rename] feature is not quite suitable.The main reason is for security - showing your real name in the language school online group classes could lead to another student trying to make unwarranted contact on other social media. Hello, today we experienced a problem during a networking event. After a while (1h to 1h30 after the start of the meeting) people coming back to the main room were not able to join a room by themselves (this was the function activated) or even if the host invited them to join a room, nothing happened. Zoom told us that maybe it was a version problem, but we had the latest one.

I recently got a Yealink A30 for Zoom Rooms, and am trying to understand how to invite it to a meeting automatically using email.  I have a gmail account created with calendaring for the unit, and have the room licensed on my account.I've added the email to the Zoom Room appliance settings, linked the gmail acct calendar service, and sent the meeting invite which is listed on Calendar properly.  The issue is, it isn't showing up on the panel as an upcoming meeting.  Nor, does it show under contacts.  I am not sure where to start troubleshooting ?

Currently have Crestron tablets as Zoom room schedule displays. Zoom room is integrated with Microsoft calendar rooms. When a meeting is scheduled, the display shows the the m365 Zoom admin account as host. We would like to change this to display the Meeting title instead. Any idea how we can get that changed or if this could be added as a feature?

I have a question about OAuth 2.0 authentication and communication to Exchange for Zoom Rooms calendar integration.If you know the answer to this question, please respond.   ■QuestionIn the past, when we used EWS authentication (legacy authentication) for Zoom Rooms calendar integration, communication from Zoom to Exchange occurred irregularly on the M365 side.However, after changing from EWS authentication to OAuth2.0 authentication, communication to Exchange has not been confirmed.   We were aware that the communication to Exchange was polled from Zoom (AWS), but with OAuth2.0 authentication, is it OK without polling?(Is polling no longer required?).   I apologize for not understanding, but could you please tell us what polling is for and what is the reason for the communication that occurs in the first place?

I set my zoom rooms to turn off from 8 pm to 8 am. And off on the weekends. One of my staff told me the screen was still on and I ran a test and found that the background image is still displaying. Not much of an energy saving. I'm thinking of putting in a black image but it doesn't make sense to have controls over the screen if the background image is going to be displaying. Is there a way to put the screen and/computer to sleep when no one is in the office?

Reading through the message boards, it seems like others have set up Virtual Workspaces without any issues.  I can't get past the first screen.  I have a mini Intel PC with Windows 11 Pro, and hooked up to two monitors - no tablet.  I've downloaded (and redownloaded, many times) the Zoom Rooms client.  I've setup the Virtual Workspaces in my admin panel, and created the floor plan so people can reserve the desk from their mobile phones or via the QR code.  When I login to the Zoom Rooms client, the first message is to pair with my controller (which I prefer not to have).  In testing, I've tried to connect to a tablet using the pair code, which tells me there's an error - basically the "desk" never appears in my pairing list, just my "zoom rooms".  However, I've also bypassed the controller code by entering an activation code which gives me an error that I need to upgrade Zoom Rooms and contact IT.  I've deleted and re-downloaded the client many t

On the Zoom Digital Signage Platform we recently starting experiencing that we cannot upload any Videos anymore as it shows Upload storage limit reached. We deleted all the previous content and still we cannot upload videos. We did not get any feedback from Zoom local support  or Zoom.us and was forced to use a different account that worked for a month and same error is back on a different account

I'm setting up a small-scale training event. I want people to be together in the main space for a short time, then move to breakout rooms (participant choice, 2 rooms), then come back together again, 3 times over a day of training.I would like to be able to set up as much ahead of time as I can, so that there's less scramble on the day. But it seems Zoom limits most admin to be done once the meeting has started, which seems absolutely nonsensical to me. I may be missing something though. Here's what I'd like to do:- Name the rooms throughout the day (eg, for the 9:00 am session, Room 1 might be "Basics" and Room 2 might be "Intermediate"; for the 12pm session, Room 1 might be "Communications" and Room 2 might be "Program Evaluation", and so on. It doesn't look like I can set my room "schedule" ahead of time, correct?- Enable screen sharing within each room for the person who will present in each session. Bonjour,J'utilise les microphones MXL AC-360-Z dans mes installations de zoomroom.Donc 3 micro MXL AC-360 au plafond, se rendent a mon ordinateur PC (zoomroom) a l'aide d'extender USB  (intelix DIGI-USB2). Tout fonctionne bien je réussi a linker les 3 micro ensemble. Soudainement sans raison les micros ne fonctionnent plus.  Mais je les voit quand meme actif dans les accessoires de zoomroom.Avez-vous une solution ? merci

We have two approved Zoom Room configurations (Neat Bar Pro, Neat controller). We have in-person and online participants. Speakers vary so the speakers' equipment varies. We ask speakers to ensure they can connect to an HDMI cable. We also have a lav mic EVEN THOUGH the Neat bar has great voice reinforcement (and sound canceling).  What is the best practice to ensure a speaker can share their content (including any audio from their computer) with participants both in-person and in the zoom room session?  Currently, I'm testing these config instructions:Speaker must have zoom desktop app installed.Speaker must have a zoom login (I guess this could be provided by us).Speaker must have HDMI connection.Speaker enters sharing key and meeting password. What audio checkboxes are needed to ensure computer playback is heard by online participants? Thanks!

Hi,  I am testing the release 5.12.2 for my customer and I see that, when sharing the whiteboard, the icons at the left disappeared. It is not possible anymore to write. There is no issue when the whiteboard is not shared. Also the anoation on top of the shared content is working.

I upgraded my Zoom Rooms PC to 5.12, and it broke the calendar sync to Exchange 2016. I reached out to Zoom support, and they provided me with version 5.9 to fix the issue. I noticed that the Zoom Desktop client 5.13 release note mentions the calendar sync fix. Will the same fix be applied to the latest Zoom Rooms client?  

Hey, We have certain desks in our workspace that can only be reserved by members of our Client Accounting team. Our COO noticed that, sometimes, they are not being used and are empty for several days. To get the most of these limited hot desks, I'd like to be able to open the workspaces up for anyone to reserve after a certain time, 10am for example. Can this be done currently or is this by any chance in the pipeline of things to come?

Hi All, We are facing issues where when we put our content for digital signage in a OneDrive, the connector is now giving some code errors. {"code":30051002,"message":"unknown error","success":false}Has anybody faced this issue before?  Can someone advise what is causing the issue? This is not the first time we are using this as we have been using this method of placing the content in OneDrive for months.  Appreciate your help on this.
