I have Crestron Flex with HDMI/USB content input. I can manage audio from the admin user account on the Dell PC that makes up the Crestron Flex product. I cannot manage the audio from the CrestUC user account that operates ZOOM on a daily basis. Are there ADMIN options for this kind of setting?

I am an AV integrator and we have deployed a Zoom Room system for a client.  We are experiencing a weird issue when content sharing.  The topology is as follows: Clickshare device (or computer if you will) to a Magewell HDMI to USB capture device.  USB from that device to a Zoom Rooms PC.  This delivers the content source to zoom rooms to share. When we go to youtube and play a video, the ad plays audio perfectly fine (since it is voice audio).  When it plays anything with music, it allows the voice to play but cancels out the music in the background.  We haven't been able to track down what is the cause.

Hi,When I livestream on facebook, the non-video participants are not showing on the live? How do i make them appear?On general settings I didn't active hide non video participants.

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to send an email invitation from the zoom room to contacts who are in the zoom contact list without typing out their full email address. If I send invites to people through the contact list it only shows up on their Zoom client if they have it open. Most of the time people don't have their zoom client running in the background. Thanks 

I thought for sure that I heard that the connected displays to a Zoom Room on a Mac Mini had 3 display outs that would be totally clean? They are clean for me until a 3rd person joins the call, then there is the names displayed on the screen, the number of participants, and a mic muted symbol if the Zoom Room mic is muted, and an NDI bug if NDI is being used. I am trying to get three displays from my mac into my ATEM via HDMI and was hoping that the outputs would be clean.  Was I mistaken? I'd rather not have to go through NDI > vMix > Outputs > DisplayPort > ATEM via another computer, just too many things that can go wrong in between. Thanks 

hey guys ...- i install zoom room app in dell device on win10 and Preparation the room and device on zoom accountbut the problem  when i sign in at the zoom room it gave me a massage  " zoom room must be  upgraded .please contact IT for assistance "

In Zoom meetings with 155+ participant tiles, 4 Zoom screens with 49 tiles/Zoom screen, we found that participant tiles on screen 3 were duplicated on screen 4 (the last page). Out of the 49 tiles on screen 4, all were duplicates from page 3 except for about 5 or 7 tiles that were placed at the end. These 5 or 7 were the latecomers. This duplication only happened on the Zoom room screen and not on the Participant list.   Why does this happen? Thanks much! 

Can anyone help me with this issue? I manage about 20+ breakout rooms on Zoom for our students, and I'm having this issue. It started about 2 months ago, and I kept hoping it would get fixed when the app got updated, but it hasn't. So I'm guessing it's not an app problem, but I'm not sure. After this issue appeared, it's been hard to move participants around different breakout rooms based on their levels because I can't see who is with who. I'm attaching the picture so you can see what the problem is. BTW. I had to cover my students' and teachers' names. The participant names should appear like the ones in green square right? But as you can see, their names are not in line, and some names even completely disappear from the list too, like the one ii marked with a purple arrow. Now, some of you might say I could use the Participants tab instead of Rooms, but when I only have about 2–5 minutes to place teachers and their students (about 40+ people) in their breakout rooms based

Hello: Does anyone know if there is a good, visually oriented drag and drop add on for the management of Zoom breakout rooms? Am currently using Zoom for teacher training, and the process of assigning students to different rooms, under the default Zoom configuration, is incredibly clunky and time consuming. What I'd like is an add on that just shows the main room and potential breakoutrooms in a visual format (i.e., dots or 'heads'' in a space with a name) that I can then quicky drag and drop into a new room - no more of this clunky pull down menu and arrow and assign button. Is there an add-on like this?  Pls advise thanks

So we have 4 zoom rooms.  2 have Poly x30 with TC8 controllers (Android) which we cannot get teams invites to work at all with.  We have 2 other rooms that are setup differently.  One has a laptop which runs the room and is connected to an eagle eye camera and a trio 8800.  When we send teams invites to this room, the "join" button will sometimes show up for 5-10 seconds right when the meeting shows up on the trio, but then disappears after that and wont come back.  We have the same in the other room that has a poly x50 with a trio c60.  Why is this happening, and how do we get it so ALL the rooms will accept teams invites?  I have turned on the 3rd party options in the zoom admin console, and the rooms are all configured and have worked correctly for over a year now. On a side note--and i think this may be part of the issue--i cannot get the trio devices to update from 5.9.4 to the newest firmware (7.2.xxx).  I have a ticket in with Po

The Use the Zoom Rooms check-in and check-out function in the account settings can be turned on and off, but when you go to a specific room, the function cannot be turned on and the switch is greyed out.

