At my facility, we have iPad minis mounted in MagTarget enclosures mounted outside the Zoom rooms that display what meetings are scheduled in its respective room for the day.  Reservations for the Zoom rooms are done via Outlook.  Also, each iPad Zoom room scheduler allow users to reserve its respective Zoom room for an ad-hoc meeting when the Zoom room is available. My question is as follows:  Is there a way to disable the "Reserve" option on the iPad Zoom room scheduler so that one could not reserve its respective Zoom room using that device?  I tried looking in the Zoom admin portal for that option, and I don't believe I was able to find where the "reserve the room on the scheduler" option could be turned off.  Basically, I would want the ability to make the Zoom Room scheduler show only the meetings reserved via Outlook. Thank you.

As of yesterday, all of my Avaya XT5000 conference systems cannot receive audio from meetings.  It can and will broadcast audio as I have joined the meeting from either a Windows Client or iOS client and both can 'hear' audio coming from my Avaya XT5000 devices but the Avaya devices cannot 'hear' anything coming from other joined clients.  I've verified that no mics are muted and no audio is muted either in the hardware or on the displays they are connected to. Nothing in my environment has changed either on the network side nor on the hardware side. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Good Day - I'm sure that I have overlooked something but I can not seem to find the answer in Support or the Community Forums. I'm interested in the Digital Signage capabilities but when I attempt to create a Digital Signage Only room type, it is not an option. Hi there, I'm a teacher and when there are 3 students and I would like to split them into 2 rooms I would like to practise with one of the students and let the other two practise in a separate room. How is it possible? Can I as a host of the meeting be part of the breakour room?Thanks, judit

Hello,Is there a way (or suggestion) of moving participants from Waiting Room to a Breakout Room and bypassing the main session? I need the participants to remain anonymous amongst each other, but I need to be able to identify them (and troubleshoot camera/mic if necessary). Many often just log on as 'iphone' or 'Joe's iPad', but I need to be able to communicate with them, so I can rename them if they can't rename themselves. Thanks for your ideas. 

I have a user that is reporting our zoom room isn't allowing outgoing calls. Any Idea where I turn on this function?   

Hi, I am using Zoom Rooms NDI function to do live video production however we cannot seem to get the audio from a participant that dials in via audio (telephone). It works fine with participants who join the meeting from a device such as a laptop or computer but not when they dial-in from their phones.  Please do not suggest that they use the Zoom app on their phone as this is not a viable solution for my workflow. They need to be able to call into the meeting and this audio be picked up via NDI.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

I need to EMAIL someone a link to my Zoom room.   I cannot FIND THAT LINK anywhere.  I've looked under my profile.  I am NOT wanting to create an exact date and time for the meeting, just share the link.  HELP.   

3 months ago I used IPAD to zoom call relatives, now I can't connect to a meeting. When I enter meeting code message says I need to update my zoom version to 5.8.6 or higher. When I choose update from "App Store" it won't complete, another message says it's not compatible with my IPAD. Updating to current Zoom version 5.12 says compatibility IOS 8.0 or higher. I have IOS 9.3.6. Why am I getting message when updating older Zoom version to newer version??

This issue occurred yesterday and again today.  We were running workshops in breakout rooms and after about 9 hours the participants couldn't move between the breakout rooms anymore.  Not even the host could move anyone.  The host was also not able to close the breakout rooms.  We had to restart the Zoom meeting.  This is very disruptive.  Please assist with a solution as we have the same concept tomorrow and again next week.  

Hello, I experience a strange thing. I need to participate every Sunday for several weeks to a class. During the class we are split several times in breakout rooms.  What happens to me is, few seconds after I join the room, I get disconnected, not only from Zoom, but strangely my Internet turns off. It takes 2-4 minutes to reconnect. I am sure is from the breakout rooms, because we have high speed Internet, is working just fine the whole week, even if I have other meetings. I get disconnected the first 2 times exactly, but the 3rd time will work. It happened already twice  by the same scenario and I am frustrated as I lose the time and my partner time of practice in the breakroom. I think it may be some settings but no idea where to start.Thanks for any help!

