Hi, I am looking for a Zoom Rooms setup that can handle a room that is sometimes split using permanent deviders (Image attached) to turn the room into two distinct rooms. As the room is split, the table layout changes quite often so the microphones will need to be ceiling mounted. Is there a conference system that I can turn the microphones off for the large part (Microphone 2&3) via the Zoom interface/hardware (Logi Tap or similar) while using the smaller part of the room?___________________________________________________|                        (Divider)                                                          ||              1            |                  &n

Windows 11: I have a room which is sometimes used for presentations, when a PTZ camera is used pointing at the presenter, and sometimes used for discussions, when a wide-angle camera points at the participants.  The computer currently boots into zoom automatically.  I would like to insert a menu into the boot sequence so that the user can choose between the two configurations.  Are there any suggestions as to how I can achieve this. I was hoping the configuration would be saved in the user's AppData folder and I could make a copy of each configuration folder and reinstate the appropriate folder in response to the menu entry - but this does not seem to work.  Where are these configurations stored? 

Hi, I am configuring a Zoom Room for a multi-purpose conference space which can utilize up to 3 displays (depending on the use case). When using two displays, I can configure both displays to use Gallery View when there are 3 or more participants.  However, when using three displays, I can only configure one display to use Gallery View when there are 2 or more participants (see below).   Is there a reason why I cannot configure multiple display to use Gallery View when using 3 displays? Thanks

My upcoming meetings appear on the webiste, but they don't show up neither on my desktop app nor my tablet app. I can only see "recurring meetings". All these meetings were created on the Zoom website, so this is not a problem related to syncing calendars. And I created them, I'm the host, so they were supposed to appear there, right? Or am I missing something? How can I fix this problem? Thanks in advance!

I've been using Zoom for over two years.Everything was going well, but recently,  there is a issue with breakout rooms. As a host, I was opening the Zoom meeting and breakout rooms for about four hours, and suddenly as I was trying to move the new participants into the breakout room, I could not select any room nor move the participants from the main room. This hasn't happened for two years, but now it's happening almost every day. I've checked my Zoom updates was in latest states.  Does anyone have a clue to solving this issue?I have to open the Zoom meeting everyday, so I will appreciate any comment or suggestion.

Trying to keep our Zoom Rooms using Windows based Intel NUCs updated with latest security updates.  If we look in our Zoom account in https://your-company.zoom.us/device/update/manage we see updates listed to be approved/installed to our NUCs.  Unfortunately, updates listed post February are named in a meaningless manner (e.g. c2bf1a69-75b7-4735-8cb2-c01ec16c53f2) so we do not know what we are approving for install. Is this Zoom wide or maybe something in our account alone.  see attached image Thoughts on a fix?  Thanks!

Hello, I am looking into making the switch to Zoom Rooms and am currently investigating how to do so using a Windows PC. The issue I see with this is getting approval to have a PC's on our network that are not on our domain and managed in the same fashion as all other PC's. Has anyone dealt with this before?

Hello, is there any way to prevent workspace reservations from adding a Zoom meeting to every reservation by default? I did not see a setting in the Account Settings or Workspace Settings.   

I would like to start a meeting and I want to make sure that only selected people enter to the meeting how can I make that ? I mean when I send the link for students nobody can access accept people who I authorised 

Hi, We have problems with signing into the zoom app. Periodically we get the same problem on different computers.  All of these users are licensed users. They can't create new meetings in outlook. They can't sign in with the web. what is the solution?

Hi, has anyone seen error 100052000 signing into the Zoom App on a Crestron panel?  Possible firewall isue / New IP, not entirely sure.

Hi community,Late to the party when it comes to zoom digital signage.Per the subject, It sounds like any smart TV with a network connection can be adopted as a zoom digital signage target. However, the description further goes on to advise a list of hardware (NUC etc.) required.Please could somebody enlighten me?Thanks

We have a client that is currently using 2 Logitech Rally Cam (each in a different conference rooms) as their overhead camera for viewing/sharing architectural drawings. It was a great solution while it worked but now has issues that shows the Rally cam was not meant to be mounted on the ceiling. Does anyone know of a PTZ cam the is not only ceiling mountable but meant to be mount on the ceiling? Secondarily, what about a cam that is meant to be ceiling mounted that just zooms in and out (no pan/tilt)?

Hi,My Zoom room displays keep showing a sharing passcode prompt, at random, both in meetings and not. (See photo). How can I get this to stop randomly appearing? I've tried turning off proximity detection for the room but that didn't seem to be what was causing it. Thanks,Michael

Incoming email mssg at 9pm from ***********:“judyf has joined your Personal Meeting Room”. There is no meeting scheduled.I have no known contact judyf.What could this be? Should I change the ID to my personal meeting room?If so, How does one change the ID to personal meeting room?

My team uses the Polycom CCX700 series phones with the group call pickup feature in order to pick up each other's calls.  What we are finding is that these phones will intermittently give out a momentary burst of white noise/static (while the alert tone is playing) whenever calls come in for other members of your GCP group.  Getting this recorded is nearly impossible because it is so intermittent. Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

Hello,   We intend to use a Logitech Group setup with a NUC-type Windows 10 PC running Zoom rooms in a conference room. Normally, you need a controller to start and manage meetings, such as an iPad. Will the Logitech Group base station (the one with all the buttons) function as a Zoom Rooms controller, or does it not have all the features? Thanks in advance. 

Over the past few weeks in multiple rooms the A30 device fails to start the video feed. The screen is fine until the meeting starts and then the display becomes black. The meeting is connected but no video is displayed in the room. The other side can hear and see fine, just not in my room. Devices are up to date and have ben factory reset and the issue is still happening.
