Hi All, Every once in a while an update will push out for Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Rooms won't let us start or join any meetings. Pretty much, if an update pushes out, Zoom Rooms won't work until we update it. Is there a way to stop updates from locking up Zoom Room? I had set the Zoom Rooms to automatically update between the times of 12am-5am but our Zoom Room still got locked up because an update came out in the middle of the day.  When I say "locked up", I mean that when there is an update available, Zoom Room's displays the message "some of your zoom rooms devices need to be upgraded to join this meeting". So then, I go to update Zoom Rooms and it works just fine again.  The issue is that occasionally these updates will come out right before an important meeting and I can't constantly be monitoring the Zoom Room for an update. Is there a way to stop Zoom Rooms from NEEDING to update when there is an update available? Thanks!

The message says to make sure zoom room is signed in (It is) and set this device and zoom Room to the same network. The computer is wired, and the Ipad is wifi. The Ipad is enrolled in zdm and assigned to the room. i am not sure which way to go next.

Our company schedules multiple zoom meetings a week with clients to present them with their final products. We want to be able to use the same link for all meetings so that the automated messages to our clients can include the zoom meeting link, without us having to edit it each time.  Currently there are no client meetings that overlap, but that may change in the near future as we grow. What is the best product to do this with? We initially thought creating a Zoom Room would be the best, but it seems to require actual physical conference rooms. We are a fully remote, small business. Essentially, we need a way to have a single, unchanging link to share with clients that any of our 3 to 5 employees can host a meeting through. Screen & audio sharing on our end is a must. Something that doesn't require the client to download Zoom if they don't want to would be a major plus. Is it possible to delete one ID history item instead of clearing all? I made an error and hate to have to recreate all the correct IDs.

How do I setup my Zoom Rooms to always use the same meeting link (URL)? I do not want it to change and update for every new meeting. Thanks.

Hi,I have recently installed a Poly Studio kit running MS Teams room with Zoom as third-party option - we use Teams internally but also use Zoom meetings with several outside orgnizations/customers.I am able to schedule or join my Zoom meetings on the room device, however, I'm still not able to find a way to join meetings scheduled by the other party.'Join with Meeting ID' option seems to only attempt joining a Teams meeting; I have no way of inviting that room to the Zoom meeting either.Anyone else ran into that at all? Kind Reagrds,GeorgiZoom thrid-party option - 'Join with room info';Running Teams Rooms v4.18.35.0.

We currently have 41 ZoomRooms across our campus. In my new role at my university, I now manage the majority of the ZoomRooms on campus. I would like some assistance on how on standardize our Zoom Rooms on one setup as currently we have the following issues:The are about 7 different service accounts that all our Zoom Rooms use. I would like to transfer them to all one service account.We also have some ZoomRooms which are 32-Bit installs and some that are 64-Bit installs. In trying to move all our PC’s to Windows 11, I want to move them all to 64-Bit installs.What I would like to know is what you be the best procedure to change the service accounts and Bit version of each ZoomRoom so they are all standardized. Any advice on how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

I have a recurring meeting in my Personal Room. How do I cancel this meeting?

So we have a situation where we have 3 spaces each with their own Zoom Room functionality. But those 3 spaces can be combined together.  So we can have any of the below configurations. 3 individual rooms2 rooms combined and 1 individual all 3 rooms combined Obviously when we combine the rooms, the ideal is that one room becomes the "master" and now controls the physical elements of the separate rooms.  This would mean that the number of screens would change for example. Is there a way to manage this sort of circumstance with Zoom Rooms?  So that we can now manage multiple screens for example.

Our teachers connect to Projector via Zoom Rooms from their Windows PC - this works great.  Occasionally we need to use a Chromebook to connect to the projector.  This worked fine with the legacy Chrome app that was phased out.    The replacement PWA client does not provide the "Share Screen" option to connect to the Zoom Room.  Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Has anyone figured out a way to display an internal / private URL on Digital Signage?  Use case is displaying current dashboard/work items from an internal system, and be able to take over the screen for impromptu meetings.

