Hello, It would be great if from the Digital Signage menu, it's possible to allow to schedule content (via playlist or not) to the Zoom Room. As of today, the only way is to navigate through the Zoom Room admin area which is not good as DS content is not managed by the same people that manage Zoom Room.

I have a Zoom Room with a projector and a large format display. The two displays are set to go into standby when no HDMI signal is received from the Windows Zoom PC. It worked great for years.Recently, Zoom has stopped turning off the displays and just sends a blank (black) signal instead. This isn't so bad for the TV,  but is terrible for the bulbs in the projector. I've tried changing the room "Device Operation Time" settings, but I can't get Zoom to turn off the display outputs, it just sends a blank signal.

I'm trying to figure out why my hair looks "blue" and my black blouse looks "blue" as well every time I'm on a Zoom meeting.  I'm sure it has something to do with lighting, so I'm asking you all for some tips on how to make my lighting such that I don't look, pardon the pun, but blue.It has to be my overhead light source, but can I add lighting somewhere else to help?  Any ideas?

Hello togetherIs there any way to force the zoom room update, I go into the rooms want to do the update and have to wait or restart the devices each time for the update to be done. Is there a better solution

We just got a new Zoom Room. I had a question about how it functions when compared to our former desktop zoom account. Our office only has one zoom login. Let's say someone is in the Zoom Room, and starts a meeting in there. I am in my office, and need to join another zoom call that is unrelated to the one happening in the Zoom Room. Can I join (or start) this other zoom call just by logging into my desktop? Or will that be unavailable because the Zoom Room is already in a meeting?

Any advise if use teams room the join meeting both video and audio have high latency and delay?Use native zoom or mobile client to join is fine. Thanks.

Dear Zoom Community,  I have been encountering persistent issues with Zoom on my Echo Show 8 in Canada for some time now. Despite my efforts to follow Zoom's instructions and multiple attempts to seek assistance from Amazon, the problem persists. I would like to share my situation with you. I have been actively involved in a project to help seniors maintain vital connections with their families. To facilitate this, we have invested in over 200 Echo Show units. However, over the past six months, Zoom functionality on these devices has become unreliable, leaving many seniors feeling isolated. Zoom was their primary means of staying connected, and its malfunction has created a significant impact. I am reaching out to the Zoom community with a plea for help. When connecting to our Zoom Room via HDMI the laptops sound can't be heard. The laptop's HDMI audio shows up as a separate microphone. The only way to hear the laptop's audio is to switch from the Room's microphone from the DSP ceiling mics to the HDMI audio input. Of course this means that remote attendees can now only hear the laptop audio and not the presenter. One hardware solution is to use an HDMI audio extractor and route the laptop audio through the DSP, but it seems like this is something Zoom should handle gracefully in software. Is there a setting I'm missing? If the laptop shares to the room wirelessly, all the audio works fine, but presenters really like the HDMI connection because it allows them to see their PowerPoint presenters notes on their laptop and connecting through the Zoom  client does not. Also some guest speakers are not allowed to run Zoom on their laptops.

Ho salvato e avviato la riunione, ma si è svolta nella finestra delle sessioni secondarie solo nei nomi delle stanze ma non nei partecipanti assegnati. Hello All, Hope anyone can shed some light on our issue. We have the following set-up. - Mac mini (Intel) running the latest version - Monterey OS- Shure P300IMX Processor (Connected USB)- MXA 910 Microphone- Shure Conference Speakers- Zoom Rooms - latest version Here is the issue. Zoom rooms will start up fine but anywhere between 8 and 45 minutes the audio will stop working. The computer sees the USB processor just fine, but the audio isn't working with zoom. Has anyone else seen this issue before? We thought it might be the computer, but we replaced the M1 Mac minis that were in there with Intel max and have the same issue.

Our zoom room thinks there are 2 displays connected, but in reality there is only 1 which causes a major issue as we are unable to see participants on the other end of a meeting. This room utilizes a Poly Studio X50 to run the Zoom Rooms app and is running version 5.15.8 (3555). This just started happening once we upgraded to this version by the way. Anyone else ever see this issue and know how to resolve? Simple reboots did not help unfortunately.

I see that Cisco Room Bar is supported as a Zoom Managed Device.  I do not see how to set it up that way though.  I see the Cisco/Polycom Rooms option under Room Management, however my  CRC license doesn't show as available to set this up.  It is available under Zoom Rooms.  Any help is appreciated.Thanks,Brian 

We are seeing Zoom Room control connections rapidly opening and closing with our Q-SYS cores. Zoom establishes and closes connections on the ECP port several times each second. This is happening in every room we're using Zoom Room controls and it shows up in the logs of the core. What's going on here?  