I have followed the online guides to setup a dedicated email account and attach the conference rooms to that account (the dedicated account is a delegate for all the rooms).  I have added the calendar integration via the zoom portal using the dedicated account, I have added the three conference rooms I have calendars for and I have assigned those calendars to their respective Zoom rooms. In the portal, the status shows green and sync'd but on the iPad controllers it shows the error "The calendar credentials are either expired or invalid".  On a couple of threads on the support site said to re-authenticate and resend (which I have).   The portal continues to show sync'd and a green status but the iPads are still showing the same error.  Any words of wisdom on a solution or how to debug the problem?

Hi, I have several ZoomRooms that have been set up with a Neatpad. They have been configured to send the IT team a message when the camera, microphone, speakers or the power is disconnected. Is there a buffer for the time it takes for the email to be sent? After running some tests, I noticed that after unplugging a Neatpad the email alert was only sent around 30 minutes later.  Is this normal behavior?

I meet all of the requirements for using a green screen on my computer, but I always get a message that my computer can support the device. Is this situation fixable?

I used to be able to drag and drop participants on my video call into a different order.  This is no longer possible using 5.12.9 (10650) I have read https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4413866054285-Setting-a-custom-gallery-view-order-#h_01FMR42KEQRWJG4NR88MY2Z0GD  The drag works but not the drop - it never drops in the new place and always returns to the starting position... Is there a setting I need to change?

Hi. I'm looking for some help regarding pre-assigned breakout rooms. My company has a SSO Zoom accounts. AKA -- When I create breakout rooms during meeting set up, I use the pre-populated employee email addresses to assign about 30 people to 5 rooms. However, once I start a meeting and open the breakout rooms, only a handful of people are assigned while the rest are "unassigned." However, when I go back to my meeting settings, everyone is assigned to a room. This is stressful and I need to be able to get people into specific rooms as quickly as possible. In other words, I don't want to assign folks 1 by 1 to their room because we have a limited amount of time to accomplish what we need to in these meetings. What am I doing wrong? Please help!  

I'm trying to enable dark mode on a few zoom rooms and it doesn't seem to be applying the settings to the actual zoom rooms as they all remain in light mode. I've set the theme in the global account settings as well as on each zoom room setting as well and I've also completed reboots of the zoom rooms but they still remain in light mode. I've attached screenshots of the theme settings I've set to verify this is set to dark mode. Is there something I'm missing that needs applying on these to adjust them to be dark mode on the zoom rooms?

Hi, is there a way to record all breakout rooms at the same time in different video files? I would like to have all meetings in those different breakout rooms registered individually/independently.

Why if the waiting room is disabled and users join prior to the Zoom Room, does Zoom not assign the Room as the Host? I know it says "joins before meeting host and other participants" but this seems problematic, in that there are situations where a host is never assigned thus limiting full functionality.  We tested this and have run into situations, with clients, where they did not want the waiting room, participants join before the room and the meeting is left without a host. Is this a security feature? What is the purpose of this rule? Thank you.

We have a Zoom Room solution with a video bar and a touch controller (Poly x30 with TC8) that is installed in a room that has a lot of thru-traffic.  We need a way to lock the touch controller when we leave it and it is not in use so someone else does not come up and use it.  We would prefer that it just ask for a pin to unlock to allow us to use it again.  Is there a way to lock the controller for when we leave the room?

We use a conference speaker in the meeting room so that the camera captures the presenter.Since we also use a moving second camera with the audio channel turned off in the meeting, we would like the image it produces to be displayed during the hall speeches instead of the number one camera. How could it be done in Zoom?@Jorma3

We use Zoom with H323/Poly Trio. When any participants turns off their cameras during a meeting a giant camera with a slash icon will appear. The participants have profile photos but they are not showing up. How do we fix it so their user profile photo will appear rather than the no camera icon?Thanks.