Hey all!  Anyone have Windows 10 zoom room app with a trio 8800 controller setup?  We moved from 5.9.4 to 5.13.5 on the zoom rooms app and also from 7.2.1 to 7.4.1 on the trio 8800s.  When we did that, all devices (including the Crestron display) say "cannot connect to zoom room" now.  Went through the standard troubleshooting stuff in the documentation without resolution.  Thinking something changed from 5.9.4 to 5.13.5 that may be triggering windows firewall all the sudden?  I don't have permissions in my corp to look at logs, but beyond that anyone else run into this issue with this similar setup?  Stumped and looking for direction... thanks!

We currently have several Zoom Rooms and are using Workspace Reservations with that. We have a number of hot desks we want to add to the Workspace Reservation system.  It's a BYOD situation where the staff will bring their own laptop and do their work there and will not be using any zoom products from that location.  I've set up workspaces as "Reservation Only Room" that are not associated with any device but when reserving the system prompts Require Meeting Passcode.  Additionally, on the dashboard, it shows as critical health with zoom room being offline.  I'm probably missing a key concept here.  We don't need the staff to "check into" the spot just reserve it for use,.

Good morning, hoping that you are wonderful.I have a polycom realpresence group 300 team, this team used it for video conferences with Zoom.From my Polycom equipment I set the following IPS:149.137.68.253 (Mexico)162.255.37.11 (US West)162.255.36.11 (US East)Followed by the Meeting ID: and Passcode.I connect to the meeting without problems, the problem comes here, after a few seconds, the participants start to freeze.Note: The polycom team has already been updated and I still have the same problem.Greetings and thank you very much.

Hi All,  Wondering if anyone has seen the below issue . We have five rooms all setup with exactly same kit and since last week are all randomly showing "lines through both camera" this is sporadic but can last for a couple of mins when it happens . All five rooms are showing same issues since return from Christmas break ... these five rooms have had no issues since installed 8 months ago .  Dell laptop running ZOOM Rooms (latest room firmware)Logitech Brio as room cameraLogitech Rally Plus kit with Rally cam as presenter view  All Logitech firmwares have been upgraded also to latest .  Any help or similiar issues would be greatly received 1

We use Yealink desk phones that are integrated with our Zoom Phone subscription. We are beginning to implement Zoom Workspaces for remote users to reserve cubicles when they are in the office. If a hoteling employee checks into a Zoom Workspace, is there a way to automatically log them into the zoom desk phone at the hotel desk? Currently, we have hot desking enabled and the employee has to manually log into the desk phone in their Zoom Workspace. We are trying to reduce friction and improve the user experience by logging a user into the desk phone when they scan the QR code at the desk or choose "check in" for their desk reservation within the Zoom mobile app.

Hello Zoom Team 🙂  I have activated the Support Interoperability for Zoom Rooms on our environment and after app update the icons for teams and Webex automatically showed up on the screen but... every time i enter a teams ID on Zoom it stays on loop and never joins the teams meeting... any extra steps to take on Teams side?  thanks in advance for all the help

Hi,I used to see contact list on iPad Zoom Controller and I could simply scroll through and invite people to join a meeting. However since couple of weeks, it does not show contacts list anymore until I search for the contact. This is very unconvinient, since I have to type contact name everytime I want to invite one to the meeting. Any ideas?Thanks,Damjan

We have 3 Zoom Rooms setup in our facilities, all on Windows computers (2 are Windows 10, and one is Windows 11), and all 3 use an iPad for the Zoom Rooms Controller app. Upon installing Zoom Rooms on the Windows 10 computers, we chose settings to ensure that Zoom Rooms would never turn off, i.e., giving permission to the Zoom Rooms app to restart the computer, allowing the account hosting Zoom Rooms to auto-login, and all other settings presented during installation that help Zoom Rooms be always-on. We have not yet configured these settings on the Windows 11 computer. Albeit these settings worked for a while, over the past few weeks I've found the Zoom Rooms application is off every time I visit one of our facilities with a Zoom Room installed on a Windows 10 computer. This is a big problem because we do not want to leave a mouse and keyboard out since it's possible for users to log out of the account hosting the Zoom Rooms application. We have a setup whereby two organisations are co-sharing an office. Within the office space there are two meeting rooms. We would like to setup the rooms as Zoom Rooms for hosting meetings but would like to allow both organisations to schedule these. The organisations are capable of setting up calendar sharing between them so they can both share room calendars but if one organisation "owns" the zoom room license, can the other one book meetings in that room?

Can I arrange a one time use for a two hour meeting and not have to pay over $100.00? 

When I am going to schedule a zoom call, with the new version I can only use the outlook, google and exchange calendar.   I can't use ical and also I am using a IMAP account, which is not included in the option. In the previous version, it took me directly to my apple calendar.  Now is not possible.