I've had this problem since we started using digital signage, but i never got around to asking about it. the instructions say we can make updates by entire company, Site/location, or the individual units. I cannot seem to make the site/location work.  Nothing i put here will display on the lower-level devices. I must update by the individual zoom rooms.  that was fine when we only had a few signs, but now we have lots, and I would like to do entire locations/cites at once. am i missing a setting? 

I have a few Zoom rooms that are currently running app version 5.15.7 (3094) , 32bit. I'm trying to upgrade these to 64 bit via the admin web portal but don't see any option to do so. The Windows versions of each device is 64 bit so it should be capable. I've read the transitioning to 64bit KB article on Zoom but I don't see the options it describes for the device management to update from 32bit to 64 bit.  Any help of how to upgrade these rooms would be appreciated.

I have a licensed user who is being prompted to enter in a Sharing Key when she is in the Zoom Room at her site but it should allow her to share content without being prompted to enter in the key.I have had her use a different laptop and when she logged in and tried to share from her desktop app it prompted her one time but when she tried again it did not. Then our site technician used his account and was not prompted. Tried hers again on the test laptop and it shares automatically as it should.When she logged back onto her normal laptop the same thing happens, she is prompted to enter in the Sharing Key.I believe this is caused by an unknown issues with the proximity detection between our iPad room controller and her laptop but am unsure why.Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,  Jon Munson

Please forgive me as I am new and trying to set up a new business. I have attended many zoom meeting but this is my first time setting up my own.  I have a remote employee that I would prefer to have as an admin so they can control access to the rooms.  I have them set up as an admin user and have only purchased the Pro version and have one license.  I am trying to set up at least two separate offices in our main location where only one office can be in the meeting with the remote person at a time.  I have tried reading through things in the help center but things are not very clear as I have little to no experience.  I have submitted a ticket but need this operating seamlessly by Wednesday.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  TIA Jason 

I am setting up an online focus group and would like to set up a separate group for my clients to view as if in the backroom.  They would not be seen on camera or have audio.  Has anyone successfully created this virtual backroom?  Thank you

Hi, when I schedule a meeting with my zoom account (where i also have a zoom room licence) and add a zoom room, which capacity has the meeting? The one from the zoom account (100 people) or from the zoom room (1.000 people).  I basically want to schedule recurring meetings with our zoom room, so that our office and people in online will join. And I need the capacity of the zoom room (1.000 people) Any ideas? Yonatan

Using Zoom in the Chrome browser, everything has worked perfectly for over a year and I haven't changed any settings. A couple of weeks ago, my camera has stopped working only in one coworker's Zoom room. It still works everywhere else, including in the preview windows that show before I join. It works fine in their room if I re-join from Firefox (although I can't screen share in Firefox but that's a separate issue).The microphone works fine, but my video is disabled when I join, and the button to enable it is faded out and disabled. I have tried clearing my browser security settings for the zoom domain, and I think that made it work for one call, but then it stopped working the next time I joined. I had a Zoom call this morning where it worked fine. 20 minutes later, I joined this particular room and my camera wasn't working. After that call, I joined another meeting and it was working perfectly again. This is on a Macbook that is all up-to-date as far as I kn

Where can I download older versions of Zoom Rooms?  Currently I am only able to downgrade (roll back) one version in the Zoom Rooms administrator.  However, I need to try a version several revs back to try and isolate where an issue first cropped up.  Specifically, I would like to install ZR 5.10.3 for PC.

Getting an error after the latest update on Zoom VRC,  5.11.9124.20230630 The Zoom appliance is set to Single Process and gets an error of Can Not Oper Process whenever we try to start the VRC processes from the Web GUI.  Rebooting doesn't seem to resolve it. Anyone else use the Zoom VRC appliance and could offer some help on this issue ?

And we don't find out that the room needs to be updated until after the meeting was supposed to start.  Is there a way to stop updates from locking up Zoom Room? O

anyone has an idea on why when using the Macro/button to join via zoom crc on a cisco SX20/80, it only works when the 'Personal ID' is used, but if the meeting was set using an auto-generated Meeting ID it will not work?Thanks
