Does Zoom Room voice commands works with Android tablets such as Poly TC8, Crestron, Neat etc...?

Hi all,  We have a Zoom Room that is functioning normally on a PC imaged with a dedicated Windows kiosk (Win 10).  The in-room controller is a Crestron TS-1070 and works normally in all aspects except it does not list upcoming meetings. It is currently operating on Zoom Rooms v5.16.5 (2354). When I check the virtual controller on the Zoom Rooms admin portal, I can see upcoming meetings listed as expected. This was replicated with an iPad using the Zoom Rooms controller app.  It appears for some reason, the dedicated hardware controller just won't touch the M365 calendar resource. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? TIA for any insight,Immy

Hello,When I arrived in the morning, I found my room displaying the following error message: "log.zoom.us FG200E4Q17903857 error code 6." I couldn't find any explanation for this error. I discovered some updates for the room version, and upon checking the device, I realized it was working in 32-bit. I upgraded it to 64-bit, and when I tested it on my personal PC, the error message did not appear. Can someone explain what this error is?Thank you. 

Is there a way that I can place my participant's window at the top of the screen instead of side-to-side or at the bottom? Most people's video cams are located at the top of their monitor. By placing my customer's window at the top of the screen near the video cam, eye-to-eye contact is maintained and appears more realistic. Nothing worse than a salesperson not looking you in the eye when talking to you. If I am looking at them at the bottom of the screen while talking to them, it appears as though I'm not looking at them at all. Any thoughts???

We have a problem with zoom in one of our meeting rooms - the screen itself is showing many more raised hands in the meeting than on a different users screen. If you look at the attached pictures of what was shown on a laptop compared to one of our Zoom rooms as what is shown on the laptop is the correct one. Please can you let us know why this is happening

Upon launching the meeting, I cannot see myself nor can others see me during Zoom meetings. How can I fix this?

Do I need to use a dedicated Service account to access a calendar from M365 in Zoom Room Resource?   So I get this when I try and Authorize with my Azure admin account.    The requested failed. The account does not have permission to impersonate the requested user.     How do I choose a different account for it to access?    Setting up Zoom Rooms with Office 365 - Zoom Support        

I have been following the documentation here on setting up auto answering groups - https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067948#collapseiOSAndroid As a user, I can log into my zoom client and view my contact list and add people to my auto answer group. However, we want to enable this for our zoom rooms, so that they auto answer when a call comes from specific emails. I have enabled the permission on the zoom room to allow it have an auto answer group, however on the room controller, where I view the rooms contact list there is no option displayed to add people into its auto answer group.  Is there any other way as an admin that I can set up this functionaility?

I am REQUIRED to use a ZOOM Business license.  I want to use conference room hardware like a rally bar or some other stand alone devise.  I am not allowed to use a ZOOM Rooms license.  Is there a compatible conference room devise or work around? 

My students can't get an access to the board. They can't interact with it: write\dwaw\do anything else. A month ago everything was okay.

Hi all, We currently are using Zoom Rooms (latest version) in one of our conference rooms, and have been having some struggles with the teams UI inside of Zoom Rooms being extremely small. The TV is 4k, but everything else scales completely fine besides Teams within Zoom Rooms. We have tried messing with display settings, scaling settings, high DPI override, etc. with no luck. Wondering if anyone else has ran into that problem before. Thanks!

Hi, I'm experiencing an issues within the company. On several location people have told me the Join from room option when joining a meeting does not working. on the laptop it look like everything is connected correctly, it does pair to the Zoom Room however on the Zoom Room device it self nothing happens.  I have tried several location all with the same result.  Does anyone else experience the same issue?

We have 5 NEC NP-P605UL laser projectors installed at a client site. We are the primary AV integrators for this client however we did not design the systems in the meeting rooms. We do service them though. The rooms are Zoom Rooms controlled by a Logitech Tap going to these projectors. These Zoom Rooms are always “active” so the projector is always on. We are trying to figure out a way to send an off signal to the projector when the room is not in a meeting.Though the projectors’ rated laser life is 20,000 hours, since the rooms were commissioned earlier this year, the light hours are around the 5000-6000 range. At this rate we’d want to preserve them as best as possible. The way this particular client likes the meeting rooms is that upon walking into a meeting room, they can touch the Tap to awake the room. Then after finishing the meetings, they would just up and leave. No powering on/off the room. I read that Zoom Rooms no longer support CEC controls via the Zoom Room

How does one add a user to be able to add Zoom Rooms Digital Signage Content?

Now that we have Scenes, is there any way to choose which camera to use, turn multi-stream on or off, and most importantly, set the cameras to presets? At the very least, I'd like to be able to reset the cameras back to their defaults when a new meeting starts. Ideally there could be different Scenes depending on meeting type, and these could be set up ahead of time via the calendar.

Hi Team,I need some help with a Zoom kiosk we use for workspace reservation. We are using Samsung touch screen (QM43R-T) which is connected to a Dell PC where we run the Zoom Room Kiosk. Everything else is working fine, including the touch screen. However, we are facing a challenge - whenever we need to search for a room in the workspace reservation, the on-screen keyboard does not appear. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Hi, I'm struggling to schedule a meeting (web portal) with my webinar zoom account and adding the zoom room.It should be really simple, but don't find a solution on how to do it.I have a webinal license and I'm logged with itI have a zoom room configured account enabled and workingThe issue I have is with scheduling.In simples terms, is like scheduling a meeting for 5 people in the Room 2 of the 4th floor, but one person is remote. I want the others to know the room where is going to happen and they can start the meeting from there, and the remote person will have the link to connect. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

i have been having issues with updating to the latest zoom app on the tc8 and the x50.i I'm stuck on 5.16.0(3769) on the x50 and 5.16.1 on the tc8. poly device software is current. (4.1.1-386158 & 4.1.1-211267)  not sure if this is related or not but i cannot join teams' meetings anymore i just get a white screen.  every time i try to update it gets stuck for over 2 hrs. then comes back with update failed. nothing has changed in my environment.when i revert these systems back to poly mode, the same TEAMS meetings connect with no issue. is there something i need to be looking at or is there a way for me to force this update on these devices?