My wall controller is no longer in Scheduling Display mode.  I tried following the documented steps to revert back but it didn't work.  It is showing Meeting control just like the controller in the room that controls the meeting.  Both are on the latest updates. 

I recently buy a NUC FOR ZOOM online and opened the device to use ZOOM. When I choose to join the meeting, a pop-up window prompts "Some of your Zoom Rooms devices need to be upgraded to join this meeting". However, I have not found any button to upgrade the software version . If I have a business with multiple lots, but they wanted to set up one of their lots with some form of a virtual receptionist  at a Windows computer that a potential client can interact with in order to receive assistance from an employee at another location. Is it possible to set something up where the potential client can call a number of another location and they activate the video conferencing side on their part that automatically displays on the potential customers end that will display the employee assisting them and the computers screens so both employee and client can both follow along. Does Zoom have a service that can handle this?

Hello, we have two zoom rooms in our company. What setup is needed for zoom and google calendar, so users can schedule a zoom meeting in one of the zoom rooms automatically, when they select particular resource from the google calendar?I figured out how to do it with my personal zoom link in google calendar, but I want to get a zoom link from the resource (shared zoom room).Example: I am an employee, and I want to have zoom link included by default when I schedule an event in a google calendar and I pick in resources one of the rooms connected to zoom.Thanks very much

Hi TeamWhich camera would be the best for capturing top down images of drawing using a pencil and paper. I have looked at Sony ZVF1 and Canon G7x Mark 3 I tried using my phone and thedroid cam app but I cannot get enough focus and I cannot do it easily.  Any help or recomendations would be appriciatedStephenHughes

I have 60 rooms running Zoom and we have turned on the Google Meet interoperability and for the most part have received a positive experience. However, I have one room that the functionality was working in but now does not. Nothing in the room has changed. We are running a mini-pc with iPad for a controller. Both have 5.14.5 running on them. The invitation shows up, the join button is there, it acts like it wants to connect, flashes white on the main monitor for second and then nothing. If you are signed into Zoom on the virtual controller in device management you will see a connecting to Google and then a spinning.  I have rebooted and system, downgraded the application and nothing seems to help. Any ideas?

Our goal is to create a distance learning/training ZoomRoom that doubles as a trainer's office.- The ZoomRoom is controlled by a Logi Roommate and Tap controller, with a PC supplying content (via Power Point) during distance learning "meetings" which is sent via HDMI to the Roommate and then to a large front-of-the-room display. - It's that PC that must handle all office duties and also supply content (via PowerPoint) for non-distance learning training sessions - meaning no Zoom involved. But that PC/content still has to go through ZoomRoom/Roommate if it is sent to the front-of-the-room display. I'm testing this non-distance learning scenario by selecting "Share Content" on the Tap controller.The ZoomRoom home screen is instantly replaced by the extended screen of the PC (this is great). I've thrown a couple of windows onto that extended screen as place holders for a PowerPoint presentation. The Tap controller is displaying prompts with meeting info, volume control

Hi Team,Is there documentation/information on Zoom's best practices, specifically on the Audio inputted into Zoom? Referring to (Zoom Rooms Audio Guidelines – Zoom Support) there is no clear indication as to the signal level/loudness that should be inputted to Zoom for optimal performance.Considering some devices/external DSP's disable Zoom SAP it is imperative that service integrators/designers have a white paper-documentation on the target volume level hitting Zoom.Could you please advise? Joshua Manila

Not able to mute/unmute the mic and camera using the Extron control processor from a scheduled meeting. However, it works for a non-scheduled meeting. The device I'm using is an intel nuc. the zoom version is 5.14.2. How can we download an old version of zoom room? Please advise. Thanks

 I've noticed since the 5.15.1 Zoom Rooms app were installed on our Macs, that the Zoom console now shows a list of devices (camera, mics, etc) attached to the Mac.The problem is that these devices auto-expand every time I look at the device list. And even if I collapse them, they auto-expand the next time. It would be great if they remember if they were expanded or hidden or at least if the default is to NOT expand all the devices. A 'expand all' or 'hide all' control would be useful as well.The other issue I have withe the new console is there no was to show only the devices that have outdated apps. I used to be able to quickly tell what devices had outdated Zoom Rooms apps quickly, but now I have to check each of the 80+ rooms to see if they are current or not.There also doesn't seem to be a way to sort the device list.
